03 dies (which were to be used to prepare infringed/counterfeitelectric wires of the complainant’s company) were recovered from the exclusive possession of Shailender Maheshwari , on his disclosure statement further raid was conducted at his godown situated at premises from there 10.5 Kg of packing Gatta and 4 Kg packing infringed/counterfeit tapes were recovered raid was Also conducted at Friends Colony, Shahadara,Delhi and during search one computer printing machine and 03 Dies were recovered from the exclusive possession of Jai Shiv Chobey
