‘संजू’ फिल्म के दौरान प्रोडूसर डायरेक्टर राईटर राज कुमार हिरानी के साथ काम कर रही थी। हिरानी आजकल एक्के बाद एक हिट फिल्म दे रहे हैं|
हिरानी के वकील आनंद देसाई ने आरोप को ‘‘ गलत, नुकसान पहुंचानेवाला, अपमानजनक, प्रेरित और मानहानिकारक” बताया है।
हफपोस्ट इंडिया में छपे एक आलेख में महिला ने खुद को ‘ सहायिका’ बताया है और आरोप लगाया है कि मार्च से सितंबर 2018 के बीच एक बार से ज्यादा हिरानी ने उसका यौन उत्पीड़न किया।
इस घटनाक्रम के बीच हिरानी का नाम ‘एक लड़की को देखा तो ऐसा लगा’ के नए पोस्टर से हटा लिया गया है। इस फिल्म का निर्देशन शैली चोपड़ा ने किया है।

A case under IPC section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) was registered against Atha at Khar police station Thursday,
Khan (31) made her Bollywood debut in the 2010 film “Veer”. She was last seen in Vikram Bhatt’s “1921”.

Minister said he had sent the message to the woman by “mistake”.and the woman had accepted his apology.
Blaming the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) of raking up the issue. “I am being targeted as I am a Dalit and have been raising issues concerning the Dalits in the state.”
Meanwhile, the SAD reiterated its demand of sacking the minister. Party general secretary Daljeet Singh Cheema said the act of the minister had put a question mark on his morality.

फिल्म निर्देशक विकास बहल ने अपने पर लगे यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों के संबंध में इंडियन फिल्म एंड टेलिविजिन डायरेक्टर्स एसोसिएशन (आईएफटीडीए) द्वारा भेजे गए कारण बताओ नोटिस पर प्रतिक्रिया दी है। उनका कहना है कि ये आरोप झूठे हैं और दुर्भावनावश लगाए गए हैं।
प्रोडक्शन हाउस ‘फैंटम फिल्म’ में काम कर चुकी एक महिला कर्मचारी ने पिछले साल बहल पर आरोप लगाया था कि निर्देशक ने 2015 में गोवा में उनका यौन उत्पीड़न किया था। निर्देशक अनुराग कश्यप, विक्रमादित्य मोटवाने और मुध मंटेना और विकास बहल फैंटम फिल्म में साझेदार थे। हाल ही में इस प्रोडक्शन हाउस को बंद कर दिया गया।
निर्देशक के अनुसार उनके खिलाफ कोई आपराधिक मामला दर्ज नहीं किया गया है और जब तक वह दोषी साबित नहीं होते हैं तब तक उन्हें निर्दोष माना जाना चाहिए।
