The Appointments Committee to the Cabinet has approved the following appointments in the Ministry Of External affairs and Chemicals and Fertilizers.
[1]. Shri P.S. Raghavan, IFS:79, Special Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, as Secretary (ER), Ministry of External Affairs vice Shri Pinak Rajan Chakravarty. IFS (Retired).
[2]. Shri Dinkar Khullar, IFS(78), Ambassador of India in Brussels as Secretary (West), Ministry of External Affairs vice Shri Sudhir Vyas, IFS(77) (Retd).
[3]. Shri Anil Wadhwa, IFS(79), Ambassador of India in Bangkok as Secretary (East), Ministry of External Affairs vice Shri Ashok K. Kanta, IFS(77).
[4]. Shri Sudhir Mittal, IAS (PB:78) Secretary, Department of Fertilizers Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers will hold additional charge of the post of Secretary Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers for a period from 12.10.2013 to 22.10.2013 or until further orders, whichever is earlier during the absence on leave of Shri Indrajit Pal, IAS(AP:77).
