[New Delhi]Highly Criticized Education System Has 21 Fake Universities.State Governments Are Proven Incompetent To Close Them Down.
As per information available with the University Grants Commission (UGC), there are 21 Fake Universities which have been listed in the UGC list of Fake Universities and are functioning in contravention or violation of the UGC Act, 1956 in different parts of the country.
These are available on the UGC website According to the UGC, some institutions are offering Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degrees in various subjects which are not established under either Central/State or UGC Act and hence these Fake Universities do not have right to confer/grant any degree.
As per the information received from the UGC, some of the actions have been taken by UGC against these Fake Universities But these are proven inappropriate
(i) All self-styled unrecognized and unapproved institutions are cautioned that running of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree courses and giving misleading advertisements shall attract severe action under the provisions of appropriate laws including the UGC Act and the Indian Penal Code, etc.
(ii) Cases have also been filed in various courts by UGC against fake universities/institutions.
(iii) The UGC in the interest of general public/students defends the cases in the court. Action relating to closing down the fake institution is to be taken by the concerned state government and local authorities.
(iv) The UGC has also written to the Vice Chancellor/ Director/ In charge of the 21 fake universities to close the down the fake institutions immediately.
(v) Reminder letters to the State/UT Principal Secretaries/Education Secretaries have been issued to take the appropriate action against the Fake Universities located in their jurisdiction.

[चंडीगढ़]भाजपा के मनोहर लाल खटटर ने विरासत में मिली खटारा सरकार को छह माह तक खींच ही लिया इसके लिए उन्हें बधाई तो दी ही जानी चाहिए लेकिन नियमों के अनुसार लर्निंग ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस केवल छह माह तक ही वैलिड रहता है सो अब श्री खट्टर के परमानेंट ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनवा लेना चाहिए|इसके लिए अनेको रुकावटें पार करनी भी लाजमी हैं ,क्योंकि यह उनके अपने लिए और प्रदेश की भलाई के साथ साथ उनके मेंटर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी की सेहत के लिए भी जरूरी है|आये दिन ऐटीएम+बैंकों में लूट+एक्सीडेंट्स के साथ ही किसानों का असंतोष+ठेके पार रखे गए कंप्यूटर टीचरों का भी गुस्सा बढ़ता जा रहा है |वृद्ध पेन्शर अधीर हो चले हैं| अस्पतालों में डाक्टरों की कमी+स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की कमी अभी तक बनी हुई है|आपके अपने सहयोगी आपकी टांग खींचने को मंढे हुए हैं |स्वास्थ्य मंत्री अनिल विज ने अपने महकमे को छोड़ कर ट्रांसपोर्ट मंत्रालय के विभागों में छापे मारने शुरू कर दिए हैं |अशोक खेमका जैसे कर्मठ अधिकारी कर्म के महत्व से सम्बंधित श्री गीता के श्लोकं ट्वीट करने लग गए हैं ||प्रदेश की जमीन अभी ओन लाइन आनी है| जमीन के असली मालिकों का अभी तक अता पता नहीं हैं|यहाँ तक जमीन का भी अता पता नहीं हैं |डेरा बाबेयों का मसला कब तक जेलों में डाले रखोगे|अपनी पहली प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में आपने कुछ प्रतिबद्धताओं को उजागर करने की ओपचारिकता निभाई थी जिनमे स्वच्छ हरियाणा अभियान चलाने+कांग्रेस के हुड्डा की सरकार की अधूरी घोषणाओं पार पुनर्विचार करने+रिएम्प्लॉयमेंट मुख्य मुद्दे थे |इस अवसर पर आपने कहा था के आपकी सरकार बदले की भावना से काम नहीं करेगी लेकिन जिस भ्रष्टाचार के दानव का हव्वा दिखा कर आप सत्ता में आये वोह दानव बीएस हुड्डा+डीएलऍफ़+रोबर्ट वढेरा के रूप में आज भी अट्ठास कर रहा है|बेशक आप जी की सरकार ने कुछ काम किये हैं लेकिन वोह सब ऊँठ के मुंह में जीरा ही हैं |आज कल कहा जाता है के जो दीखता है वोही बिकता है आप कुछ बिकाऊ दिखा नहीं पा रहे हैं सो अब तो बढे बन जाईये

