के मामले में 143 करोड़ रुपए की संपत्ति कुर्क कर ली गई है| प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने.यह कार्यवाही की है| आय से अधिक मामले रखने के मामले में रेड्डी के खिलाफ पहले से जांच चल रही थी.|जगन मोहन रेड्डी आंध्रा प्रदेश में कांग्रेस के शक्तिशाली मुख्य मंत्री रहे[अब स्वर्गीय] वाई एस राजशेखर रेड्डी के पुत्र हैं
गौरतलब है कि सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत ने इससे पहले जगनमोहन और अन्य की न्यायिक हिरासत को दो जनवरी 2013 तक बढ़ा दिया था. इस मामले में रेड्डी को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पेश किया गया, जिसके बाद अदालत ने उनकी हिरासत 14 दिन आगे बढ़ा दी.
कडप्पा के सांसद जगनमोहन रेड्डी को 27 मई को गिरफ्तार किया गया था, जिसके बाद उन्हें प्रदेश की चंचलागुड़ा जेल में रखा गया है. वह आंध्रप्रदेश हाई कोर्ट में जमानत के लिए दो याचिकाएं भी दायर कर चुके हैं.
