BCCI’s Dark Episodes Echoed ,In Lok Sabha ,Today
Young Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Youth Affairs & Sports Jitendra Singh today admitted That B C C I is under scanner Minister stated that several controversies about Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) regarding [1]allotment of franchisees, [2]match fixing,[3] betting etc. were reported in various sections of print and electronic media.
In a written reply in the Lok Sabha today he said, various agencies of the Government namely[a] the Enforcement Directorate,[b] Income Tax and [c]Service Tax Department have conducted inquiries into the allegations of irregularities involving the BCCI in the country But Results of these Inquiries were not shared .
