खट्टर सरकार ने 15 आईपीएस अधिकारियों और राज्य पुलिस के चार अधिकारियों का तत्काल प्रभाव से तबादले का आदेश जारी किया। हरियाणा सशस्त्र पुलिस के उप महानिरीक्षक एस कविराज को गुरग्राम के संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त की अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी दी गयी है।

The Uttar Pradesh government On Monday flagged off 16 vehicles as part of its ‘Dial-100’ campaign aimed at better policing in the district.
The campaign was launched by Samajwadi Party MLC Rakesh Yadav at Harsaon police lines area here.
Circle officer of police lines Anoop Kumar said that under the project, 64 jeeps have been allocated to the district administration.
The Dial-100 service will be directly connected to Lucknow headquarters. Every distress call will be monitored there and the call will be forwarded to the district concerned, he said.
“A total of 250 policemen have been trained for this service and they will be under the command of Lucknow control room. All the vehicles have GPS technology and at least three to four policemen will be deputed on each vehicle. This service has been designed on the lines of the emergency number ‘911’ of United States,”

आदि क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले बुनकरों/श्रमिकों के खाते खोलने के शिविर वस्त्रायुक्त के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय नोएडा, निट्रा पावरलूम सेवा केन्द्र तथा मेरठ स्थित जिला अग्रणी बैंक के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2016 तक लगाए जाएंगे ।

इन शिवरों को लगाने का उद्देश्य सभी बुनकरों/श्रमिकों के खाते खोल कर भारत सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही ताकि कैश रहित लेन-देन की मुहिम को प्रभावी बनाया जा सके । दिनांक 19/12/2016 को शांम चार बजे तक कुल 1804 लोगों के खाते खोले जा चुके हैं । दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर तक 10,000 खाते खुल जाने का अनुमान है ।

An ATM cash van carrying Rs 5 lakh was looted this afternoon in east Delhi’s Pandav Nagar area.
The incident occurred at 2.25 PM when the driver of the cash van had taken out the bags containing Rs 5 lakh.
The money was to be put in an SBI ATM
Three men arrived on a motorcycle and one of them got off, brandished a weapon and snatched the bags from the driver before fleeing from the spot, .
The accused were wearing helmets so the driver couldn’t see their faces,
The driver was accompanied by a security guard who had a weapon.
According to the police.The security guard claimed that the incident happened so quickly that he couldn’t react,

Around 9,500 persons attended a two-day awareness camp to create awareness about digital payments and help people open bank accounts and enroll for Aadhaar,
As per Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology ,.Digital transactions worth Rs 60,000 were conducted at the event that concluded today,
and witnessed footfall of over 9500 visitors in two days
The camp commenced on December 17 culminated today at Major Dhyanchand National Stadium, Delhi.
The objective of the initiative was to enable citizens and merchants to undertake real-time digital transactions through the DigiDhan Bazaar and encourage them to use digital platforms for day-to-day transactions,
“As many as 72 participants from 29 banks including State Bank of India, Corporation Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Andhra Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank were present,”
Eighteen mobile wallet operators like MobiKwik, Oxygen, TranServ; telecom companies like Airtel, Idea, Reliance Jio participated in the event.
Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) vendors, merchants (through marketing associations), co-operatives like Kendriya Bhandar and organised retail fruits and vegetable chains like Safal, Mother Dairy took part in the DigiDhan Mela.
“Cashless transactions took place worth Rs 60,000 at the DigiBazar,”
The UIDAI counter at the Mela created about 500 new Aadhaar accounts and registered over 2,000 new applications and NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) has made almost 6000 people aware about USSD (, AEPS and RuPay card in a span of two days, it added.

Work at government offices in Uttar Pradesh is likely to be hit from tomorrow with Provincial Civil Services (PCS) officials threatening to go on a strike over the alleged assault of an Additional City Magistrate (ACM) and three officers by a group of lawyers on Friday.
As per Association general secretary Pawan Gangwar
“The PCS Officers Association has resolved that over 1,100 officers will be on strike from Monday if the accused lawyers are not arrested immediately,”
He said We will also seek action against the Lucknow SSP, Manjil Saini, for “police inaction” in this matter,
.An FIR was too lodged against two Additional District Magistrates and an ACM on the complaint of the lawyers, but was later expunged,
The PCS officers had stalled all revenue and land related works while lawyers announced they would not attend local courts after the incident at the Collectorate
The UP State Karmchari Sanyukt Parishad announced that it would support the strike, with its President Harikishore Tiwari saying “lakhs of government employees are with PCS officers”.

आज जंतर-मंतर पर उमड़ी भारी भीड़ जुटाकर ‘स्वराज इंडिया’ ने राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में अपनी पहली उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई।
स्वराज अभियान के अध्यक्ष प्रशांत भूषण ने रैली को संबोधित करते हुए कहा –
“मैंनें जुलाई 2014 में ही प्रधानमंत्री को चिट्ठी लिखी। बताया कि कालेधन को कैसे रोकना है। लेकिन उसपर कोई कार्यवाई नहीं हुई। कार्यवाई तो छोड़िए, भ्रष्टाचार और कालेधन पर रोक लगाने वाले मौजूदा क़ानूनों और संस्थाओं को कमज़ोर किया जाने लगा। भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक संस्थाओं में मुख्य पदों पर नियुक्त किया जा रहा है। तीन साल हो गए
लोकपाल कानून को बने लेकिन अब तक लोकपाल की नियुक्ति नहीं हुई है।
आज न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता भी खतरे में है वर्तमान मुख्यन्यायधीश के 15 दिन शेष रहते हुए भी नए न्यायधीश की घोषणा नहीं हुई है |
भारतीय सेना के अध्यक्ष जैसे अति महत्वपूर्ण पद पर भी दो वरिष्ट अधिकारीयों को दरकीनार कर के तीसरे अधिकारी की न्युक्ति की गई है|
इस सरकार ने सीबीआई का भी यही हश्र किया|
जगदीश चोकर जो ADR के संस्थापक हैं ने आज के परिस्थिति पर कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा -‘जालिमों अपनी किस्मत पर नाज न हो दौर बदलेगा ये वक्त की बात है वो यकीनन सुनेगा सदाएं मेरी क्या वो तुम्हारा खुदा है,हमारा नहीं’|
अंजलि भारद्वाज ने स्वराज इंडिया के RTI में आने पर सराहना करते हुए कहा “जब स्वराज इंडिया RTI में आ सकती है तो बाकी पार्टियाँ क्यों नहीं आ सकतीं?”
गुजरात के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री सुरेश मेहता ने बताया की CAG की अनेकों रिपोर्ट से यह साबित होता है कि गुजरात की सरकार ने अदानी ग्रुप को फ़ायदे पहुचाये|
अध्यक्ष योगेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि “कालाधन दस सिरों वाला रावण है। कैश उस रावण का एक सिर है।
रियल स्टेट,
गोल्ड, बेनामी संपत्ति,
पी-नोट,
विदेशी अकाउंट और
निवेश उसके बाक़ी के सिर हैं। अब रावण के एक सिर पर वार कर आप रावण को नहीं मार सकते। रावण को मारने के लिए उसकी नाभी पर वार करना होगा। कालेधन रूपी रावण की नाभी है – राजनैतिक भ्रष्टाचार। इस रावण को मारने में हमारी संसद नाकाम रही है। आज समय की माँग है कि कालेधन के मुद्दे पर एक देशव्यापी जन आँदोलन शुरू किया जाए।”
उन्होंने ने कहा “आज सत्ता और विपक्ष के बीच मैच फिक्सिंग जैसा माहौल है” आप सभी आए हुए लोगों की अभूतपूर्व उर्जा और भारी संख्या को देखते हुए ऐसा लगता है की हमें अगली रैली रामलीला मैदान में करनी होगी|”
