समाजवादी सरकार से आनंद और पारस की बर्खास्ती और दुधारू आबकारी विभाग के ३ अधिकारियों का भी निलम्बन
उत्तर प्रदेश के युवा मुख्य मंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने अपनी समाजवादी सरकार से दो मंत्री पारस और आनंद को निकाल कर दुधारू आबकारी विभाग के तीन अधिकारियों को भी निलम्बित कर दिया है| इनमे से एक अधिकारी अल्प संख्यक समुदाय से भी हैं
त्रुटि पूर्ण विभागीय आंकड़े देने और वित्तीय अनियमितता करने पर आबकारी विभाग के जिन तीन अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध निलम्बन की यह कार्यवाही की गई है उनके नाम निम्न है

शासन प्रवक्ता के अनुसार वास्तविक से ३३% अधिक अांकड़े प्रस्तुत करने पर यह कार्यवाही की गई है| २०११-१२ में विदेशी मदिरा और बीयर के उपभोग के अांकड़े भी गलत पाये गए हैं
इसके साथ ही अखिलेश यादव ने अपने मंत्रीपरिषद से स्टाम्प +पंजीयन राज्य मंत्री [गैंग रेप आरोपी ]मनोज पारस[नगीना] और कृषि मंत्री[बीज घोटाला आरोपी] आनंद सिंह[गौंडा] को पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों के आरोप में बर्खास्त कर दिया है

भाजपा ने हमलावर दलों को मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के अखाड़े में घसीटना शुरू कर दिया है|कांग्रेस और आम आदमी पार्टी के हमलों का जवाब देने के लिए इलेक्शन कमीशन का दरवाजा खटखटाया जा रहा है|राहुल गांधी और आम आदमी पार्टी के खिलाफ चुनावी अचार संहिता के आदतन उल्लंघन का आरोप लगाया गया है| भाजपा ने रविवार को चुनाव आयोग में शिकायत दर्ज करवा कर कांग्रेस पार्टी और उसके राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी पर आदतन संहिता का उल्लंघन करने और चुनावों से पहले साम्प्रदाइकता को बढ़ावा देने का आरोप लगाया है |भाजपा के सांसद+वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष और प्रवक्ता मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी[ M.A. NAQVI ] ने [अ]मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त[ CEC ] वी एस सम्पत को लिखे पत्र में राहुल गांधी के भाषणों का उल्लेख भी किया है उनमे से कुछ निम्न हैं
[१] जहाँ भी विपक्ष के लोग जाते हैं, किसी न किसी की लड़ाई कराते हैं।हिन्दू को मुसलमान से लड़ाएंगे।किसी एक जात को दूसरी जात से लड़ाएंगे।एक प्रदेश को दूसरे प्रदेश से लड़ाएंगे।
[२] और विपक्ष के लोगों ने क्या कहा… पार्लियामेंट में उनके सीनियर नेता खड़े हुए … नाम नहीं लेना चाहता हूँ, सबसे सीनियर … और उन्होंने कहा कि देखिये ये राजीव गांधी कंप्यूटर की बात क्यूँ कर रहा है .. हिंदुस्तान को कंप्यूटर कि ज़रुरत नहीं है .. नष्ट हो जायेगा हिंदुस्तान .. रोज़गार चला जायेगा .. किसी को नौकरी नहीं मिलेगी .. कंप्यूटर सबकी नौकरी उठाके भाग जायेगा .. यह इसका कहना था .. और फिर देखिये क्या हुआ… कंप्यूटर ने हिंदुस्तान को बदला .. और दस साल बाद … वो ही नेता बीजेपी के .. उन्होंने ऐसे स्टेज से कहा कि भैया कंप्यूटर तो हम लाये, कंप्यूटर तो हमने दिया हिंदुस्तान को, टेलीफोन तो हमने दिया हिंदुस्तान को .. ये ही इनकी (unclear) है … गांधी जी को मारा इन्होने .. आरएसएस केलोगों नेगांधी जी को गोली मारी .. और आज उनके लोग गांधी जी की बात करते हैं
[आ]इससे पूर्व भाजपा के दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय पर आम आदमी पार्टी के आशुतोष+ शाजिया इल्मी के न्रेतत्व में आप कार्यकर्ताओं ने हिंसक झड़प की थी जिसे भाजपा ने अपने ऊपर आप पार्टी का हमला बताया था |झड़प के समय पूरे भारत में आचार संहिता लागू हो चुकी थी और झड़प वाले छेत्र में धारा १४४ भी लगी हुई थीगुजरात कि एक घटना को आधार बना कर दिल्ली में इरादतन संहिता का उल्लंघन किया गया | दिल्ली चुनाव आयोग ने सख्ती से लिया और इसे चुनावी अचार संहिता का उल्लंघन माना है|अब यह रिपोर्ट सी ई सी के पास है |

