[Pune]FTII Students Declare Mahabharata Against Their New Chairman Gajendra Chouhan
Students of the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) today boycotted their classes in protest against the appointment of actor Gajendra Chouhan as the new chairman of its governing council.
students alleged that this appointment appeared “politically coloured” in view of his “affiliation” with ruling BJP.
Chouhan is known for his role of Yudhisthira in the popular TV series ‘Mahabharat’.
