Notorious Interstate luxury car thief adopt unique modus operandi of car theft arrested by AATS/ West District:
One BMW car stolen from Noida, U.P.and one Fortuner stolen from Panchkula recovered from his possession.
One stolen Audi car, stolen by him from Noida, which later met with accident also traced.
Wthis arrest Delhi Police solved more than 28 criminal cases of Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, U.P. & Punjab.
Auto-Lifter namely Robin @Rahul Of Hisar Haryana was presently residing at Surya Apartment, Village Devli, Delhi.
The accused has a unique modus operandi of stealing the cars. He was hugely
inspired by infamous notorious car thief Bunty popularly called Bunty Chor. He had watched movie “Oye Lucky Oye” several times based on the life of Bunty Chor and imitated his modus operandi.
He even used to venerate Bunty Chor and kept his picture all the time with him.
He steals high end cars only i.e. Audi, BMW, Fortuner, Mercedes, Skoda and Cruze etc.
He targets only posh colonies, when the house owner went for morning walk He enters in the homes in early morning hours. After entering the house he steals the keys ofthe car and takes it away very boldly. His operational States are Delhi,Haryana, U.P. Chandigarh and Punjab. Recently he was arrested by Crime Branch, Delhi in January 2016 and came out on bail in May 2016 and formed a gang with the help of Ravi Gangwar, Rohit Singhal and Rahul Singhal whom he met while in Tihar Jail. Ravi Gangwal is a notorious criminal of South Distt.Delhi, who is involved in a gang war in the area.

Crime Branch busted a gang of interstate bootleggers with the arrest of three accused persons namely

This gang was being run by a retired Havildar of Army.
The accused persons used a Maruti SX-4car with a ‘red beacon’ and forged number plate with defence number series.
The leader impersonated himself as a serving Subedar in Indian Army.
They used to procure illicit liquor from Delhi and smuggled the same to Gujarat after affixing forged label of “CSD Supply Old Monk XXX-RUM”.
Total 600 bottles of illicit liquor have been recovered from their possession.

With the arrest of three persons, the sleuths of police station Paschim Vihar/WestDistrict have cracked the sensational broad daylight murder of an old lady(Senior Citizen) and robbery.

.Rs. 6.58 lakhs of the booty and vehicle used in the commission of crime have been recovered.
Criminals Arrested Are
(1) Dheeraj (32 Yrs.) s/o Ishan r/o J-937 Mangol Puri, Delhi.
(2.)Hansraj (32 Yrs.) s/oBhauri Lal r/o C-9/149 Sultan Puri, Delhi.
(3)Aman Kumar @ Chunnu (22 Yrs.) s/oBalbir Singh r/o S-1097, Mangol Puri, Delhi.
: On 07/07/16, aPCR call was received at P.S Paschim Vihar related to the murder of an oldlady. The victim was rushed to Balaji Action Hospital,where she was declared brought dead. Accordingly, a case was registered videFIR No.296/16 u/s 392/302 IPC at PS Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
A team was constituted, under direction of Inspr.Sandeep kumar, consisting SI Ramphool, HC Vijay Singh, HC Vikas, HC Manjeet, HCPhool kumar, Ct. Gokul, Ct. Virender and Ct. Sudhir. The team was working underthe close supervision of ACP Punjabi Bagh Sh. Ankit Chauhan.
They Found no evidence of housebreaking.
The deceased used to live with Chunni Lal age-55 yrs Deceased Mrs. Krishna Devi didn’t have any kid and her husband had passedaway about one year back. The house in which she lived was in her name and also had a share in the Shop in Jwala Heri Market. During Investigation, the police team succeeded in learning that accusedDhiraj had worked as care taker of the late husband of the deceased up till about one and half year back. But after the death of the husband of the deceased, he visited the house of deceased a couple of times.
Even a few days before the incident also he visited the house of the deceased. Dhiraj was interrogated about his current profession and source of income which raised some doubts about his role.Ultimately, he succumbed to the sustained interrogation and confessed about the offence. He disclosed that he had hatched a conspiracy with his friends namely Hansraj, Aman @ Chunnu mentioned above and one more person namely Sumit @ Hanga s/o Suresh r/o Mangol Puri, Delhi and told them that generallythe old aunty (Krishna Devi ) remains alone at home during the day time and they all will go there in the Maruti ECCO vehicle belonging to Hansraj.
They barged into the house pretending to be members of some Orphanage. Then they made the deceased unconscious and looted the cash and other valuable articles. The lady resisted and therefore they tied her dupatta around her neck which caused death
After that they ransacked the house and looted Rs 12 lakh approximately.
Out of that, they distributed the booty among them. All the accused persons are being examined intensively in the present case and also about their involvement in other cases.

