[१] अमेरिकन एयर लाइन्स आल निप्पोन [ All Nippon airways]ने सबसे पहले इस महंगे ड्रीम लाइनर को अपने बड़े में शामिल किया बीते माह के पहले सप्ताह में ही ग्यारह में से पांच जहाज़ जमीन पर खड़े कर दिए|इसमें कंप्यूटर दोष सामने आया |
[२]उसी माह के दूसरे सप्ताह में भारत में तेल रिसाव सम्बन्धी समस्या दिखाई दी
[३]नए वर्ष में जापान एयर लाइन्स द्वारा प्रयोग किये जा रहे ड्रीम लाईनर में बेटरी के गर्म होने और उसमे आग लगने और तेल रिसाव की शिकायतें दर्ज़ की गई|
[४]९ जनवरी को अमेरिकन बेड़े में बेटरी के गर्म होने की शिकायत मिली
[५]ग्यारह जनवरी को कोक पिट की विंडो में क्रेक आ गए तो तेरह जनवरी में नारोटा एयर पोर्ट पर तेल रिसाव हुआ|
भारत ने चूंकि इस कम्पनी के २७ जहाज़ खरीदने के लिए आर्डर दिया हुआ है |यह आर्डर २००६ में दिया गया था लेकिन अभी तक उस आर्डर को कम्प्लीट नहीं किया जा सका है|आज इसकी प्राईज़ बढ कर २४३ मिलियन डॉलर्स हो गई है|
अब सवाल यह उठता है कि जिस उत्पाद में एक के बाद एक कमियां नज़र आ रही हैं और इस पर भी समय रहते सप्लाई पूर्ण नहीं की जा सकी है| विलंबित सप्लाई के लिए हर्जाने का भी कोई हिसाब किताब नहीं हुआ है ऐसे में कंपनी के साथ चिपके रहना कई सवाल खड़े कर सकता है|भारत में ही सबसे पहले स्टार्टिंग ट्रबल आई दरवाजे खोलने में कठिनाई हुई|कूलिंग सिस्टम ने तंग किया |इसीलिए शेष तैईस जहाज़ की डिलीवरी लेने से पूर्व सारे इफ एंड बट्स क्लीयर किये जाने जरुरी हो गए हैं वरना इसमें भी कोई न कोई घपला ढून्ढ ही लिया जाएगा |
