Railways have videographed the entire Kanpur-Jhansi track to ascertain the reasons for the derailment of the Indore-Patna Express that has left close to 100 dead.
General Manager of North-Central Railway Arun Saxena told reporters that investigation will be conducted by the Commissioner of Railway Safety.
Asked if someone could have tampered with the tracks, he said the Commissioner of Railway Safety, who will arrive here from Kolkata tomorrow, would be able to provide an answer to it.
“Anyone with further evidence or statements can approach the Commissioner to record his statement,” he said.
He added.”We did videography of the whole track for scrutiny,”
The S1 and S2 coaches of the Indore-Patna Express bore the major brunt of the damage ailment today as they smashed into each other.
The whereabouts of the ticket collectors and staff from the two coaches is also not know,
Two other coaches, S3 and S4 also went off track but were not damaged to a great extent. The third AC BE also suffered damage.
100 have been killed, 76 others grievously injured and 150 others have sustained serious injuries in the derailment.
Prime Minister Of India Narendra Modi expressed grief over the loss of lives in this derailment
“Anguished beyond words on the loss of lives due to the derailing of the Patna-Indore express. My thoughts are with the bereaved families,” he said in a tweet
The Prime Minister said that Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu is personally monitoring the situation

On availability of trained employees for the aviation sector, Sinha said, “We are facing shortage of planes and crew.
We have to pay a lot of time in developing the skills. For every plane, we need 14 crew. And that tells the kind of recruitment we need (to fill the shortage of manpower).

Bullion Traders kept their shops shut for 9th day
Gold and jewellery establishments in the national capital remained shut for the 9th day after Income Tax Department on November 10 carried out surveys following reports of alleged profiteering and tax evasion by traders as government demonetised high value currency note.
The survey operations were carried out in at least four locations, including the popular
Dariba Kalan,
Chandni Chowk and
Karol Bagh.
The government last week demonetised high denomination of Rs 500 and 1,000 notes to flush out black money.
Most of the jewellery showrooms here have been closed since November 11.

ब्लैकमनी को वाइट में परिवर्तित करने के लिए अन्य के बैंक खातों का उपयोग करने वाले टैक्स चोरों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई होगी
इस उद्देश्य के लिए अपने बैंक खातों के दुरुपयोग की अनुमति देने वाले लोगों पर उकसाने के लिए आयकर अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा चल सकता है, सरकार ने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे काले धन को परिवर्तित करने वालों के लालच में न आएं और इस तरीके से काले धन को सफेद करने के अपराध में भागीदार न बनें तथा इसे समाप्त करने में सरकार से जुड़कर उसकी मदद करें
पहले घोषणा की गई थी कि कारीगरों, कामगारों, गृहणियों इत्यादि द्वारा बैंकों में जमा की जाने वाली छोटी राशियों पर आयकर विभाग वर्तमान आयकर छूट सीमा के 2.5 लाख रुपये रहने के तथ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए कोई भी सवाल नहीं करेगा। इस बीच, ऐसी जानकारियां मिली हैं कि कुछ लोग अपने काले धन को नये नोटों में बदलने के लिए अन्य व्यक्तियों के बैंक खातों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं, जिसके लिए उन खाताधारकों को इनाम भी दिया जा रहा है जो अपने खातों के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति देने पर सहमत हो जाते हैं। इस तरह की गतिविधि जन धन खातों में भी होने की सूचना मिली है।
यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि यदि यह बात साबित हो जाती है कि किसी बैंक खाते में जमा की गई राशि खाताधारक के बज़ाय किसी और व्यक्ति की है तो इस तरह की कर चोरी पर आयकर के साथ-साथ जुर्माना भी लगाया जा सकता है। यही नहीं, जो व्यक्ति इस उद्देश्य के लिए अपने खाते के दुरुपयोग की अनुमति देगा उस पर उकसाने के लिए आयकर अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा चलाया जा सकता है।
हालांकि, अपनी ही नकद बचत राशि को बैंक खाते में जमा करने वाले वास्तविक व्यक्तियों से कोई भी सवाल नहीं पूछा जायेगा।

उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रमुख सचिव सूचना वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी नवनीत सहगल और चार अन्य आज उन्नाव में आगरा-लखनउ एक्सप्रेस-वे पर दुर्घटना के दौरान घायल हो गये।
भारतीय वायुसेना के एयर शो में शामिल होने के बाद लौटते वक्त ये दुर्घटना हुई।
इनायतपुर गांव के समीप सहगल की सरकारी कार एक अन्य निजी कार से टकरा गयी। सहगल के सिर में चोट आयी है। उन्हें उनके ड्राइवर और गनर तथा दो अन्य घायलों के साथ तत्काल केजीएमयू ट्रामा सेंटर भेजा गया।
दुर्घटना से कुछ ही घंटे पहले राज्य मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने आगाह किया था कि एक्सप्रेस-वे पर ज्यादा तेज रफ्तार से वाहन ना चलाया जाए। सौ किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज वाहन ना चलायें। शायद किसी को ये अंदाजा नहीं था कि मुख्यमंत्री के आगाह करने के कुछ ही घंटे में ऐसी दुर्घटना हो जाएगी।
अखिलेश 302 किलोमीटर लंबे छह लेन के एक्सप्रेस-वे का 21 नवंबर को उद्घाटन करेंगे।
यह भारत का सबसे लंबा एक्सप्रेस-वे है। एक्सप्रेस-वे का निर्माण उत्तर प्रदेश एक्सप्रेस-वे इंडस्ट्रियल डेवलपमेंट अथारिटी [अपीडा] ने किया है, जिसके मुख्य कार्याधिकारी भी सहगल ही हैं।
