Jet Airways, airline, has introduced a new initiative “Zero Penalty Fee” for changes or cancellations within 24 hours of bookings
As Per Vice President Of Airline Ragini Chopra ,This new initiative is exclusive for bookings made on its website
In case of a change in the booking while the penalty fees will be waived off, any additional amount due to the increase in fare will be applicable. The Manage Booking facility can be accessed for bookings up to 1 hour prior to departure for flights within India and up to 3 hours prior to departure for international flights.

Air line has announced additional flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Ahmedabad offering convenient travel options for both domestic and international Fliers
Jet Airways airline, has introduced additional flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Ahmedabad for guests travelling especially to the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2015 scheduled between January 11 to 13, 2015.
These additional flights are scheduled in a manner to provide convenient connectivity to guests arriving from the Gulf region, ASEAN and Europe, over the airline’s two international hubs, Delhi and Mumbai.
Delhi – Ahmedabad- Delhi
Mumbai – Ahmedabad – Mumbai
Guests from Colombo, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Muscat, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Dubai and London Heathrow will connect seamlessly to and from Ahmedabad over Mumbai.
Jet Airways has been the official airline partner for the previous six editions of increasingly popular Vibrant Gujarat Summit. Jet Airways on its part will have its prominent presence in the exhibition area and will include a live counter assisting guests with their flights confirmations, reservations and changes.

Responding To Audit Objections Of DGCA, Jet Airways Shows Boarding Card Of Training Operations Service Centre .
Airlines Says Jet Airways pilots have already started to train at CAE’s integrated training centre in Bengaluru.Cramer Ball, Chief Executive Officer Designate Says “It is our priority to train our pilots to the highest level of safety, and we are proud to have CAE as our training partner of choice”
Under the terms of the agreement, CAE has relocated Jet Airways’ CAE-built simulators from the airline’s training centre in Mumbai to CAE’s training centre in Bengaluru.
Jet Airways’ simulators, which include two B737 full-flight simulators (FFS) and one B777 FFS, are now fully operational and certified by India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
It is informed by Ragini Chopra Vice president that The six-bay CAE centre is located in a 116,000 square-foot complex close to the Bengaluru International Airport at Devanahalli. Operational since late 2008,
it is the first non-airline training centre to earn approval as a fixed-wing Type Rating Training Organisation (TRTO) by India’s DGCA

It May Be Recalled that DGCA had on last Saturday cracked down on Jet Airways after an audit of its pilots and cabin crew training programme and issued show cause notices to 131 pilots of the airline.
DGCA also charged Jet’s training and operations chiefs with “lack of supervision of flight crew training,
This audit was carried out after one of the airline’s planes plunged more then five thousand feet while flying over Turkish airspace on the Brussels-Mumbai route on August eight.

Jet Airways+JetKonnect ,today, Announced To Close Uniformly all Domestic Check-in Counters 45 Minutes Prior to Departure Across Non Metro Cities Within India, With Immediate Effect.
On-time performance is fast emerging as a critical service parameter,In view of Which, this measure is adopted .
It is said by the vice president Of The Airline Ragini Chopra That this move is an extension of the check-in policy currently observed by the Jet Airways’ Group across Metro cities in India, and will enhance On Time Performance across the airline’s domestic network.
As An exception,Guests using Web or Kiosk check-in but with checked in baggage will have to complete all baggage related formalities prior to counter closure.

India’s Premier international airline,Jet Airways is observing International Women’s Day’.by announcing special fares its lady guests to mark this occasion
Vice President Of the Airlines Ragini Chopra has stated that “airline will offer its lady travellers a special 10% discount on base fares for international travel on the airlines network and a 10% discount on base fare and fuel surcharge (excluding applicable taxes) on domestic services operated by Jet Airways and JetKonnect. Jet Airways has enhanced Wings and introduced second service from Mumbai to Singapore

India’s premier international air lines Jet Airways has enhanced International Wings and introduced second service from Mumbai to Singapore. It has become only Indian carrier to operate six daily flights from India to Singapore.
Jet Airways international airline, today announced the introduction of a second daily direct frequency from India’s business capital Mumbai to Singapore. This new service effective November 1st, 2013 on a state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft will complement the night flight currently in operation, on the popular and high demand Mumbai-Singapore route. The new frequency into Singapore will also make Jet Airways the only Indian carrier to operate six daily direct flights connecting Singapore with Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai.
Vice president of Air lines Ragini Chopra has informed that these daily flight will offer guests a convenient flight out of Mumbai providing seamless connections from Singapore to multiple destinations within Asia, Australia and New Zealand, with Jet Airways code share and interline partners.
The new Jet Airways service, flight 9W 010 will depart Mumbai daily at 0950 hrs and arrive Singapore at 1800 hrs (Local Time). On the return, flight 9W 009 will depart Singapore at 2005 hrs (Local Time) and arrive in Mumbai at 2310 hrs (Local Time). The additional flight will complement the daily late evening departure Airbus A330 flight being operated between the two destinations by Jet Airways.
The airline will deploy a state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 Next Generation (NG) aircraft with ‘Sky interiors’ on this route, offering Premiere and Economy guests the airline’s famed in-flight service, its award-winning In-flight Entertainment (IFE) programme, and the airline’s hallmark customer experience. With this new service, Jet Airways will become the only Indian carrier to offer two services daily from each of the metros – Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
