आस्टेरिती/ मितव्यतता की दुहाई देने वाली यूं पी ऐ सरकार के खर्च का ब्यौरा चौंकाने वाला है आर टी आई एक्टिविस्ट्स द्वारा पूछे गए सवालों में बताया गया है कि एक सरकारी भौज पर २८९५५०३/=का खर्चा आया है|औए यात्राओं पर ५६.१ करोड़ खर्च बुक किये गए हैं|
यूं पी ऐ २ की सरकार की तीसरी वर्षगांठ पर पी एम् द्वारा दिए गए [एक] रात्रि भौज पर सरकारी खजाने से ७७००/=से ८०००/=प्रति थाली का भुगतान किया गया| आर टी आई एक्टिविस्ट रमेश वर्मा के १०/= की कीमत देकर पूछे गए एक सवाल परसरकार ने बताया कि प्रति थाली ७७२१/= का खर्चा आया है|३७५ लोगों ने इस आयोजन का लाभ उठाया | कुल खर्चा 28, 95, ५०३/= का बताया गया है| इसका भुगतान की जिम्मेदारी सी पी डब्लू डी और विदेश मंत्रालय पर थी|.
मितव्यतता के विषय में स्वयम पी एम् ने दिशा निर्देश जारी किये हुए हैं|अभी हाल ही में एक मंत्री कृष्णा तीर्थ ने तो शादी ब्याहों में खान पान को चाय पानी तक ही सिमित कर दिए जाने की वकालत की है|प्लानिंग कमीशन के अनुसार एक थाली पर १६/= से लेकर ३२/ = पर्याप्त हैं|
ये तो बात खाने की हुई अब यात्रा का खर्चा भी कम चौंकाने वाला नहीं है|एक तरफ जहां देश आर्थिक संकटों से घिरा हुआ है,वहीं प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के मंत्रियों ने विदेशी दौरों पर 678 करोड़ रुपये फूंक डाले हैं.
आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता सुभाष अग्रवाल ने यह खुलासा किया है. उन्होंने सूचना के अधिकार के तहत मंत्रियों के विदेश दौरों पर खर्च हुए पैसा का ब्योरा मांगा था. 2011-12 में मंत्रियों के विदेश दौरों पर यूपीए सरकार ने 678 करोड़ रूपए फूंके.
2010-11 से यह 12 गुना ज्यादा है. 2010-11 में मंत्रियों के विदेश दौरों पर सिर्फ 56.1 करोड़ रूपए खर्च हुए थे.
प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने भी पिछले दो साल में जमकर विदेश दौरे किये. प्रधानमंत्री मॉस्को, मालदीव, न्यूयॉर्क बाली के दौरों पर गए. विदेश मंत्री एसएम कृष्णा ने 28 विदेश दौरे किए. कृष्णा ने न्यूयॉर्क,इस्लामाबाद,बीजिंग,बाली,सिंगापुर,ऑस्ट्रेलिया,इजरायल और फिलस्तीन का दौरा किया.
कई बार मंत्रियों ने चार्टर्ड प्लेन से यात्राएं की. मसलम विदेश मंत्री एसएम कृष्णा के पाकिस्तान दौरेके लिए एयर इंडिया के एयरबस को किराये पर लिया गया|
वाणिज्य मंत्री आनंद शर्मा ने आठ बार स्वीट्जरलैण्ड+दक्षिण अफ्रीका+पाकिस्तान और फ्रांस की यात्रा की. रक्षा मंत्री एके एंटनी ने पिछले दो साल में 6 विदेश दौरे किये सुबोध कान्त सहाय ने पांच देशों की यात्राएं की.
अधिकारियों के मुताबिक ये सभी आधिकारिक दौरे थे
