President Obama Said that Higher education is not a luxury but it is an economic imperative that every family in America should be able to afford. President Barack Obama , In his weekly address,noted that while college education has never been more important, it has also never been more expensive. That’s why major new reforms are proposed to make college more affordable for middle class families and those fighting to get into the middle class.
The President’s bold plan would tie federal financial aid to the value and opportunity that colleges provide students, encourage innovation and competition, and help Americans manage their existing student debt by allowing everyone to cap monthly payments at 10 % of their discretionary income. The President acknowledged that these reforms won’t be popular with everyone – especially those who benefit from the status quo – but we have to shake up the current system because the path we’re on is simply unsustainable.
President said that students and families and taxpayers cannot just keep subsidizing college costs that keep going up and up. Not when the average student now graduates more than $26,000 in debt.
We cannot price the middle class out of a college education. That’s why I proposed major new reforms to make college more affordable and make it easier for folks to pay for their education.
Higher education shouldn’t be a luxury, or a roll of the dice; it’s an economic imperative that every family in America should be able to afford.

Sunny was born in Michigan in June 2012, and arrived at the White House today.
Just like Bo, she’s a Portuguese Water Dog, which works great for the Obamas because of allergies in their family.
It is told that Sunny is the perfect little sister for Bo + full of energy and very affectionate + and the First Family picked her name because it fit her cheerful personality.
In the past, Bo has been eager to help the First Family with their official duties, from visiting Walter Reed and the Children’s National Medical Center, to inspecting the Holiday decorations at the White House, to greeting guests at the White House on tours and during the Easter Egg Roll, but in October, the First Lady told reporters that she hosted a “doggie play date” because “Bo doesn’t have enough dog interaction.” So now, in addition to helping with those official duties, Bo takes on the important role of big brother!Sunny, the new Obama family dog, on the South Lawn of the White House,

Fifty years ago, President Kennedy signed an Executive Order establishing the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which is the Nation’s highest civilian honor.
President Obama said, “The Presidential Medal of Freedom goes to men and women who have dedicated their own lives to enriching ours. This year’s honorees have been blessed with extraordinary talent, but what sets them apart is their gift for sharing that talent with the world. It will be my honor to present them with a token of our nation’s gratitude.”

ओबामाकेयर के फार्मूले के कारण संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका[ USA ] के रेस्टोरेंट्स[ restaurants ] उद्योग में प्रभावित नही हो रहा है वरन व्यवसाय और अधिक वृद्धि पर है| यह दावा आज व्हाईट हाउस द्वारा किया गया है| व्हाईट हाउस के ब्लॉगर डेविड vअन्दिविएर [David Vandivier ] ने अपने ब्लॉग में लिखा है कि रेस्टोरेंट्स में नौकरियों की कमी को लेकर मीडिया द्वारा छुटपुट समाचार छापे जा रहे हैं इसके लिए ओबामा केयर को दोषी ठहराया जा रहा है जबकि स्थिति इसके ठीक उलट है| वास्तव में रेस्टोरेंट्स में कार्य अवधि[Business Hours ] कम नही हुई वरन अपेक्षा से कहीं अधिक बढ रही है|इस लिए यह कहना उचित नहीं है कि ओबामा के अफोर्डेबल केयर एक्ट [ Affordable Care Act ] के कारण रेस्टोरेंट व्यवसाय प्रभावित हो रहा है|
इस कथन के समर्थन में चार वर्षों के आंकड़े भी प्रस्तुत किये गए हैं |बताया गया है कि जून २००९ से ८७% एम्प्लॉयमेंट बढ़ा है| मार्च २०१० में अफोर्डेबल केयर एक्ट लाया गया था तब से ९०% एम्प्लॉयमेंट[फुल टाईम ] बढ़ा है|
गौरतलब है कि इमीग्रेशन सुधारों और अफोर्डेबल केयर एक्ट के कारण अनस्किल्ड लेबर की कमी होने के आरोप लग रहे हैं जिसके फलस्वरूप रेस्टोरेंट उद्योग प्रभावित हुआ है इन्ही आरोपों का जबाब दते हुए उपरोक्त टिपण्णी की गई है|
