Satnam Singh Chahal Writes ” I would like to bring it to your notice that most of the detainees of Indian origin in your center are calling me everyday complaining that they are not only being discriminated in the Center but authorities are also bullying them every day and every time.They named one security officer inside the detention center as Mr D.Gomez who is always bullying them.Similarly these detainees are also complaining that the behaviour of other Deportation officers towards them is very painful.On the top of this they are complaining that authorities are forcing them to sign on papers which they do not want to sign.As per my conversation with the detainees I am told that most of the detainees are going to appeal in the High Court and detention center authorities are threatening them not to appeal in the court”

The Jet Airways Board met in Mumbai on Tuesday, 27 May 2014 and agreed to a series of critical measures which will lay the foundations to rebuild the business.
Shri Naresh Goyal, Chairman of Airline said: “We need to take stringent measures to ensure our success in this challenging and competitive aviation industry. There can be no short-term solutions. The changes required will take time to implement.”
Jet Airways today reported a full year operating loss of INR 2,076.2 crores (US$346 million) and a non-cash extraordinary write down of INR 936 crores (US$156 million), aircraft-on-ground of INR 417.6 crores (US$70 million) and impairment of goodwill of INR 700 crores (US$117 million). Total reported losses for the year ended 31 March 2014 amounted to INR 4,129.8 crores (US$689 million).
The airline also announced the appointment of Cramer Ball as its new Chief Executive Officer.*
Mr Ball 46, an Australian national, is a certified accountant and an accomplished airline executive with extensive experience at the highest levels of international, domestic and regional aviation sectors.
Etihad Airways President and Chief Executive Officer, James Hogan, and the airline’s Chief Financial Officer, James Rigney, attended the board meeting for the first time, following the conclusion of all regulatory approvals for the UAE carrier’s equity investment in Jet Airways.

“आप” पार्टी के सुप्रीमो अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मंगलवार को अपने और पार्टी के एक और असूल से यू-टर्न मारकर जेल से बाहर आ गए |जनता द्वारा लोक सभा के चुनावों में ठुकराये जा चुके अरविन्द केजरीवाल को हाई कोर्ट से भी मिले झटके के फलस्वरूप दिल्ली के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने जेल से बाहर आने के लिए पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में निजी मुचलका जमा करा दिया।
देर शाम कोर्ट के आदेश पर वह जेल से बाहर भी आ गए।अब पार्टी द्वारा इस यूं टर्न को भुनाने की कवायद शुरू कर दी गई है |
गौरतलब है कि नितिन गडकरी के मानहानि मामले में पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट द्वारा कोर्ट अवमानना के लिए केजरीवाल को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जाने के फैसले के विरोध में अधिवक्ता प्रशांत भूषण हाई कोर्ट पहुंचे थे जहाँ माननीय न्यायमूर्ति कैलाश गंभीर + न्यायमूर्ति सुनीता गुप्ता की खंडपीठ के समक्ष दलील दी गई कि जब कोई आरोपी अपने वकील के साथ अदालत में पेश होता है तो उसे मुचलका भरने कोई जरूरत नहीं है। ऐसे में केजरीवाल को जेल भेजना अवैध है।
गडकरी की तरफ से पेश हुई अधिवक्ता और भाजपा नेत्री पिंकी आनंद ने केजरीवाल की याचिका का विरोध करते हुए कानून की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा कि कानून के अनुसार ऐसे मामलों में सभी आरोपियों को मुचलका भरना होता है ताकि तारीखों पर बुलाये जाने पर कोर्ट में उसकी उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
इस पर खंडपीठ ने कहा कि कानून के अनुसार केजरीवाल को निजी मुचलका जमा कराना ही होगा। इसी मामले में केजरीवाल की ओर से पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट द्वारा उन्हें जेल भेजने के निर्णय के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर भाजपा नेता नितिन गडकरी व दिल्ली सरकार को भी नोटिस जारी कर उनका जवाब मांगा गया है।
अब इस याचिका पर 31 जुलाई को सुनवाई होगी।

केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने माननीय उच्च्तम न्यायालय के निर्णय का अनुपालन करते हुए एक विशेष जांच दल [एसआईटी] का गठन किया है ताकि कर चोरी और गैर-कानूनी गतिविधियों के जरिए विदेश में जमा की गई भारी धन राशि की जांच की जा सके और उसे वापिस लाया जा सके |
एसआईटी के अध्यक्ष उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री एम. बी. शाह और उपाध्यक्ष पूर्व न्यायाधीश माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री अरिजित पसायत होंगे। एसआईटी को बिना हिसाब किताब यानी अवैध धन संग्रह से संबंधित हसन अली और अन्य मामलों की जांच और मुकद्दमें चलाने का काम सौंपा गया है। एसआईटी ऐसे मामलों के बारे में एक व्यापक कार्ययोजना तैयार करेगा और अपने काम-काज की जानकारी समय-समय पर अदालत को दी जाएगी

