(New Delhi) DARPG Gets Budget @15 Crore ₹ Only
The Budget Allocations for DARPG (Department of Administrative Reforms &Public Grievances) for 2021-22 stands at Rs. 15 crores under scheme and Rs. 30 crores under non-scheme.
The following activities will be taken up by the DARPG in 2021-22.
Civil Services Day 2021 will be celebrated on April 21, 2021
Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration 2021 will be conferred on October 31, 2021
The National e-Governance Awards 2021 shall be conferred along with the National e-Governance Conference at a date to be announced separately.
The DARPG shall conduct 4 Regional Conferences for knowledge dissemination and replication of best administrative practices.
Projects will be taken up under the State Collaboration Initiative Scheme for helping States adopt the award-winning practices.
Promote e-Office in Central Ministries and Attached/ Subordinate/ Autonomous Offices.
Modernization of Government offices
CPGRAMS Reforms to be implemented in Central Ministries/ State Governments with focus on timely disposal of public grievances.

More then One Lakh Grievances and 45 Suggested Reforms Pending In Govt Files.
As per Dr Jitendra Singh 80 reforms are suggested out of which only 35 reforms are implemented as a result of which 121806 cases were pending in 2017
Grievance Analysis Study has pointed out top 40 grievance receiving Ministries/Departments/OrganizationsThese are listed on CPGRAMS for identifying grievance prone area, their roots cause analysis and suggested systemic reforms for reducing such grievances. For the top 20 Ministries/Departments about 80 reforms have been suggested out of which 35 reforms have been implemented. This was stated by the Union Minister of Public Grievances Dr Jitendra Singh in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today But He Could not Show Oldest date of pending Grievance .
These reforms include
automatic refunds on cancellation of Railway Tickets,
Single Window Pension through disbursing Banks,
intensive mechanized cleaning of coaches,
e-verification of Income Tax Returns,
expeditious Income Tax Returns upto Rs. 50,000/- etc.
The reforms have been implemented by the concerned Ministries/Departments so that grievances on these specific issues could be reduced.
Grievances are required to be redressed in a decentralized manner by the Ministries/Departments/Organizations concerned as per work allocations under the allocation of Business rules, 1961. The details of receipt and disposal of grievances for the Ministries/Departments for the last three years are as under:
