दिल्ली में “आप” पार्टी की सरकार की अकारण लगातार गालियों की बौछार से दिल्ली पोलिस और उपराज्यपाल के सयम का बांध टूटने लगा है इन दोनों अधिकारियों ने आज इस बात का मर्यादित संकेत भी दे दिया है |दरअसल अरविन्द केजरीवाल की सरकार आये दिन मीडिया+विज्ञापन+होर्डिंग+पोस्टर आदि के माध्यम से दिल्ली पोलिस और एल जी के माध्यम से केंद्र सरकार पर निशाने साध रही है |इन दोनों संवैधानिक पदों की गरिमा तारतार करते हुए इनके लिए अपशब्द भी प्रयोग किये जा रहे हैं यहां तक एक पोलिस ड्राइवर कांस्टेबिल के विरुद्ध आप नेता को गाढ़ी से कुचलने का आरोप भी लगाया गया है
उपराज्यपाल नजीब जंग ने केज्रिवकल द्वारा प्रधन मंत्री के लिए अपशब्दों का प्रयोग किये जाने पर नाराजगी भी दिखाई| इससे पूर्व सी एम ने नजीब जंग को एक पत्र लिख कर पीएम के इशारों पर कार्य करने का आरोप लगाया था |इस पत्र की भाषा और टोन पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए नजीब जंग ने केजरीवाल को आइना दिखाने का भी प्रयास किया|इसके अलावा आनद परबत पर एक कन्या की नृशंश हत्या को लेकर आप पार्टी दिल्ली पोलिस पर लगातार हमला कर रही है और दिल्ली पोलिस की कमान दिल्ली की सरकार को सौंपे जाने के लिए दबाब बना रही है|दिल्ली की जनता के लिए यह जरूरी बताया जा रहा है इस पर पत्रकारों के एक प्रश्न के जवाब में कमिशनर भीम सेन बस्सी ने स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया के दिल्ली पर पूरे देश का हक है इसीलिए दिल्ली पोलिस निरंकुश नहीं है बल्कि संसद के माध्यम से देश के प्रति जवाब देय हैं |दिल्ली पोलिस के एक कांस्टेबिल ने अप के नेता दिलीप पाण्डेय पर मुकदमा कायम कराया है तो एक अन्य कांस्टेबिल ने अरविन्द केजरीवाल पर मानहानि का ुमुकद्दमा ठोका है

पड़ौसी मुल्कों से सीमाओं पर चुनौतियों का सामना करने वाली भारतीय सेना में 10 हजार अधिकारी कम
[नयी दिल्ली]चीन और पाकिस्तान से जल +थल में चुनौतियों का सामना करने वाली भारतीय सेना में 10 हजार अधिकारियों की कमी है| इसके अलावा तीन वर्षों में ३८६ करोड़ रुपयों के २० फाइटर प्लेन दुर्घटनग्रस्त हुए हैं |
सेना को करीब 10 हजार अधिकारियों की कमी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है जबकि नौसेना को 1800 कर्मियों की कमी का।
लोकसभा में एक प्रश्न के लिखित उत्तर में रक्षा मंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर ने कहा कि 2012 के बाद से सेना में 644 अधिकारियों ने समय से पूर्व सेवानिवृति ले ली। नौसेना में यह संख्या 343 है जबकि वायु सेना में यह संख्या 441 है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने इसके कारणों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि इसमें अधिकृत क्षमता में वृद्धि किया जाना, बेहतर कैरियर विकल्प आदि शामिल है। इसमें चयन के सख्त मापदंड और सेवा की कठिन परिस्थितियां शामिल हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि मेडिकल और डेंटल शाखा को छोड़कर सेना में अधिकारियों के 9642 पद रिक्त हैं जबकि नौसेना में यह संख्या 1779 है।
एक अन्य सवाल के जवाब में पर्रिकर ने कहा कि सेना में 45 हजार जवान प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं जबकि नौसेना के 10,523 और वायु सेना के 11,979 कर्मी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi [RG]today began his 10 km-long ‘padyatra’ from a village in the district to highlight the issues faced by farmers and women Self-Help Groups.
RG’s visit, the first after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, is being seen as an effort to strengthen the party’s base in the state after it drew a blank in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections held in 2014.
The ruling TDP in the state and YSR Congress, had yesterday hit out at Rahul, blaming the Congress for bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and the “gross injustice” to Semaandhra.
RG who has reached out to farmers during similar visits and foot marches in states like Punjab+Maharashtra+Telangana+Rajasthan, kicked off his padayatra from Obuladevara Cheruvu village to Mamilakuntapalli, a three-km stretch, where he is scheduled to have an interaction with farmers, weavers and students.
He kicked off his yatra from the village where Indira Gandhi had addressed a meeting in 1979.
During the course of his yatra, he would hold interactions in three villages of the district with farmers, MGNREGS workers and with women SHGs.
The leader would also meet the family of farmer Harinath Reddy, who allegedly committed suicide.
Later, he will go to Puttaparthy and receive representations from people, besides holding interaction with senior Congress leaders.
He will also visit the ‘Maha Samadhi’ of Sri Satya Sai Baba.

Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju Says That His Air India Is Facing Tremendous Financial Stress
Civil Aviation Minister Raju said today That National carrier Air India is under “tremendous” financial stress and needs to ensure that its team works in a more “cohesive” manner
He Added “Financially, if you look at Air India, it is under tremendous stress. Historically, it has got a legacy and we need to outgrow it,” he said.Air India, which is in the red, has a debt burden of around Rs 40,000 crore and is surviving on a bailout package approved in 2012.
Noting that are plus and minus points, Raju said, “in certain ways, it has to still pull up its socks”.
“I, for one, wish them well. We would wish and are trying to make their team more cohesive because ultimately it is the team that delivers.
Unfortunately for us…Indians are excellent in thought and very difficult to work as a team,” the minister said at an event.
He applauded Air India’s efforts in the recent massive evacuation of Indian citizens abroad from war zones.
In April 2012, the UPA government had approved Air India’s turnaround plan with a committed public funding of Rs 30,231 crore, staggered over a period of nine years, with some specific riders.

Making a strong case for doing away with the ‘5/20’ norm for domestic carriers,
Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju today dubbed this Decade Old Regulation as “a Pain in the Neck”.
Under the ‘5/20’ regulation, domestic airlines in operation for at least five years and with a fleet of minimum 20 planes are allowed to fly on international routes.
The minister’s stance comes at a time when the Ministry is reviewing the 5/20 norm and is discussing the issue with various stakeholders.
“I, for one, would like to get rid of it. Unfortunately it was a Cabinet decision taken by a government… The reasoning in that file and Cabinet note are rather funny. I think it has to go.
“It is an outdated thing. It is like a dinosaur and dinosaurs are heavier. When you wear it in the neck, it is a pain in the neck,” Raju said.
He was responding to a query about 5/20 norm during a ‘Tourism Investors Meet’
By bringing in changes in the more than decade-old rule, the government seeks to address the imbalance between domestic and foreign carriers.
At present, budget carrier GoAir, which had started operations in November 2005 is the only domestic carrier among the old players that is not eligible for overseas operations, as it does not have 20 planes.
New airlines Vistara and AirAsia India are also not eligible for operating international flights from India as they do not meet the 5/20 norm.