डीजीसीए ने एयरलाइनों को हवाई अड्डों पर यात्रियों के साथ मृदु भाषी होने और यात्रियों की सहायता के निर्देश दिए
डीजीसीए ने एयरलाइनों को हवाई अड्डों पर यात्रियों के साथ शिष्टाचार से पेश आने के निर्देश दिए|
डायरेक्टर जनरल ऑफ़ सिविल एविएशन [डीजीसीए] ने 2014 के वायु परिवहन परिपत्र [१] में हवाई अड्डों पर यात्रियों के लिए सुविधाओं/शिष्टाचार के बारे में अपने तरह के पहले व्यापक दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं। परिपत्र में यात्रियों की शिकायतों के समाधान और यात्रियों के साथ एयरलाइन/हवाई अड्डा कर्मचारियों के शिष्ट व्यवहार को मानक रूप देने पर बल दिया गया है। इन दिशानिर्देशों में निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान दिया गया है:
[१]हर वर्ष 50,000 या अधिक यात्रियों के आवागमन को संचालित करने वाले सभी हवाई अड्उों पर तार्किक पैदल दूरी से दूर स्थित बोर्डिंग द्वारों तक पहुंचने के लिए सभी वरिष्ठ नागरिकों+गर्भवती महिलाओं+ विकलांगजनों + टर्मिनल भवन में जरूरतमंद यात्रियों के लिए निशुल्क स्वचालित बॉगी का प्रावधान।
[२] बोर्डिंग द्वार तक हैंडबैग ले जाने के लिए सुरक्षा जांच के बाद छोटी ट्रॉली का प्रावधान
[३] एयरलाइनों/हवाई अड्डा संचालकों को मुख्य क्षेत्रों में अपने नोडल अधिकारियों और अपील प्राधिकरण का विवरण स्पष्ट ढंग से प्रदर्शित करना
[४]यात्रियों को संभालने में लगे एयरलाइनों/हवाई अड्डा संचालकों के ग्राउंड हैंडलिंग कर्मचारियों को समय-समय पर मृदु व्यवहार, शिष्टाचार और यात्रियों की सहायता करने का प्रशिक्षण देना
[५]एयरलाइनों/हवाई अड्डा संचालकों को यात्रियों की शिकायतों एवं दुर्व्यवहार, गलत बर्ताव और यात्रियों को परेशान करने तथा उनकी शिकायतों पर की कार्रवाई के बारे में हर महीने रिपोर्ट देनी होगी।

PM calls for best possible treatment for Gorakhdham rail accident injured.
New Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has Issued First directions to the Railway Ministry to ensure that the relief operations following the Gorakhdham rail accident are carried out smoothly.
Shri Modi said that it must be seen that all the injured are provided the best possible medical care.
The P M Also sanctioned an ex-gratia payment of
Rs 2 lakh each to the next of kin those deceased from the Prime Minister`s National Relief Fund and
Rs 50,000 each of those seriously injured in the accident.
The death toll in the Gorakhdham train accident in U P Yesterday mounted to 25 with recovery of more bodies since last night.

सेठ जी इस बधाई के साथ ही एक उलाहना भी है |आप जी के प्राइम मिनिस्टर नरेंद्र दामोदर दास मोदी अधिक काम में विश्वास रखते हैं और अपने मंत्रियों से १८ घंटे काम की अपेक्षा भी करते हैं लेकिन आप जी की पार्टी के वेबसाइट को २५ मई के बाद से अपडेट ही नहीं किया जा सका है| यहांतक कि २६ मई के ऐतिहासिक शपथ ग्रहण समारोह या फिर मंत्रियों का विवरण तक नहीं है|माना कि शपथ ग्रहण समारोह एक सरकारी आयोजन था इसीलिए राष्ट्रपति भवन और पी आई बी ने समारोह की फोटो अपलोड करके अपनी भूमिका निभा दी है मगर माफ़ करना झल्लेविचारनुसार दौड़ने का दावा करने वाली पार्टी की महंगी वेबसाइट से भी थोड़ी बहुत उम्मीदें जरूर है|
