Aam Aadmi Party[AAP] Now Drags B J P Into The Legal proceedings By Lodging F I R
First Information Report (FIR) has been registered by the Rohini South Police Station on a complaint filed by former Delhi women & child development minister and AAP MLA from Manglopuri, Rakhi Bidlan.
Those named as accused in the FIR include the BJP councillor from ward number 45 (Rohini South) Sanjana Singh, her husband Sansar Singh and other members of their family.
The accused have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code for having caused grevious hurt+assault+criminal intimidation+having used words/gestures to outrage the modesty of women.
They have also been booked under the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes Act,
