[चंडीगढ़,पंजाब]पंजाब की राजनीति में नए दल का उदय,आप के बागी खैरा ने बनायी “पंजाबी एकता पार्टी”
आम आदमी पार्टी की प्राथमिक सदस्यता छोड़ने के दो दिन बाद सुखपाल सिंह खैरा ने आज अपने नये राजनीतिक दल का ऐलान कर दिया ।
‘पार्टी का नाम पंजाबी एकता पार्टी रखा गया है और यह पूरी तरह पंजाब केंद्रित और क्षेत्रीय दल होगा ।’’
इस दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी के छह विधायक –
कंवर सिंह संधू,
जगदेव सिंह कमालु,
जगतार सिंह हिस्सोवाल,
पीरमल सिंह खालसा,
मास्टर बलदेव सिंह और
नाजर सिंह मानशहिया –
मौजूद थे ।
पंजाब विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता पद से हटाये जाने के बावजूद विधानसभा की सदस्यता से इस्तीफा नहीं दिया है। खैरा 2017 में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में आम आदमी पार्टी के टिकट पर कपूरथला जिले के भुलत्थ से चुने गए थे ।
खैरा ने इससे पहले पार्टी प्रमुख अरविंद केजरीवाल पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि उनके‘‘तानाशाही’’ रवैये ने भारतीयों और पंजाबियों के दशकों पुराने सड़े गले प्रणाली के विकल्प के सपने को चकनाचूर कर दिया ।
मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह के करीबी रह चुके और दिसंबर 2015 में कांग्रेस छोड़ कर आम आदमी पार्टी में शामिल होने वाले खैरा ने अपना इस्तीफा केजरीवाल को भेजा ।
अपने पत्र में खैरा ने आरोप लगाया कि अन्ना हजारे के भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन के बाद जिस मकसद से पार्टी का गठन किया गया था, यह उस विचारधारा और सिद्धांत से पूरी तरह भटक गयी है ।
खैरा और पार्टी के एक अन्य बागी विधायक कंवर संधू को पिछले साल नवंबर में पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों के कारण निलंबित कर दिया गया था।

The Bill, approved by the Union Cabinet on Monday, was brought in on the last day of the Winter Session of Lok Sabha.
Union Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot introduced the Bill in the House amid protests by Samajwadi Party.

Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned till 2 pm on Tuesday without transacting any business as the Samajwadi Party members protested amid reports that the CBI might quiz former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav in an illegal-mining case .
No sooner had official listed papers presented to the House, SP members were up on their feet against the “political vendetta” in the 
CBI initiating a probe into alleged irregularities in mining during 2012 and 2016 when Yadav held the mining portfolio in the Uttar Pradesh government. They found support in other Opposition parties such as the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).
Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the proceedings till 2 pm, in less than a minute of SP members raising the issue.
But before adjourning the proceedings, he said certain members had given notices under Rule 267 for suspension of business to take up discussions on issues, but he has not allowed any of the notices.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday set aside the Centre’s October 23 decision divesting CBI Director Alok Kumar Verma of his powers and sending him on leave.
The top court reinstated Verma but restrained him from taking any major policy decision till the Central Vigilance Commission inquiry into corruption charges against him is over.
The apex court also said that any further decision against Verma would be taken by the high-powered committee which selects and appoints the CBI Director.This Includes Opposition Leader Also
The court also set aside the Centre’s decision to appoint senior IPS officer M Nageswara Rao, who was the joint director, as the interim chief of the agency.
The judgment on Tuesday was penned by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. However, the CJI didn’t attend the court and the judgment was pronounced by Justices S K Kaul and K M Joseph.
Verma’s two-year tenure as CBI Director ends on January 31.

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday ruled out the need for an alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the state but said the decision on a coalition with the party would be taken by the Congress high command.
He was responding to questions from media persons during an informal chat after meeting Congress president Rahul Gandhi to discuss a host of state government and party related issues, particularly in view of the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
On the issue of the Kartarpur Corridor, Captain Amarinder Singh said while Pakistan had already started work on the construction of the road on their side, development work had yet to start in the Indian Punjab, as the state government had not received any funds so far from the Centre for acquiring land for building the infrastructure.
The Chief Minister trashed as completely incorrect the allegations levelled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the loan waiver scheme for farmers in Punjab. His government had already waived off crop loans worth Rs 3,417 crores of 4,14,275 farmers in just one year. His government was committed to covering all the 10.25 lakh small and marginal farmers He said loans of the remaining about 3 lakh of the 10.25 lakh farmers would be waived off shortly.

