Arora said the AAP legislator only wanted to submit a memorandum to the ADC, but he allegedly misbehaved with elected public representative
A purported video of the spat has gone viral on social media. In the video, the officer could be seen asking Sandhwan to leave the office after telling him not to raise his voice.

The CBI’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered an FIR against 11 clerks of the Income Tax office in Nagpur and one posted in Rajasthan for allegedly securing jobs through fraudulent means.
The bureau has also charged some unidentified officials of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) with issuing letters of appointment to the accused without verifying discrepancies in their admit cards issued for the examination for the posts,
The selection process, was conducted by the SSC between 2012 and 2014.
The fraud came to light when differences were found in signatures of these employees on their admit cards for the written exam and the cards issued to them for the skill tests.

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will contest the Rajya Sabha elections from Uttar Pradesh while Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will do so from Madhya Pradesh
Jaitley is currently a Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat and Pradhan is a member from Bihar.
The party today announced the names of seven Union ministers and one general secretary for the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls in various states.
The others — apart from Jaitley and Pradhan — will contest from the same states they have been elected from.
Social Justice Minister Thawarchand Gehlot will contest from Madhya Pradesh,
Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad from Bihar and
J P Nadda from Himachal Pradesh
The other two Union ministers,
Parshottam Rupala and
Manusukh Mandaviya,
will contest from Gujarat.
Bhupender Yadav, the party’s general secretary, will again contest from Rajasthan.
The terms of all seven leaders ends on April 2 and all are set to be elected again.

[New Delhi] Center Sanctions Rs 2K Crore For POK Refugees
In a written statement, Union Minister of State for Home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said Govt had sanctioned a Rs 2,000-crore compensation package for the refugees from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) living in Jammu and Kashmir.
He told the Rajya Sabha that the financial package was sanctioned on December 22, 2016.
He said 36,384 families were provided Rs 5.5 lakh each.
He added that based on the details provided by the Jammu and Kashmir government, the ministry had disbursed a total amount of Rs 465.5 crore to 9,537 families directly to their Aadhaar-linked bank accounts up to last month.
Asked whether any financial compensation package had been provided to the Hindu refugees who had migrated from Bangladesh, the minister said, “No such proposal is under consideration.
