[New Delhi]Kejriwal With Relatives Dragged To Court For Corruption In Constructions
A Plea has been filed in court seeking FIR against Kejriwal, and others
Rahul Sharma, founder of Roads Anti-Corruption Organisation (RACO) alleged that documents were “concocted and forged” by CM Arvind Kejriwal, Brother in Law Surender Kumar Bansal,,PWD ,causing a loss of over Rs 10 crore to the public exchequer.
Advocate Kislay Pandey, who filed the plea on behalf of the complainant, alleged that the role of the Chief Minister must be investigated as he had allegedly caused substantive gains to Bansal and others by using his influence.
The plea is likely to come up for hearing on February 23.