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) takes strong exception to mischievious and misleading news reports in a section of the media that its party convenor Arvind Kejriwal had accepted Z category of security when he was the chief minister of Delhi.
It is shocking that the said report attributed to unnamed sources has disregarded facts and relied on fiction apparently at the behest of Ministry of Home Affairs and Delhi Police.
In A Press Release It Is Stated ” Arvind Kejriwal has consistently refused to accept any such category of security since he became the chief minister on December 28, 2013, and his written statements have been in public domain as well as with the top Police brass.
The AAP condemns repeated attempts by a section of the media, including some newspapers and TV channels to run stories with the sole intention of twisting facts to mint unnecessary controversies with the sole intention of diverting attention from the pro-people issues being raised by the party leadership.”The AAP has now demanded that the Indian Express which has claimed Arvind Kejriwal accepted Z category of security should put in public domain the letter of acceptance to substantiate its claim, since the fact is that whenever the central government or Delhi Police made the offer to Kejriwal, he repeatedly put it on record that he did not require any such security.
The said story which refers to home ministry and Delhi Police also raises an important question about the real intention of these authorities, who have been changing their stand consistently on the issue according to their convenience.
The real intention behind this motivated campaign appears to be highly suspect. By giving credence to unsubstantiated news reports, the MHA and Delhi Police only appear to be encouraging unwanted elements to take advantage of the situation at this delicate timing when the Lok Sabha election campaign is underway.
The AAP Has appealed to its volunteers and the public to ignore such campaigns and continue to focus on the real issues of corruption, communalism, dynastic politics and criminalisation during the coming elections.

सीजीएचएस के लाभार्थियों को कैशलेस सेवाओं के लिए स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के आदेश को निजी अस्पतालों ने ठुकराया
सीजीएचएस के लाभार्थियों को कैशलेस और क्रेडिट सेवायें जारी रखने के लिए स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आदेश को पैनल वाले निजी अस्पतालों ने ठुकरा दिया |इन निजी अस्पतालों को 200 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक की राशि देय है कुछ केसों में यह देयता ढाई सालों से लंबित है इस व्यवस्था से परेशान सीजीएचएस के पैनल वाले निजी अस्पतालों ने लाभार्थियों को कैशलेस सुविधा देने से मना करना शुरू कर दिया केंद्र सरकार के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने इसे भ्रामक बताया और बीते दिन लाभार्थियों को मार्गदर्शित नहीं होने का आग्रह किया था |
केंद्र सरकार ने अस्पतालों को एक हफ्ते में भुगतान किए जाने का शवासन दिया | सरकार के इस आश्वासन से सहमत नहीं होते हुए स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदाताओं ने कैशलेस सेवाएं जारी नहीं रखने पर आगे बढ़ने का आज फैसला किया। केंद्र सरकार स्वास्थ्य योजना :सीजीएचएस: के तहत अस्पताल 200 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक की लंबित राशि का फौरन भुगतान किए जाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
इसे पूर्व सीजीएचएस के पैनल वाले निजी अस्पतालों द्वारा सीजीएचएस के पात्र लाभार्थियों को कैशलेस सुविधाएं देने से मना करने के संबंध में मंत्रालय द्वारा स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया गया था |भुगतान में देरी के लिए बजट संबंधी रुकावट कारण बताया गया था
स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ने इसके लिए विशेष पहल का आश्वासन देते हुए एक सप्ताह के भीतर लंबित कार्यों को निपटा दिए जाने की संभावना जताई थी

Pendency in Payments Will be cleared So Continue cashless facilities To CGHS Beneficiaries
CGHS empanelled private hospitals Are Directed To Continue cashless /credit facilities to the eligible CGHS beneficiaries.It Is also ensured that Delay in payments in the last quarter of the financial year is due to budgetary constraints which is not a new phenomenon and the hospitals are aware of it.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ,In This Regards, has taken special steps and the pendency is likely to be cleared within a week.
In A Press Note, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ,Has Stated That There have been reports in the Media that private hospitals on the panel of CGHS are denying credit facilities to the eligible CGHS beneficiaries for delay in settlement of hospitals bills. Lower package rates and inadmissible deductions etc. have also been reported to be the other reasons for withdrawal of agreed cashless /credit facilities.
In this regard, the CGHS beneficiaries are advised not to be guided by such misleading information. Delay in payments in the last quarter of the financial year due to budgetary constraints is not a new phenomenon and the hospitals are aware of it. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has taken special steps and the pendency is likely to be cleared within a week.
CGHS has already invited bids for revision of package rates through a transparent tender process. The last date for submission of bids is 10th March, 2014. Measures have also been taken to streamline the payment related issues in the ensuing empanelment process.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will ensure that the CGHS empanelled private hospitals continue to extend cashless /credit facilities to the eligible CGHS beneficiaries in compliance with the terms and conditions as laid down in the Memorandum of Agreement signed by them with CGHS. As per the information received by the Ministry, most of the private hospitals are continuing to extend the cashless facilities to the CGHS beneficiaries.