The accused disclosed that he used to call any number randomly and if the call was picked by a female, he used to save that number. Then he used to see the picture profile of that particular number through Whatsapp and if he liked the picture, then he used to send SMS or WhatsApp to that particular number.
Accused Mohd.Khalid (31 years) S/o Abdul Maazid R/o Balli Maraan, Delhi, has studied upto 5th standard from an English medium School in Sadar Bazaar. Thereafter he studied upto 8th standard. He is a bachelor. He along with his father runs a bag shop in Sadar Bazar area, Delhi.

The Oscar Group of Companies chairman has been arrested by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Odisha police on the charge of duping people of Rs 230 crore.
Group Chairman Prabhas Chandra Rout was arrested by Crime Branch sleuths from a temple at Hauz Khas area in New Delhi where he was hiding under a false name,
“The Oscar Group Chairman Prabhas Chandra Rout was wanted in connection with chit fund scam to the tune of Rs 230 crore,”
Oscar Group had floated a chit fund company in 2010 and its branches were spread across Odisha, Gujarat and Maharastra, Crime branch had registered a case against Rout.
Earlier, Muna Patra the general manager of the company was arrested and is now in jail.

Odia daily and has
produced about four Odia films

They were indulged in online frauds and cheat the innocent people of their hard earned money on the pretext of depositing cash in their fake accounts as
service charge for release of lottery money and
LIC bonus points.
Accused Mohd. Miraz Alam disclosed that last year he came in contact of Raju @ Safi-Ur-Rehman, Sameer and Vicky in Mumbai. He used to provide details of bank accounts to Raju (mastermind of their gang) who runs a Call Center in Mumbai. Raju along with his associates used to call people on their mobile phones and induce them on the pretext of winning lacs ofrupees in lucky draw or lottery or LIC bonus points.
They induce people to deposit certain amount in their bank account as service charge for release of money which they had won and they repeatedly ask the persons to deposit certain amount on one or theother pretext till that person stop depositing cash after sensing something suspicious. When some of the people trapped in their net, deposit cash in their accounts, the money is withdrawn by them quickly and further handed over to one Sameer on the instruction of Raju @Safi-Ur-Rehman and then they switch off their mobile phones or never respond to the call of victims.
The account holder gets 30% as one time commission for each account and 3% commission for each withdrawal from the account. The accused persons confessed to have received Rs. 8 lacs as 3% commission within a span of7/8 months on total transactions which mean that more than rupees 2.50 crores havebeen cheated from the gullible victims. The total amount is expected to increase during further investigation after arrest of other gang members.
At the instance of accused persons, their associate Anees was arrested from Jal Vihar, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi and another associate namelySurender is still absconding. A policeteam has been sent to Mumbai along with accused persons to trace and arrest theremaining accused Raju @ Safi-Ur-Rehman, Vicky and Sameer.

Delhi Crime Branch has busted a gang of extortionists demanding Rs.10 lac as extortion money by extending threats to kill.
A sensational blind case of extortion of Rs.10 lac has been solved with the arrest of two accused namely Guddu Mehto (25 yrs) Of Begusarai, Bihar)and Ramu Chauhan (30 yrs) Of Village ,Aligarh, (UP).
In view of the sensitivity and threat to the life of complainant and his family, a team of officers of Special Team led by
