(Lucknow) Mayawati Again Slams Yogi Govt Over Law & Order
BSP president Mayawati on Monday lashed out at the Uttar Pradesh government over the law and order situation in the state and asked if this was ‘Ram Rajya’ .
Citing recent cases of crime in some parts of the state, Mayawati demanded strict action against those involved in them
“There is a spurt of crime in the state like rape of a Dalit minor in Sitapur, murder of a young man and breaking his son’s hand for refusing to do bonded labour in Chitrakoot, and double murder in Gorakhpur. Is this the Ram rajya of the government? Strict action should be taken against culprits, this is the demand of BSP, she said in the tweet.

सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के परामर्श से मीडिया प्रोडक्शन के लिए निवारक उपायों पर मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांतों के साथ-साथ मानक परिचालन प्रक्रियाएं (एसओपी) भी तैयार की हैं, जिन्हें आज नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री श्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने जारी किया है। मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांतों की मुख्य बातों में सामान्य सिद्धांत शामिल हैं, जो स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा दिए गए हैं। इनमें अन्य बातों के अलावा वे गैर-आवश्यक गतिविधियां शामिल हैं जिनकी अनुमति कोविड-19 से संबंधित कंटेनमेंट (सील) जोन में नहीं है। इन सिद्धांतों के तहत ज्यादा जोखिम वाले कर्मचारियों को अतिरिक्त सावधानियां बरतनी होंगी। इसी तरह फेस कवर/मास्क पहनना होगा, बार-बार हाथ धोना पड़ेगा, हैंड सैनिटाइजर, इत्यादि की व्यवस्था करनी होगी और इसके साथ ही विशेषकर मीडिया प्रोडक्शन के संबंध में श्वसन से जुड़ी तहजीब या नियम-कायदों को ध्यान में रखना होगा।
केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा, ‘एसओपी अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानदंडों के अनुरूप है। इससे कोरोना वायरस के कारण तकरीबन 6 माह से बेहद प्रभावित उद्योग को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी और लोग मंत्रालय के इस कदम का स्वागत करेंगे।’ श्री जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि इस कदम का उद्देश्य अर्थव्यवस्था के विकास को नई गति प्रदान करना भी है क्योंकि फिल्म और टेलीविजन सेक्टर बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को रोजगार देता है।
मंत्री ने उम्मीद जताई कि सभी राज्य ‘एसओपी’ को स्वीकार करेंगे एवं इसे लागू करेंगे तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर कुछ अन्य शर्तों को इसमें जोड़ देंगे। मानक परिचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) को स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय और गृह मंत्रालय के परामर्श से जारी किया गया है।

(नई दिल्ली) उपराष्ट्रपति नायडू ने महिला सशक्तीकरण के लिए राष्ट्रीय अभियान का आह्वान किया
उपराष्ट्रपति श्री एम. वेंकैया नायडू ने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है कि किसी भी बालिका को स्कूल शिक्षा से वंचित न किया जाए।
महिलाओं के साथ भेदभाव समाप्त कर उनका सशक्तिकरण करना” शीर्षक से अपने फेसबुक पोस्ट में श्री नायडू ने लिखा है कि देश की आबादी में लगभग 50 प्रतिशत महिलाएं हैं, राजनीति सहित हर क्षेत्र में उन्हें बराबरी का अवसर दिए बिना देश प्रगति नहीं कर सकता। उन्होंने लिखा है कि इसके लिए हमें अपने आचरण और कर्म से उनके साथ भेदभाव समाप्त करना होगा। और, यही हमारा लक्ष्य भी होना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा है कि हालांकि बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ जैसे जन अभियान का सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ा है फिर भी सामाजिक सोच बदलने के और भी प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता है।
उन्होंने राजनैतिक दलों से आग्रह किया कि वे संसद और राज्य विधाई निकायों में महिलाओं को पर्याप्त आरक्षण देने के मामले पर जल्द से जल्द सहमति बनाएं। महिलाओं के आर्थिक स्वावलंबन के लिए, उन्होंने अभिभावकों की संपत्ति में भी बराबर के अधिकार की वकालत की है।
उपराष्ट्रपति ने हाल ही में जनसंख्या और विकास संबंधी भारतीय सांसदों का संगठन (आईएपीपीडी) द्वारा लैंगिक अनुपात पर तैयार की गई रिपोर्ट “भारत में जन्म के समय लिंग अनुपात” का लोकार्पण किया था। इस रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 2001-17 के दौरान सामान्य से कम कन्याओं का जन्म दर रहा।
इस स्थिति को चिंताजनक बताते हुए उपराष्ट्रपति ने इसे सुधारने के लिए जन प्रतिनिधियों, मीडिया और सरकार सहित सभी हितधारकों से युद्ध स्तर पर प्रयास करने को कहा।

Punjab government employees on Saturday suspended their agitation after they were assured by a minister that some of their demands will be met
Under the banner of the Punjab State Ministerial Services Union, they had gone on mass casual leave on August 19.
They had observed a pen-down strike from August 6 to 14 too.
We have decided to suspend our agitation from Saturday, union president Megh Singh said, adding that Cabinet Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa on Friday assured them that some of their demands will be met.
Notifications for these demands are expected to be issued on Monday, said Singh.
On reduction in their mobile allowance, Singh said a meeting will be held with state government representatives on Wednesday.
Employees have also been seeking the rollback of the decision due to which new recruits will be paid on a par with the central scale.
They have also been protesting the restructuring of departments and demanded the release of pending instalments of dearness allowance, arrears, implementation of the sixth pay commission recommendations and restoration of the old pension scheme.
On August 19, Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal had urged them to withdraw their agitation to help the state government in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Though the issue of development is largely missing from the agenda of the government, but do raise your voice on oppression of women and killings of members of Dalit, Muslim and Brahmin samaj and other atrocities, meaning the dismal state of law and order in UP. This is the demand of time,”
The three-day monsoon session of the legislature began under strict COVID-19 protocols Thursday. Members and staff of the Assembly and Council wore masks and maintained social distancing on the first day.
