[संगरूर,पंजाब]फ़तेहवीर को बचाने में पंजाब सरकार को मिली शिकस्त:अब लीपापोती शुरू
पंजाब के संगरूर जिले में 150 फुट गहरे बोरवेल में गिरे दो वर्षीय फतेहवीर सिंह को करीब 110 घंटे बाद मंगलवार सुबह बाहर तो निकाल लिया गया लेकिन उसकी जान नहीं बचाई जा सकी।
राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल’ के कर्मियों ने सुबह करीब साढ़े पांच बजे बच्चे को बोरवेल से बाहर निकाल कर पुलिस सुरक्षा के बीच बच्चे को चंडीगढ़ के ‘स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान’ (पीजीआईएमईआर) ले जाया गया था।
अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि बच्चे को मृत अवस्था में वहां लाया गया था।
फतेहवीर इसी सोमवार को दो साल का हुआ था। वह सात इंच चौड़े और 125 फुट गहरे बोरवेल में गिर गया था। वह अपने माता-पिता की इकलौती संतान था।जनता और सियासी दबाब के चलते अब मुख्य मंत्री कैप्टेन अमरिंदर सिंह ने ट्वीट करके बताय है के प्रदेश के सभी बोरवेल बंद करने के आदेश जारी करदिये गए हैं|इससे पूर्व जगह जगह प्रदर्शन हो रहे हैं |सुखबीर सिंह बादल और हरसिमरत कौर बादल ने लापरवाही के लिए सीएम पर करारे प्रहार किये हैं
फतेहवीर सिंह जिले के भगवानपुरा गांव में अपने घर के पास एक सूखे पड़े बोरवेल में गुरुवार शाम करीब चार बजे गिर गया था।
बोरवेल कपड़े से ढका हुआ था इसलिए बच्चा दुर्घटनावश उसमें गिर गया।
बचाव दल बच्चे तक खाना-पीना नहीं पहुंचा पाए थे।
बच्चे को बचाने के लिए बोरवेल के समानांतर एक दूसरा बोरवेल खोदा गया था और उसमें कंक्रीट के बने 36 इंच व्यास के पाइप डाले गए थे।
बचाव अभियान में देरी के कारण स्थानीय लोगों ने सोमवार को जिला प्रशासन और राज्य सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन भी किया था।
सुनाम-मानसा मार्ग को गांववालों ने बाधित कर दिया था।

आगामी 21 जून को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर यहां हर की पौड़ी पर गंगा नदी के किनारे यौगिक क्रियायें करने का अपनी तरह का पहला प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम रद्द हो गया है ।
योग गुरु के करीबी सहयोगी आचार्य बालकृष्ण ने यहां संवाददाताओं को बताया कि पतंजलि योगपीठ और गंगा सभा के बैनर तले बाबा रामदेव के नेतृत्व में होने वाला यह कार्यक्रम अपरिहार्य कारणों के चलते रद्द कर दिया गया है।
हालांकि, उन्होंने कहा कि योग दिवस पर पतंजलि तथा उसके सहयोगी संस्थानों में प्रस्तावित सभी कार्यक्रम यथावत होंगे ।
यहां राजनीतिक हलकों में इस बात की चर्चा चल रही है कि रामदेव अब अपना यह कार्यक्रम संभवत: महाराष्ट्र के नांदेड़ में करेंगे जहां इस वर्ष के आखिर में विधानसभा चुनाव होने वाले हैं।
ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी नांदेड में बाबा रामदेव के इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल हो सकते हैं ।

हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी के उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुंचने से जुड़ी एक खबर को लेकर सुरजेवाला ने आरोप लगाया, ‘‘ भाजपा- बेरोज़गारी जमाओ पार्टी देश में बेरोज़गारी 45 सालों में सबसे ज़्यादा! हरियाणा में बेरोज़गारी दर देश के स्तर से भी कहीं अधिक। यही खट्टर सरकार की 4.5 सालों की उपलब्धि है।’’

Union Minister for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi chairing 112th Governing Body & 65th General Body meetings of Maulana Azad Education Foundation said that the Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has proved to be a “Government of Iqbal (authority), Insaaf (justice) and Imaan (integrity)”.
Naqvi further said that school dropout girls from Minority communities will be linked to education and employment through providing them “bridge courses” from reputed educational institutions of the country.
Madrasa teachers across the country will be given training from various institutions in mainstream subjects such as Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Computer etc. so that they can impart mainstream education to the Madrasa students. This programme will be launched next month.

The National Center for Good Governance (NCGG), India’s leading civil services training institution, has entered into an MOU with the Maldives Civil Services Commission for capacity building of 1000 Maldives civil servants over the next 5 years. The agreement was signed during the visit of the Prime Minister of India to Male on 8th June 2019.
NCGG will assist the Civil Services Training Institute, a subsidiary of the Civil Service Commission, Maldives to develop training programs and materials, assist in organizing the exchange of experts as needed by the Civil Services Commission.
The Ministry of External Affairs will bear all expenses pertaining to the training program.

Punjab minister Navjot Singh Sidhu has been left out of the eight consultative groups constituted by Chief Minister Amarinder Singh to accelerate implementation of his government’s flagship programmes.
Sidhu and Medical Education and Research Minister Om Prakash Soni have not been made part of any of the groups, which include some MLAs and officials.
Sidhu, who has been at loggerheads with Singh, was divested of local government, tourism and cultural affairs portfolios and given power and new and renewable energy sources department in rejig on Thursday.
The CM heads the consultative group on urban renewal and reforms, which also includes new Local Government Minister Brahm Mohindra.
Cooperation Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa heads the group on farm debt waive, another flagship scheme. It includes Revenue Minister Gurpreet Singh Kangar and Welfare Minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot as members.
Health Minister Balbir Sidhu heads the group on health insurance scheme.
The group on ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar’ scheme on job creation is headed by Employment Generation and Technical Education Minister Charanjit Singh Channi.
Food and Supplies Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu heads a group on food security with Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa and Social Security Minister Aruna Chaudhary.
Bajwa leads a group on rural development, while Health Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu heads the group on ‘Mission Tandrust Punjab’.

Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera alleged that the BJP government in Haryana has helped the Patanjali group in acquiring 400 acres of “forested common land” which can otherwise not be used for either farming or commercial use.
He claimed that the state government has ordered consolidation of the land on Aravalli Hill range, though consolidation of holdings is only allowed for agricultural land and not forested land.
He alleged that a company with a revenue of Rs 60,000 gave advances worth Rs 15.50 crore to buy the land.
