(चंडीगढ़) पंजाब में नकल कराने वाले 7 फार्मेसी कालेजों की मान्यता रद्द होगी
पैसे लेकर नकल कराने का मामला सामने आने पर सचिव, पंजाब राज तकनीकी शिक्षा और औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण बोर्ड से जांच रिपोर्ट माँगी गई थी जिसमे नकल कराए जाने की पुष्टि की गई है

में सितम्बर /अक्तूबर 2020 में हुई परीक्षाओं के दौरान सामूहिक नकल हुई है। इस मामले में उडऩ दस्ते के इंचार्जों नवनीत वालिया प्रिंसिपल सरकारी बहु -तकनीकी कालेज बरेटा और अनिल कुमार सैक्शन अफ़सर को भी चार्जशीट करने के लिए आदेश जारी किये गए हैं।
इन संस्थाओंं में महीना सितम्बर-अक्तूबर 2020 में हुई परीक्षाओं को रद्द करते हुए इन संस्थाओं के विद्यार्थियों की दोबारा परीक्षा लेने के भी आदेश हुए हैं । अब जो परीक्षा के लिए सैंटर केवल सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग कालेज पॉलिटेक्निक आई.टी.आई संस्थाओं में ही बनाऐ जाएंगे और वहां इनवीजीलेशन स्टाफ भी केवल सरकारी संस्थाओं का ही लगाया जाएगा ।यह परीक्षाएं सी.सी.टी.वी की निगरानी अधीन करवाई जा जाएगी

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने #चित्तौड़गढ़ एवं #झुन्झुनू स्थित सैनिक स्कूलों में अध्ययनरत राजस्थानी विद्यार्थियों को अब राज्य सरकार की ओर से शिक्षण शुल्क के लिए छात्रवृति राशि 10000-25000 रूपये से बढ़ाकर 15000-37500 रूपये कर दी है
वर्तमान में सैनिक स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों की वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय 1.2 लाख रूपये तक होने पर पूर्ण छात्रवृति के रूप में शिक्षण शुल्क के लिए 25,000 रूपये की राशि देय है। राज्य सरकार ने पूर्ण छात्रवृति की पात्रता के लिए पारिवारिक आय सीमा को बढ़ाकर 3 लाख रूपये तथा देय शिक्षण शुल्क की छात्रवृति राशि में वृद्धि कर इसे 37,500 रूपये कर दिया है। इसी प्रकार, तीन-चौथाई छात्रवृति के लिए पात्र छात्रों की वर्तमान परिवारिक आय सीमा 1.2 लाख – 1.8 लाख रूपये वार्षिक को संशोधित कर 3 लाख – 5 लाख रूपये वार्षिक कर दिया है। अब तीन-चौथाई छात्रवृति के रूप में शिक्षण शुल्क के लिए छात्रवृति राशि 20,000 रूपये की बजाय 30,000 रूपये देय होगी।
प्रस्ताव के अनुसार, आधी छात्रवृति के पात्र सैनिक स्कूल के छात्रों की वर्तमान पारिवारिक आय सीमा 1.8 लाख-2.4 लाख रूपये को बढ़ाकर 5 लाख – 7.5 लाख रूपये किया गया है, जिसके लिए शिक्षण शुल्क के रूप में देय 15,000 रूपये की छात्रवृति राशि को भी बढ़ाकर 20,000 रूपये किया गया है। इसी प्रकार, एक-चौथाई छात्रवृति के पात्र छात्रों की वर्तमान पारिवारिक आय सीमा 2.4 लाख-3.0 लाख रूपये में संशोधन कर इसे 7.5 लाख-10 लाख रूपये तक बढ़ाया गया है। साथ ही, इसके लिए देय शिक्षण शुल्क की छात्रवृति राशि में भी वृद्धि कर 10,000 रूपये की बजाय 15,000 रूपये किया गया है।

Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare today announced the Government’s decision to introduce a new category called ‘Wards of COVID Warriors’ in the guidelines for selection and nomination of candidates against Central Pool MBBS seats for the academic Year 2020-21.
The Union Health Minister said that this move aims to dignify and honour the noble contribution made by the COVID Warriors in treatment and management of COVID patient. “This will honour the Solemn Sacrifice of all COVID warriors who served with selfless dedication for the cause of duty and humanity”, he stated.
Central Pool MBBS seats may be allocated for selection and nominations of the candidates from amongst the wards of “COVID Warriors”, who have lost life due to COVID 19; or died accidently on account of COVID 19 related duty.
Reminding everyone that the definition of COVID Warrior has been laid down by Government of India while announcing the insurance package of ₹50 lakhs for them, the Minister said, “COVID Warriors are all public healthcare providers including community health workers, who may have to be in direct contact and care of COVID-19 patients and who may be at risk of being impacted by this.
Five (05) Central Pool MBBS seats have been reserved for this Category for the year 2020-21.

Students of only classes 9-12 are permitted to attend schools with parental consent and without making attendance compulsory,
However, online classes shall continue to be the preferred mode of teaching and be encouraged.
The schools, which are being allowed to open after October 15, will have to mandatorily follow the standard operating procedures, to be issued by the School Education Department.
Higher educational institutions only for research scholars and post-graduate students in science and technology streams laboratory work are also permitted to open after October 15

Punjab school education department has introduced a new subject called ‘Welcome Life’ to inculcate moral values in the students.
This subject has been implemented in all the government, affiliated, associated, aided and unaided schools in the state. This new subject ‘Welcome Life’ has been commenced from the current session 2020-21.
Syllabus for this subject is prepared by the SCERT.On the basis of this syllabus books will be published by Punjab School Education Board and will be made available to the students. School principals are instructed to spend at least one period a week on the subject.

The Punjab Cabinet led by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday approved waiver of fee for Change of Land Use (CLU) and several other charges for Satsang Bhawans established, or to be established in future, by Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) across the state.
Apart from CLU, the other charges to be waived include External Development Charges (EDC), Permission Fee (PF), Social Infrastructure Fund (SIF) and Building Scrutiny Fee.
It may be recalled that the State Government has already exempted above charges for educational, health, religious and social institutions set up by SGPC, Durgiana Mandir, Amritsar and Devi Talab Mandir, Jalandhar, vide its notification dated May 10, 2012.

The book, “Jinnah: His Successes, Failures and Role in History”, claiming to be a “path-breaking” examination of one of the most controversial figures of the twentieth century, is written by Swedish political scientist and a noted author of Pakistani descent Ishtiaq Ahmed.
Born on December 25th, 1876, Mohd Ali Jinnah served as leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan’s creation on August 14, 1947. He then served as Pakistan’s first governor-general until his death in 1948.
Friday, September 11 marked the 72nd death anniversary of the founder of Pakistan.
“Jinnah has been both celebrated and reviled for his role in the Partition of India, and the controversies surrounding his actions have only increased in the seven decades and more since his death.
Ahmed, whose earlier books include “Pakistan: The Garrison State-Origins, Evolution, Consequences (1947-2011)” and “The Punjab Bloodied, Partitioned and Cleansed”, is presently a professor emeritus at Stockholm University.
