[Chandigarh]Haryana Govt To Permit Change In Land Use For Mobile Towers In Haryana’s Controlled areas Also
The Town and Country Planning department of Haryana has framed a policy for setting up of mobile towers in the controlled areas of the state.
The Department will grant permission for ‘change of land use’ as per the provisions of Communication and Connectivity Infrastructure Policy 2013, As Per Sources The Director General of Town and Country Planning department has also been appointed as nodal officer for the purpose.
