सिवाया टोल प्लाज़ा पर खूंटा गाड़ बैठे किसानों को बाबा रामदेव ने भी समर्थन योग क्रिया का आश्वासन दे दिया है इससे भारतीय किसान यूनियन के आंदोलन में नई जान सी आ गई है । ओज काव्य के सशक्त हस्ताक्षर हरी ॐ पंवार का साथ मिलने से यह सोने पर सुहागा हो गया है|
इन दोनों को अपने बीच पा कर भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता चौधरी राकेश टिकैत के तेवर उग्र हो गए। उन्होंने घोषणा कर डाली कि यदि 18 नवंबर तक केन्द्रीय सड़क एवं भूतल परिवहन मंत्री डा.सी पी जोशी ने मेरठ टोल मामले में कोई ठोस निर्णय नहीं लिया तो वह वेस्ट यूपी में एनएचएआइ के हर टोल पर आंदोलन करेंगे। 27 नवंबर की मेरठ महापंचायत के बाद दिल्ली की सीमाएं सील की जाएंगी। दिल्ली में किसी भी राज्य से कोई वाहन प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जाएगा। फिलहाल यदि मेरठ में कोई केंद्रीय मंत्री आता है तो उसका घेराव किया जाएगा।राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि टोल ठेकेदार रोजाना नियम विरुद्ध 40 लाख रुपयों की टोल वसूली कर रहा था, यदि शीघ्र ठेकेदार ने डीएम के खाते में अधिक वसूली गई धनराशि जमा नही की तो वह हैदराबाद जाकर वेस्टर्न यूपी टोल वे कंपनी की मदर कंपनी नागार्जुन व गायत्री ग्रुप के प्रशासनिक कार्यालय का भी घेराव किया जाएगा| उन्होंने कहा कि रविवार रात सूचना मिली कि पुलिस प्रशासन उन्हें गिरफ्तार करना चाहता है। सवाल उठता है कि क्यों, वह जनता के साथ हो रहे अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं। ऐसे में यदि पुलिस प्रशासन उनके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करना चाहता है तो वह 9 टिकैत बंधुओं को जेल भेजे। इस बार टिकैत परिवार की बहुएं भी जेल जाने से पीछे नही हटेंगी। वैसे भी अफसरों में हिम्मत है तो वह उन्हें दिन में गिरफ्तार करके दिखाएं। अब टोल पर ही बिजली, गन्ना भाव आदि को लेकर भी आंदोलन होगा। हर महीने की 9, 18 व 27 तारीख को यहीं पर भाकियू की महापंचायत होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह आंदोलन लंबा चलेगा। दीपावली ही नहीं नया साल भी यहीं मनाया जाएगा।
सोमवार को मेरठ-देहरादून एनएच-58 स्थित टोल प्लाजा पर बाबा रामदेव भी आए और समर्थन देकर भाकियू आन्दोलन में जान डाल दी। उन्होंने इस मंच पर भी हमेशा की तरह केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ खूब भड़ास निकाली। बाबा रामदेव ने कहा कि महंगाई से प्रजा त्रस्त है। लोग दो सौ की लागत का घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर १०००/= में लेने को मजबूर हैं। किसान को उसके उत्पाद का एक चौथाई ही मिल रहा है।
बाबा ने कटाक्ष किया कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने देश की भू-संपदा बेच दी और काला धन उसके मंत्री विदेशी बैंक में जमा कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राजीव फाउंडेशन जैसी कई संस्थाओं को कांग्रेस नेताओं व मंत्रियों का संरक्षण प्राप्त है, लेकिन अफसोस कि हजारों करोड़ों रुपये अर्जित कर चुकी इन संस्थाओं पर कोई आयकर कार्रवाई नही हो रही है।
गौरतलब है कि शासन और प्रशासन की उदासीनता के चलते भाकियू का टोल पर कब्जा 13वें दिन भी जारी रहा और वाहन टोल दिए बगैर ही निकले। टोल ठेकेदार को अब तक करीब 5.20 करोड़ के राजस्व की हानि हो जाने का अनुमान है| कम्पनी ने अधिकांश कर्मचारी अवकाश पर भेज दिए हैं|लेकिन इस पर भी कहा जा रहा है कि टोल प्लाज़ा के कांट्रेक्ट के एक क्लाज के मुताबिक़ इस प्रकार से हो रहे नुकसान कि भरपाई राज सरकार द्वारा की जानी तय है इसीलिए इस समस्या के समाधान के प्रति कोई सहानुभूति नहीं दिख रही |अगर यह आन्दोलन लम्बा चला तो इसकी सफलता पर प्रश्न चिन्ह भी लग सकता है|जाहिर है या तो बी के यू को आन्दोलन को तेज करना होगा अन्यथा फेस सेविंग के लिए कोई और उपाय तलाशना होगा|
