DilbaghSingh (28 yrs) s/o SardarPuran Singh r/o A-148, Chander Vihar, NilothiExtension, Delhi and
Neeraj Malhotra @ Sunny (28 yrs) s/o Narender Kumar r/oRZ-22, Near Hanuman Mandir, Pali Factory Wali Gali, Indira Park Extension,Uttam Nagar, Delhi, they were wanted in an attempt to murder case of PS Tilak Nagar dated 15.02.2016in which they alongwith their associates assaulted onrival gang members of pick-pockets active in West District.

There is a rivalry between two gangs of pick-pockets, which are active in West District of Delhi i.e.
Jwala gang and
Dilgabh-Ginni gang
