” हम मुख से कह तो देते हैं कि हे प्रभु मैं तेरी शरण में आ गया हूँ। तेरी शरण में आना मेरा काम था और पार लगाना तेरा
काम है। हम यह बात वाणी से तो कहते हैं परन्तु मन से प्रभु की और समर्पित नहीं होते हैं। हमने अपना मन तो जगत में
दिया हुआ है, ईर्ष्या द्वेष , मान अपमान में दिया हुआ है फिर कहते हैं हमारा मन परमात्मा की भक्ति में नहीं लगता , प्रभु
के नाम में लीनता लाभ नहीं करता। हम, नाम रुपी बीज को सत्संग रुपी जल से नहीं सींचते तथा संतों की सुवचनों रुपी खाद
इसमें नहीं डालते , फिर कहते हैं कि बीज अंकुरित नहीं होता , पोधा नहीं बनता ।

मन तो एक ही है चाहे संतों को दे दो या जगत को दे दो। हम जीवन भर जगत की वस्तुओं के भिखारी बने रहते हैं । संत जन समझाते हैं की परमात्मा से, संतों से मांगने वाली
केवल एक ही वस्तु है और वह है ” प्रभु का नाम”, हमें परमात्मा से यही प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए ” हे प्रभु हमारे अन्दर आपके नाम
की झंकार हो , हमारा मन लीनता लाभ करे । प्रभु के नाम की पूँजी एकत्र करने के बाद कुछ मांगने को शेष नहीं रह जाता।”
