भरोसेमंद तीन एम् ने [मायावती+मुलायम सिंह यादव और एम् करूणानिधि ]आज रिटेल में ऍफ़ डी आई पर हुए मतदान में सरकार की साख लोक सभा में सजा कर विपक्ष के प्रस्ताव को वोट आउट करा दिया |अब खुदरा में ५१% ऍफ़ डी आई के लिए रास्ते खुल गए हैं| आज लंबी बहस के बाद रिटेल में एफडीआइ पर विपक्ष का प्रस्ताव संसद में खारिज हो गया। एफडीआइ के समर्थन में 253 तथा विरोध में 218 मत पड़े। जबकि ७० सांसदों ने मतदान में भाग नहीं लिया| बहस के दौरान ही सपा, बसपा और तेलंगाना राष्ट्रीय समिति ने सदन से वॉकआउट कर दिया था।

आज लोक सभा में ११८ राजनीतिक दलों ने चर्चा में भाग लिया इनमे से १४ दलों ने ऍफ़ डी आई का विरोध कियाइनमे सपा और बसपा भी शामिल थी | इन दलों के सांसदों की संख्या २८२ और सरकार के पक्ष में बोलने वाले चार दलों की संख्या २२४ ही थी मगर मतदान के दौरान सपा और बसपा ने बड़े नाटकीय अंदाज़ में सदन से वाक् आउट कर दियाइनके साथ तेलंगाना के सांसद भी थे| इसी के फलस्वरूप केवल ४७१ सांसदों ने मतदान में भाग लिया|इनमे से जीत के लिए केवल २३६ वोट जरूरी तह जबकि सरकार के पक्ष में १७ वोट अधिक मिले|यह बहस नियम १८४ के अंतर्गत हुई थी इसमें अगर सरकार हर भी जाती तो भी गिरने का खतरा नहीं था हाँ नैतिक हार अवश्य हो जाती|
इससे पूर्व बहस के दौरान लोकसभा में भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता मुरली मनोहर जोशी ने एफडीआइ का विरोध किया और कहा कि केंद्र सरकार अपनी गर्दन कटवाएं, देश का नहीं। इससे पहले लालू प्रसाद यादव ने इस मुद्दे पर बीजेपी पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने नरेंद्र मोदी की ओर इशारा करते हुए कहा कि बीजेपी किस मुंह से एफडीआइ का विरोध कर रही है। उनके होने वाले पीएम तो दुनिया भर की कंपनियों को देश में बुलाते हैं।
, फेमा संशोधन बिल रद्द करने का भी प्रस्ताव खारिज हुआ है।
वाणिज्य मंत्री आनंद शर्मा ने पहले ही साफ कर दिया कि एफडीआई लागू किया जाए या नहीं ये राज्य सरकारों पर निर्भर होगा। सिंगलब्रैंड रिटेल में 100 फीसदी एफडीआई की इजाजत है।जदयू अध्यक्ष शरद यादव ने बुधवार को लोकसभा में कहा कि केंद्र सरकार को एफडीआइ पर जनता के हितों की चिंता नहीं है, वह बस अपनी सत्ता बचाए रखने की कोशिश कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यूपीए सरकार एफडीआइ पर सदन के भीतर तो जीत जाएगी, परंतु विपक्ष का संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।यदि सरकार एफडीआइ रिटेल पर रोलबैक नहीं करेगी तो वह जनता के बीच जाकर सरकार का रोलबैक करेंगेपृथक तेलंगाना राज्य की माग को लेकर आध्र प्रदेश से आने वाले काग्रेसी सांसदों ने भी वोटिंग के दौरान मतदान का बहिष्कार किया।
