[New Delhi]Gold Smuggler With Precious Metal @ Rs 1 Crore Arrested At IGI A
Ironically a large section of Agitating jewellers+bullion traders across the country have opened their shops today.
A man has been arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle into the country gold valued at about Rs 1 crore at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA)
Acting on inputs received from Delhi Police, customs officials intercepted the accused on his arrival from Dubai.
On detailed examination, he was allegedly found carrying 500 gold coins weighing 3.9 kg,
The value of the seized gold is assessed at Rs 99.17 lakh,
