दोपहर 12 बजे के बाद हुए इस विस्फोट में किसी के भी हताहत होने की तत्काल कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई है।

The Government will come out with the first ever Rs 20 coin which will be shaped like a 12-edged polygon with design of grains to denote farm dominance in the country.
Besides, new series of one, two, five and ten rupees coins too would be minted, which will be circular in design and have denominations written in Hindi script.
The Rs 20 coin will weigh 8.54 gm and its outside diameter will be 27mm with the outer ring made of nickel silver and the centre piece of Nickel brass

परिवहन मंत्री प्रताप सिंह खाचरियावास के अनुसार यह छूट 31 दिसम्बर 2018 तक इन ओवरलोड पाए गए वाहनों पर कम्पाउण्डिंग राशि को 31 मार्च 2019 तक जमा कराए जाने पर ही मिलेगी।
18.5 टन के सकल भार यान (6 पहिया तक) द्वारा एक कलैण्डर माह में तीन बार तक ओवरलोड संचालित होने पर कुल 6 हजार रुपए देकर प्रकरण कम्पाउण्ड कराया जा सकता है एवं तीन बार से अधिक संचालित होने पर कुल 9 हजार रुपए जमा कराने होंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि 18.5 टन से अधिक के सकल भार यान(6 पहिया से अधिक) द्वारा एक कलैण्डर माह में तीन बार तक ओवरलोड संचालित होने पर कुल 10 हजार रुपए देकर प्रकरण कम्पाउड कराया जा सकता है एवं तीन बार से ज्यादा संचालित होने पर कुल 15 हजार रुपए जमा कराने होंगे।
परिवहन आयुक्त एवं शासन सचिव श्री राजेश यादव के अनुसार सम्बन्ध में जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार केवल टोल नाकों से प्राप्त सूचना एवं खान विभाग द्वारा जारी ई-रवन्ना से सम्बन्धित प्रकरणों को ही इस योजना में शामिल किया गया है। विभाग द्वारा बनाए गए ओवरलोडिंग के अन्य चालान इस योजना से बाहर रहेंगे

Meeting a long-pending demand of the teaching community, the Punjab Cabinet led by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has approved regularization of the services of 5178 teachers and 650 nurses These contractual employees had been agitating for some time for regularization at basic pay.
Of the 5178 category teachers, 5078 were recruited in the Master cadre and 100 as Classical & Vernacular (C & V) Teachers by the Department in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
These teachers are currently paid Rs.7500/- per month and their salary would be now fixed at minimum of grade pay i.e. Rs.15,300/- per month till the time they are given full scale.

Punjab Cabinet on Wednesday approved an amendment to the GST incentives notified under the Industrial and Business Development Policy 2017, to enable industrial units to choose between Net GST incentives or incentivized SGST on intra state sale.
The cabinet, at its meeting chaired by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, decided that the amendment would allow units which have filed their common application form on the Invest Punjab Business First portal between October 17, 2017 and October 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) would have the one-time option to opt either for Net GST incentives as per department notification issued on 17-10-2018 or incentivized SGST on intra state sale. Such units shall be allowed to exercise this option within 90 days from the date of the notification.
It may be recalled that the net SGST formula for incentive announced in the new Industrial Policy 2017 was approved by the Cabinet during its earlier meeting on October 17, 2018. However, feedback and suggestions were received from industry, which wanted a change in net SGST incentive in line with the original notification issued on October 17, 2017.

राजस्थान सरकार ने एक आदेश जारी कर प्रदेश के 9 जिलों के 5 हजार 555 गांवों को अकाल से प्रभावित होने के कारण अभावग्रस्त घोषित किया है।
बाड़मेर जिले के 2 हजार 741 गांव,
बीकानेर जिले के 189 गांव,
जैसलमेर के 806,
जालौर के 680,
जोधपुर के 554,
हनुमानगढ़ के 171,
पाली के 80,
चूरू के 163 तथा
नागौर जिले के 171 गांव शामिल हैं।
राज्य सरकार ने अभावग्रस्त घोषित इन गांवों में अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि 19 नवम्बर, 2018 से 6 माह तक भू-राजस्व वसूली स्थगित किये जाने की स्वीकृति प्रदान की है

This approval is for rectangular shape and zigzag brick setting by Punjab State Council for Science & Technology. Brick kilns have been given till September 30, 2019, to make the conversion.
The brick kilns in the process of conversion to induce draft technology with zigzag setting/yet to start the process intending to operate the brick kiln are required to pay environmental compensation on the basis of `polluter pays principle’ to the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) with effect from February 1, 2019, till the adoption of induced draft technology. The compensation has been set Rs. 25,000 per month for zig zag setting with kiln of capacity equal to more than 30,000 bricks per day and Rs. 20,000 per month for kiln of capacity less than 30,000 bricks per day.
The PPCB would ensure that the brick kilns are operated in compliance with the code of practice prescribed by the CPCB, as well as the state board. The Department of Food and Civil Supplies, being the licensing authority, would create awareness and mobilise the brick kiln for conversion to induced draft technology with zigzag setting.
482 brick kilns had already converted to new technology and 559 were in pipeline for shifting to induced draft technology.
Notably, around 2800 brick kilns are operating in Punjab, producing around 15-20 billion bricks per annum. This constitutes about 8% of total production of the country and the brick kiln industry employs about 0.5-0.6 million workers.
