अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने पार्टी अजेंडा बताया नाम नहीं :कुमार विशवास भी अराजनीतिक हुए

इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन के नेता अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कानूनी अड़चनों का हवाला देते हुए पार्टी के नाम की घोषणा नहीं की लेकिन उन्होंने अपनी नई पार्टी का एजेंडा जरूर जारी कर दिया।उनके एक सहयोगी कुमार विशवास ने आज इस राजनितिक मंच को शेयर करने से इनकार कर दिया है| केजरीवाल ने मनीष सिसोदिया, शांति भूषण, प्रशांत भूषण, योगेंद्र यादव और आनंद कुमार के साथ अपनी पार्टी के राजनैतिक एजेंडे को सार्वजनिक किया। उन्होंने तीन नवम्बर तक का अल्टीमेटम दिल्ली सरकार को देते हुए दिल्ली से चुनावी शुरुआत करने की बात कही| । 6 अक्टूबर को देश के दो बड़े राजनेताओं के भ्रष्टाचार का खुलासा करने की बात भी उन्होंने कही। उन्होंने कहा कि इन दो बड़े नेताओं के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के सबूत उनके पास आ चुके हैं|
अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपने भाषण में कहा कि उनकी पार्टी का कोई भी व्यक्ति विशेष सुविधाओं का इस्तेमाल नहीं करेगा। केजरीवाल ने यह भी कहा कि उनकी पार्टी में नेताओं के पैर छूने का चलन नहीं होगा और न ही गले मे मालाएं पहनाईं जाएंगी।
दिल्ली के चुनावों से राजनीतिक पारी की शुरुआत का संकेत देते हुए केजरीवाल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में शीला दीक्षित सरकार ने पानी और बिजली के दामों में जो बढ़ोत्तरी की है उसे वो कम करवाकर रहेंगे। केजरीवाल ने यह भी कहा कि यदि सरकार बिल न भरने वालों की बिजली काटेगी तो वो खुद जाकर अपने हाथों से बिजली जोड़ेंगे भले ही उन्हें जेल क्यों न जाना पड़े। और अगर 3 नवंबर तक शीला दीक्षित की सरकार बिजली और पानी के रेट कम करने के आदेश नहीं देती हैं तो 4 नवंबर को जनता खुद मुख्यमंत्री के निवास जाकर उनकी बिजली काट देगी। अंत में केजरीवाल ने कहा, ‘जयप्रकाश आंदोलन के वक्त देश को हालात बदलने का मौका मिला था। एक बार फिर देश को हालात बदलने का मौका मिला है। यदि हमने यह मौका गंवा दिया तो एक बार फिर हम 30 साल पीछे हो जाएंगे।’

एक और साथी अलग हुआ

भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन के प्रमुख कार्यकर्ता कुमार विश्वास ने कहा कि वह अरविंद केजरीवाल के साथ हैं, लेकिन उनके राजनीतिक दल में शामिल नहीं होंगे। कुमार विश्वास केजरीवाल के प्रमुख सहयोगियों में गिने जाते हैं। इससे पहले अन्ना हजारे ने राजनीतिक दल के गठन के मुद्दे पर अपनी राहें केजरीवाल से अलग कर ली थीं। उसके पश्चात किरण बेदी ने स्वयम को अलग किया अब कुमार विश्वास राजनीतिक पार्टी का हिस्सा नहीं बनेंगे लेकिन चुनाव में प्रचार अवश्य करेंगे |कुमार विश्वास ने कहा कि वह सिर्फ दो साल से आईएसी के साथ जुड़े हैं, ऐसे में उन्हें वक्त चाहिए। पार्टी से न जुड़ने लेकिन प्रचार करने के प्रश्न पर कुमार विश्वास ने कहा कि अगर बॉलीवुड सितारे गोपाल कांडा के लिए प्रचार कर सकते हैं तो एक कवि होने के नाते वह भी पार्टी के लिए प्रचार कर सकते हैं।[ हरियाणा के पूर्व मंत्री गोपाल कांडा जेल में हैं]

अन्ना हजारे

दूसरी तरफ, अन्ना ने ताज़ा बयान में राजनीति को एक बार फिर कोसा है। उन्होंने कहा है, ‘राजनीति में जाना मैं दोष नहीं मानता हूं। हमने लोकशाही को स्वीकार किया तो इसे दोष कैसे मान सकते हैं? लेकिन सत्ता से पैसा और पैसे से सत्ता हासिल करना गलत है। राजनीति से देश की सेवा करने का भाव दूर हो जाता है। राजनीति से इस देश को उज्ज्वल भविष्य मिलेगा, ऐसी मुझे आशा नहीं है। देश में लोकशाही है। सबको अपनी मर्जी से आगे बढ़ने का अधिकार है। लेकिन सेवाभाव से काम करने और राजनीति में आने में फर्क है।’

[१]. एजेंडे के मुताबिक यह पार्टी नहीं क्रांति है। देश की जनता ने तय किया है कि अब राजनीतिक विकल्प देना ही होगा। हम राजनीति में सत्ता हासिल करने नहीं जा रहे हैं, बल्कि सत्ता के केंद्रों को ध्वस्त करके सत्ता सीधे जनता के हाथों में सौंपने जा रहे हैं।
[२]. सीधे जनता का राज होगा।
[३]. भ्रष्टाचार दूर करना होगा। इसके लिए नियंत्रण सीधे जनता के हाथों में देना होगा।
[४]. महंगाई दूर करनी होगी। इसके लिए जनता मुख्य वस्तुओं को दाम तय करेगी।
[५]. जनता की मर्जी से भूमि अधिग्रहण होगा।
[६]. सबको अच्छी शिक्षा और अच्छी स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं।
[७]. राइट टू रिजेक्ट। यानी मतदान करते समय किसी या सभी उम्मीदवारों को नामंजूर करने का अधिकार।
[८]. राइट टू रिकॉल। जनता के पास चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि को वापस बुलाने का अधिकार।
[९ .] किसानों को फसलों के उचित दाम दिलवाना।
[१०]. भ्रष्ट नेताओं को सज़ा देने की चाबी जनता के हाथ में होगी।
[११]. चुनाव जीतने के बाद 10 दिनों के अंदर जन लोकपाल कानून पारित कराया जाएगा।
[१२]. भ्रष्ट नेता चाहे किसी भी पार्टी का हो, जन लोकपाल में शिकायत करेगा तो दोषी पाए जाने पर छह महीने में जेल।
[१३]. प्रस्तावित पार्टा का कोई भी सांसद, विधायक लाल बत्ती या सरकारी बंगला नहीं लेगा।.