एचऐएल के शेयर्स लगातार नीचे गिर रहे हैं लेकिन संसद में इस पर रची जा रही राजनीती का कोई अंत नहीं दिख रहा |
आज भी दोपहर डेढ़ बजे तक बीएसई श्रेणी के शेयर्स में १.८६% की गिरावट से रु १५.१० की हानि हो चुकी है जबकि ऍनएसई में २.२३% की गिरावट से रु १८.२० की हानि दर्ज हो चुकी है |वर्तमान में शेयर्स ७९८.२० और ७९६.५० पर लुढ़क चुके हैं |
मालूम हो के आज भी रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीथारमन ने हिन्दुस्थान एरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड[ एच ऐ एल] को दिए गए एक लाख करोड़ रु के बिज़नेस का विवरण पुनः लोक सभा में दिया |लेकिन कांग्रेस चूँकि इस मुद्दे को हाथ से नहीं जाने देना चाहती सम्भवत इसीलिए कांग्रेस के सांसद ने रक्षा मंत्री के खिलाफ ब्रीच आफ ट्रस्ट का नोटिस दे दिया है |इसके आलावा गुलाम नबी आजाद ने राफेल और एच ऐ एल को राज्य सभा में उठाने के संकेत भी दिए हैं|

अस्थाई राजनितिक लाभ के लिए छिड़ी इस जंग के फलस्वरूप बीएसई श्रेणी के शेयर्स में पौने दो प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज हो चुकी है जबकि ऍनएसई के शेयर्स दो प्रतिशत गिर चुके हैं
बेशक अब एचएएल ने अपनी माली हालत पर दी सफाई देनी शुरू कर दी है लेकिन शेयर्स धारकों को तो झटका लग ही चूका है |
हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (एचएएल) ने रविवार को कहा कि 83 हल्के लड़ाकू विमानों और 15 हल्के लड़ाकू हेलीकॉप्टरों के ऑर्डर अभी अंतिम चरण में हैं और उसकी वित्तीय स्थिति में सुधार की संभावनाएं हैं।
एचएएल ने यह भी कहा कि उसने अपनी मौजूदा जरूरतें पूरी करने के लिए 962 करोड़ रुपए का ओवरड्राफ्ट (बैंक से धनराशि लेना) लिया था।
एचएएल ने एक ट्वीट में कहा, ‘‘एचएएल को लेकर मीडिया में आई विभिन्न खबरों के मद्देनजर, यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है: एचएएल ने 962 करोड़ रुपए का ओवरड्राफ्ट लिया है। मार्च तक अनुमानित संग्रह से नगद की स्थिति में सुधार हो सकता है। एलसीए मैक1ए (83) और एलसीएच (15) अंतिम चरण में हैं।’’
कंपनी ने यह ट्वीट ऐसे समय में किया जब मीडिया में ऐसी खबरें आई कि वह वित्तीय संकट से जूझ रही है। अपने कर्मियों के वेतन भुगतान के लिए उसे उधार लेना पड़ा। कांग्रेस द्वारा लगातार एच ऐ एल की उपेक्षा के आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं जबकि सत्ता पक्ष एच ऐ एल की आर्थिक क्षमता सुधारने के दावे करती आ रही है |

[पटना,बिहार] बिहार में ठंड से 60 से अधिक कौव्वों[Crows]की मौत
बिहार प्रदेश के विभिन्न भागों में 60 से अधिक कौए की मौत हो गयी है।
बिहार के मुंगेर जिला में करीब 45 कौए की भी मौत हो गयी है।
मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के सकरा प्रखण्ड के चंदनपट्टी गाँव में 12 कौए मृत पाए गए।
कौओं की मौत की जांच के लिए रविवार को चंदनपट्टी गाँव पहुंचे मुजफ्फरपुर जिला डॉक्टर मनोज कुमार के अनुसार मृत कौए के सैंपल को जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेजा जाएगा।
पटना जिले के बिक्रम प्रखंड में लगभग 10 कौओं की भी मौत हुई है ।
पशु स्वास्थ्य एवं उत्पादन संस्थान की निदेशक अलका शरण के अनुसार यह ठंड का प्रकोप है

उत्तर प्रदेश में सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा ने रविवार को कहा कि सपा अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव को उनके मुख्यमंत्री काल में हुए अवैध खनन मामले पर जवाब देना चाहिये।प्रदेश भाजपा प्रवक्ता चंद्रमोहन के अनुसार सीबीआई जांच में पूर्ववर्ती सपा सरकार के शासनकाल में हुए अवैध खनन की परतें अब खुलने लगी हैं।
शनिवार को सीबीआई द्वारा सपा सरकार के दौरान प्रमुख पदों पर तैनात रहीं आइएएस अधिकारी बी. चंद्रकला, खनन विभाग के कर्मचारियों और ठेकेदारों के ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की कार्रवाई से पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव की कार्यप्रणाली भी सीबीआई के निशाने पर आ गई है। इससे पूर्व अखिलेश यादव ने सी बी आई की इस कार्यवाही को राजनितिक हथकंडा बताया है और प्रत्येक जांच के लिए स्वयं को प्रस्तुत करने का आश्वासन दिया है
