राष्ट्रीय बाल विज्ञान कांग्रेस के प्रोजेक्ट कार्यक्रमों में मेरठ जिला अग्रणी रहा।एनएएस इंटर कालेज में मंगलवार १५ जनवरी को इसके लिए सभी प्रतिभागी शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया गया। मौके परवक्ताओं ने अपने अनुभव बांटे।
कार्यक्रम में विज्ञान शिक्षकों द्वारा भविष्य में बच्चों की और अधिक सहभागिता पर जोर दिया गया। राज्य स्तर पर बच्चों को प्रतिभाग कराने में सहयोगी शिक्षिका संध्या, राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रतिभाग करने वाले बाल विज्ञानी अतुल स्वामी और ज्योति शर्मा ने अपने अनुभव सुनाए। डा. एके शुक्ला, मंतीन अंसारी, संगीता, दीपक शर्मा ने राष्ट्रीय बाल विज्ञान कांग्रेस की स्तरवार समीक्षा पेश की। कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जिले का नाम रोशन करने वाले दो बाल विज्ञानियों को ओमप्रकाश जैन अवार्ड देने की घोषणा की गई। केके इंटर कालेज, दशमेश कन्या इंटर कालेज, कंकरखेड़ा को विज्ञान दिवस पर यह अवार्ड मिलेगा। जिला स्तर पर निर्णायक के रूप में सहयोग करने वाले डा. दीपक कुमार, डा. सुषमा शर्मा, डा. सतीश कुमार को स्मृति चिह्न देकर सम्मानित किया गया। ।
