भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज प्रकाश सिंह बादल को किसानों+हिन्दू सिख एकता+गरीबों सच्चा हितेषी बताया|पीएम मोदी ने पंजाब को विदेशों में बदनाम करने वालों को भी आड़े हाथों लिया|
मोदी ने कांग्रेस पर करारा प्रहार करते हुए कहा कि विभिन्न राज्यों में कांग्रेस चुनावी गठबंधन करके अपने अस्तित्व को बचाने की कोशिश में लगी है, जबकि हकीकत यह है कि पार्टी अंतिम सांसें ले रही है और इतिहास बन गई है।
चुनावी रैली को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी के बीच उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए हुए गठबंधन का मजाक उड़ाते हुए कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश में कांग्रेस ने तमाम तरह की रैलियां करने के बाद आखिरकार समाजवादी पार्टी के साथ गठबंधन कर लिया और सपा ने उसे चुनाव में जितनी सीटें दीं वह उतने पर ही राजी हो गई।
पश्चिम बंगाल का जिक्र करते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने पश्चिम बंगाल में 40 साल तक जिन वामपंथियों के खिलाफ लड़ाई की, चुनावी लाभ के लिए उन्हीं वामपंथियों से हाथ मिला लिया।
पंजाब की जनता को कांग्रेस के इरादों के प्रति आगाह करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि पार्टी हर कीमत पर अपना अस्तित्व बचाने की जुगत में लगी है और ऐसी पार्टी पर भरोसा करना उचित नहीं होगा। उन्होंने लोगों से राज्य के विकास के लिए भाजपा..शिअद गठबंधन को विजयी बनाने का आह्वान किया।

Rahul Gandhi today announced that Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh will be the party’s chief ministerial face in the high-stakes Assembly polls.
74-year-old Amarinder, who is fighting his last election, will be the next Chief Minister, if the party forms government in Punjab.
Rahul, addressing the rally in the pocket-borough of Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia, said Amarinder alone can change Punjab and set it right along with the support of the people of the state and there is no other way out.
Ruling SAD and AAP have been mocking Congress, asking why the party was not declaring Amarinder as its chief ministerial candidate for the February 4 Assembly polls.
Rahul said Punjab will not be run by “remote control” as it does not need one, taking a veiled dig at Kejriwal and accusing him of wanting to become Delhi and Punjab chief minister at the same time.
He also made a scathing attack on the ruling Badals, accusing them of ruining Punjab and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of siding with them and talking of removing corruption.
Rahul, who began his three-day election tour to the poll-bound state by addressing his first public meeting in the presence of Amarinder and Navjot Singh Sidhu, also attacked AAP and Kejriwal of trying to befool the people of the state by making false and empty promises.

CM Vijayan Compares Self Financing Colleges With Liquor Merchandisers
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today crticised self-financing educational institutions saying many of them have become commercial establishments.
Inaugurating the state-level public education protection mission at Malayankeezhu in Thiruvananthapuram, he said many of them even think that running an educational institution was more profitable than doing liquor business.
The Chief Minister said that according sanction to start self-financing institutions without guidelines had resulted in the present situation.
The then Congress-led UDF government had opened up the education sector in Kerala for self-financing stream in early 2000.
Stating that it is the public sector schools that maintain high standards, Vijayan said that the government had initiated various steps to improve infrastructure in state-run educational institutions.

चीफ़ ऑडिटर की रिपोर्ट के हवाले से बताया गया है के
निगम कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह देने कि बजाए भारतीय जनता पार्टी शासित दिल्ली नगर निगम में क़रीब 2000 करोड़ रुपए का पेंशन घोटाला सामने आ गया है।
आज की प्रेस कॉंफ्रेंस में बोलते हुए करावल नगर से पार्टी विधायक और दिल्ली सरकार में मंत्री कपिल मिश्रा ने कहा कि ‘हम पिछले कई साल से एक बात बोल रहे थे जो एक रिपोर्ट के माध्यम से सच साबित हो जाती है। हम लगातार यह कह रहे थे कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी शासित एमसीडी में निगम कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह के लिए जो पैसा जाता है उस पैसे को एमसीडी की सत्ता में बैठे कुछ लोग अपनी जेब में डाल लेते हैं और कर्मचारियों को भूखा मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है। पिछले दो साल में दिल्ली की वर्तमान केजरीवाल सरकार ने पिछली सरकारों की तुलना में ज्यादा पैसा नगर निगम को दिया है और पिछले लोन का पैसा भी निगमों से नहीं लिया जा रहा है बावजूद इसके निगम में बैठे भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता अपने कर्मचारियों को तनख्वाह नहीं दे रहे हैं।
कपिल मिश्र के अनुसार एमसीडी के चीफ़ ऑडिटर की रिपोर्ट में यह खुलासा हुआ है कि साल 2000 से लेकर अब तक दिल्ली नगर निगम में कुल क़रीब 2000 करोड़ रुपए का पेंशन घोटाला किया गया है।
दिल्ली नगर निगम की सत्ता में बैठे भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेताओं के पास निगम के सफ़ाई कर्मचारियों को तनख्वाह देने के लिए पैसा नहीं है लेकिन पेंशन घोटाला करने के लिए इनके पास फंड भी होता है और टाइम पर वो फंड जारी भी कर दिया जाता है।
आम आदमी पार्टी ने इस पेंशन घोटाले की तुरंत सीबीआई जांच की मांग की है।

Senior BJP leader Vinay Katiyar today triggered a controversy by saying they were “more beautiful women star campaigners than Priyanka Gandhi.”
Priyanka is one of the star campaigners of Congress for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and has also played an important role in forging an alliance between Congress and SP.
To a question, the BJP’s firebrand leader said, “It doesn’t matter…there are girls and women who are more beautiful than her (Priyanka) and are also star campaigners.
He said “Some of them are artists and heroines…they are more beautiful than her,”
Later talking to reporters, Katiyar tried to downplay his remarks saying it was an internal matter of Congress as to whom they want to appoint as their campaigner.
But, he added that if Congress is under the impression that they have the beautiful face of Priyanka for campaigning then to counter they also have many beautiful faces which BJP may ask to campaign for party.
However, he said “..It is wrong and unfair to compare beauty with capability but Congress is doing this.
