मैं हूं आम आदमी-मैं लूंगा स्वराज, मैं हूं आम आदमी-मैं लूंगा पूर्ण आजादी। मैं हूं आम औरत-मैं दूर करूंगी महंगाई आदि नारों के साथ अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने अपनी राजनीतिक पार्टी की घोषणा कर दी है| पार्टी का नाम ऍम आदमी पार्टी रखा गया है | स्थापित राजनीतिक दलों ने इसका मजाक उड़ाया है| जबकि इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन की किरण बेदी ने कहा कि चुनावों में एक विकल्प के रूप में आम आदमी पार्टी के नाम को सुझाया जा सकता है|अब आई ऐ सी के नाम पर अन्ना टीम का अधिकार होगा|
कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब में हुई नेशनल काउंसिल की बैठक में पार्टी का संवैधानिक ढांचा तय हो गया है।इसका ढांचा राजधानी दिल्ली से लेकर गांवों तक फैला होगा। पार्टी में आंतरिक लोकपाल भी होगा और एक परिवार का एक ही सदस्य पदाधिकारी होगा। 26 नवंबर को जंतर-मंतर पर पार्टी की पहली रैली होगी। सोमवार को जंतर मंतर पर आने वाले को इस पार्टी का संस्थापक सदस्य माना जाएगा.
अरविंद केजरीवाल ने जोर देकर कहा, “न्याय हमें अधिकार के तौर पर मिलना चाहिए. यदि पैसा हो और अच्छा वकील मिल जाए या फिर कोई वकील दया कर ले तो आपको आज न्याय मिल सकता है…ये बदलना होगा. लोगों को सरकार के कामकाज और कानून बनाने की प्रक्रिया में और अधिकार होने चाहिए. इस पार्टी का लक्ष्य है कि एक परिवार से एक सदस्य कार्यकारिणी या फिर चुनाव में भाग ले सकता है.
पार्टी नेता संजय सिंह ने कहा कि यहां जो लोग आए हैं वो आम आदमी हैं। जो इस देश की पीड़ा को समझ भी रहे हैं और उसके निवारण के लिए काम भी कर रहे हैं। सालों से भुगत रहे हैं भ्रष्टाचार को। ये लोग परिवर्तन कर सकते हैं। हम इस लड़ाई को अंतिम परिणाम तक लेकर जाएंगे। स्वराज के सपने को पूरा करने तक ये लड़ाई जाएगी।आम आदमी पार्टी ने अपना ढांचा राजधानी से गांव तक फैलाया है। दिल्ली में एक सेंट्रल कमेटी होगी जिसमें राष्ट्रीय परिषद और राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी होगी। इसका एक राष्ट्रीय कोऑर्डिनेटर भी होगा। इसी तरह राज्यों में स्टेट कमेटी की परिषद और कार्यकारिणी होगी और उसका भी स्टेट कोऑर्डिनेटर होगा। ये ढांचा जस का तस जिले और गांव तक जाएगा। जिला परिषद का खाका हर ब्लॉक कमेटी से चुन कर आए दो-दो कोऑर्डिनेटरों से तैयार होगा। इसी तरह ब्लॉक परिषद भी ग्राम कमेटी से आए दो-दो कोऑर्डिनेटर की मदद से तैयार होगी। एक सवाल ये कि परिषद और कार्यकारिणी में क्या फर्क होगा, तो परिषद में हर आम और खास सदस्य होगा, लेकिन कार्यकारिणी में कुछ चुने हुए लोग होंगे जो अहम फैसले लेंगे। विजन डोक्युमेंट जरी किया गया जिसमे प्रेसीडेंट और जनरल सेक्रेटरी के पद से परहेज किया गया है|

राजनीतिक पार्टियों के परिवारवाद

पर हल्ला बोलती रही टीम केजरीवाल ने खुद को परिवारवाद से पूरी तरह दूर रखने का फैसला किया है। एक परिवार-एक पदाधिकारी के फॉर्मूले पर अमल करते हुए तय किया गया है कि एक परिवार के दो सदस्य पार्टी के पदाधिकारी नहीं होंगे। एक परिवार के दो लोग अलग-अलग कमेटियों में भी नहीं हो सकते। मसलन सेंट्रल कमेटी में प्रशांत भूषण-शांति भूषण साथ नहीं होंगे। सेंट्रल कमेटी में केवल प्रशांत भूषण ही रहेंगे।जनलोकपाल की मांग से अपने आंदोलन की शुरुआत करने वाली टीम केजरीवाल की पार्टी में आंतरिक लोकपाल भी होगा। ये लोकपाल पार्टी के किसी भी सदस्य के खिलाफ शिकायत की जांच कर सकता है। इस लोकपाल से आम आदमी भी कर सकता है पार्टी के सदस्य की शिकायत। आरोप सही होने पर उस सदस्य को पार्टी से निकालने का भी अधिकार लोकपाल को होगा। 1949 में इसी दिन संविधान सभा ने भारत का संविधान स्वीकार किया था। अरविंद इस तरह से अपनी पार्टी को स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के दौर के अधूरे संकल्पों को पूरा करने वाली पार्टी बताना चाहते हैं। ये एक बड़ा दावा है जिस पर अरविंद और उनकी पार्टी कितनी खरी उतरती है, इस पर इतिहास की भी नजर होगी।

कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता और मंत्री मनीष तिवारी

मनीष तिवारी ने कहा है कि देश में १४५३ राजनितिक पार्टियाँ पंजीकृत है ऐसे में एक और पार्टी के आ जाने से कोई प्रभाव नहीं पडेगा हाँ[मुस्कुराते हुए] लोक तंत्र जरूर मज़बूत होगा