Air services to Kathmandu hit again as flights of Air India+SpiceJet+IndiGo failed to land
[New Delhi] Air services to Kathmandu were hit again today as flights of Air India+SpiceJet+ IndiGo failed to land in the earthquake-hit Nepalese capital and returned as ATC personnel at Tribhuvan International Airport were evacuated following a powerful aftershock.
However, National Carrier Air India was able to operate two flight in the morning, one each from Delhi and Kolkata with 118 and 45 passengers on board.
Two powerful aftershocks today rattled Neighboring Nepal , adding to the misery of yesterday’s devastation in which the casualties soared to 2,200 people dead and over 5,600 others injured.
The two flights are back with 135 and 45 passengers,
Air India operates three services to Kathmandu including two daily services from the national capital. The Kolkata-Kathmandu-Kolkata flight is, however, operated four times a week.
Of the three regular services, Air India had operated only one flight yesterday, which had departed much before the massive earthquake had hit the land-locked country.
Besides Air India, other domestic carriers had also cancelled their services to Kathmandu.
A magnitude 6.7 aftershock shook the Kathmandu area of Nepal a day after the massive earthquake devastated the region, killing hundreds of people.

[नई दिल्ली]कथित सस्ती एयर लाइन्स इंडिगो बीते वित्तीय वर्ष के आखिरी महीने में भी यात्रियों की शिकायतों के मामले में नंबर वन रही |यदपि मार्च में यह संख्या फरवरी के मुकाबिले कम है ,लेकिन अन्य निजी एयर लाइन्स के मुकाबिले इंडिगोशिकायतों में टॉप पर ही है|
मार्च में कुल विलम्बित[ Delayed] फ्लाइट्स की संख्या ३४ ११९ हैं इनमे से नेशनल कर्रिएर एयर इंडिया की संख्या १८५२८ है इसके बाद निजी एयर लाइन्स में इंडिगो एयरलाइन्स की ९२४९ फ्लाइट्स को दो घंटे या उससे अधिक देरी से उड़ाया गया |शेष एयर लाइन्स का आंकड़ा निम्न है

फ्लाइट्स को देरी से उड़ाने के पीछे भी कंपनी का अपना व्यवसायिक गणित हो सकता है | फ्लायर्स लोड फैक्टर बढ़ाने के लिए फ्लाइट्स को निर्धारित समय के पश्चात भी रोके रखा जाता है|इससे एक तो फ्लाइट्स को कैंसिल नहीं करना पड़ता+फ्लायर्स भी मिल जाते हैं|कंपनसेशन के नाम पर मात्र रिफ्रेशमेंट का खर्चा ही बुक किया जाता है|
यात्रियों से सम्बंधित विभिन्न शिकायतों के कुल ११९४ मामले दर्ज कराये गए हैं इनमे से इंडिगो एयर लाइन्स कंपनी के विरुद्ध १९८ मामले दर्ज कराये गए जिनमे से एक शिकायत का निस्तारण नहीं हुआ है |
इंडिगो एयर लाइन्स का मार्किट शेयर 22.86%बताया गया है इसका लोड फैक्टर [Passengers load factor ]७७% है जोकि आठ एयरलाइन्स में पांचवें स्थान पर है|इंडिगो एयरलाइन्स को अनेकों विशेषणों से नवाजा जाता है जैसे [१]नो फ्रिल [२]बजट एयरलाइन्स[३]प्रॉफिट मेकिंग आदि आदि
राजनीतिक कव्वों की दुनिया में असली कौव्वों की पहचान कायम है
[मेरठ]आज रविवार है लेकिन सुबह ही कौवों की कायं कायं से आँख खुल गई झट बाहर आकर देखा तो दसियों कौवे बिजली की तारों पर बैठे कावं कावं करने में लगे थे|बचपन में ऐसे दृश्य देख कर अक्सर मुंह से निकल आता था कि कौव्वों की बरात आ गई|
ये तो आप भी मानेंगे कि श्राद्धों के अलावा इस पक्षी को न तो देखने में कोई रुचि रहती है और नाहीं इसके संगीत में कोई इंटरेस्ट |इसके मीट के चटकारे लेने वाला तो मैंने अभी तक एक भी नहीं देखा|वैसे में बता दूँ कि कौवा एक पक्षी ही है। राजस्थानी मेँ इसे कागला तथा मारवाडी भाषा मेँ हाडा कहा जाता हैँ |विदेशों में तो इसके अनेकों नाम और प्रजातियां हैं | वैसे वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार विंटर मेंअक्सर इनके झुण्ड देखे जाते हैं लेकिन गर्मी में इनके गुटों के दर्शन करा कर प्रकृति किसी अनहोनी की तरफ इशारा तो नहीं दे रही है|
राजस्थान मेँ एक बहुप्रचलित कहावत है-” मलके माय हाडा काळा ” अर्थात दुष्ट व्यक्ति हर जगह मिलते हैँ|जाहिर है दुष्टों के इस कर्कश संगीत से सुबह की मीठी नींद की बर्बादी से कोफ़्त तो हुई मगर यह संतोष भी हुआ कि राजनीतिक कव्वों की दुनिया में असली कौव्वों ने अपनी पहचान कायम रखी हुई है|श्राद्धों में इन्हें ढूढ़ने को मारा मारा नहीं फिरना पढ़ेगा |
भगवान भी नेताओं के ही साथ है ,बाढ़ को भुनाने में कोई कसर रह गई होगी तभी अब भूकम्प पेश कर दिया

