[ मेरठ ] न्यायालय ने एक दरोगा के वेतन संवितरण पर रोक लगा दी है| दरोगा राजेंद्र सिंह यादव एक अधिवक्ता सत्यवीर सिंह मलिक की हत्या का आरोपी है|
हत्या के आरोपी इस दबंग दरोगा के अदालती तारीख पर पेश न होने के कारण न्यायालय ने उसका वेतन रोकने का आदेश दिया है। साथ ही केस सुनवाई के लिए जिला जज के यहां भेज दिया गया। 6 मार्च की तारीख लगी है।
गौरतलब है की मेरठ बार एसोसिएशन के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता सत्यवीर सिंह मलिक की घर में घुसकर हत्या करने के आरोप में 11 पुलिस वालों के खिलाफ मेडिकल थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया गया था। इसमें पांच दारोगा[१]प्रदीप यादव[२] राजीव कौशिक[३] रहीस उल हक[४] तूफान सिंह, [५]राजेंद्र सिंह यादव के अलावा कांस्टेबल रकम सिंह, सूरजपाल, विनोद कुमार, अनिल कुमार, प्रमोद कुमार, चरणजीत सिंह के नाम शामिल हैं। आरोपी राजेंद्र सिंह यादव के अलावा अन्य सभी के खिलाफ स्पेशल सीजेएम की कोर्ट में चार्ज बनाकर केस जिला जज के यहां भेज दिया गया था। लेकिन राजेंद्र कई आदेशों और वारंट जारी होने के बाद भी कोर्ट में उपस्थित नहीं हुए। इसके चलते न्यायालय ने उनका वेतन रोकने का आदेश देते हुए 28 फरवरी को कोर्ट में पेश होने को कहा है। ह्त्या आरोपी राजेंद्र वर्तमान में एसओ बड़ौत के पद पर हैं।