The Prime Minister Of India Sh Narendra Modi today emphasized the combination of wisdom (Saraswati) and prosperity (Lakshmi) as the key to India’s progress. Speaking after the presentation of the 50th Jnanpeeth Award to Prof. Bhalchandra Nemade, the Prime Minister said creative writing has the capacity to touch lives of several generations. He reiterated that solutions to the problems of global warming and climate change, which the world is debating today, can be found in the Vedas.
Praising the writing of Prof. Bhalchandra Nemade, the Prime Minister compared his views with those of Shri Aurobindo. He said the works of Prof. Nemade will inspire several generations. The Prime Minister emphasized that literature is extremely important in the current age of technology.
The Prime Minister regretted the declining interest in books and reading. He said people must ensure a special place for books in their homes. He recalled the “Vaanche Gujarat” (Read Gujarat) initiative that he had launched when he was Chief Minister of Gujarat.
Relief Are On Full Swing:Earth Quake
[New Delhi] Relief Are On Full Swing :Earth QuakeAn earthquake with an intensity of 7.9 on ritcher scale with epicenter 77 kilometer north-west of Kathmandu has been experienced today. The impact of the earthquake has been felt in almost all northern States in India particularly in Bihar+ Uttar Pradesh+Sikkim+West Bengal. Emergency has been declared in Nepal
. As per the latest information, Provided By Ministry Of Home ,34 deaths have been confirmed so far with
[23] deaths in Bihar,
[8] in Uttar Pradesh and
[ 3] in West Bengal. In order to deal with the situation in the affected States, 5 teams of National Disaster Response Force( NDRF) have already been sent; one team to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh and one each to Darbhanga, Supaul, Motihari and Gopalganj in Bihar. 3.5 Ton Releaf Material Has Also Been Sent To Nepal By Special Helicopter.
Each team of NDRF consists of 45 personnel who are fully equipped with the modern equipments to deal with search and rescue operations.There are sniffer dogs in these teams.
The National Crisis Management Committee (NCMC) in the Cabinet Secretariat has already met and reviewed the situation through video-conferencing with the Chief Secretaries of affected States. The NCMC will be meeting regularly to take stock of the situation and the relief measures.
Control Rooms 24X7 have been set up both in MHA and NDMA with following number:-011- 2309 3564, 23093566 (MHA Control Room ), 011-26701728, 26701729, 9868881801(M) – (NDMA Control Room) Meanwhile , an inter Governmental coordination cell has been set up in Cabinet Secretariat which will coordinate all relief measures for Nepal as well as for Indian States. This will function on round-the-clock basis and the phone numbers are :- 011- 2301 6633, 2379 2281.
A report by the Seismic Division of the Indian Meteorological Department says major damage is expected in and around the epicentral region. The source region is expected to experience an intensity of IX and above at Modified Mercalli scale(MMI) , which corresponds to considerable damage even in specially designed structures . 14 aftershocks were also reported of much less magnitude till last reports came in Immediately in about ten minutes of occurrence of the quake the Indian Tsunami Early Warning Center (ITEWC) of INCOIS- Indian Nation Center for Ocean Information Services and the IMD also sent alert to all higher authorities of the government indicating the epicenter and the magnitude of the quake
