[New Delhi] Sheila Dikshit Takes Back Charge Of Delhi Congress
Rajiv Bhawan, the office of the state Congress, wore a festive look Wednesday as Sheila Dikshit took charge as the party’s Delhi chief in presence of a large gathering of workers and senior leaders.
However, the celebrations were marred as controversy erupted over the presence of Jagdish Tytler, an accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, at the event.
Three new working presidents — Devender Yadav, Haroon Yusuf and Rajesh Lilothia — also took charge along with Dikshit.
Dikshit, 80, was appointed to the post by the party’s national president Rahul Gandhi after Ajay Maken stepped down citing health troubles.

Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal today met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and demanded the “immediate arrest” of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in connection with his “involvement” in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
The Shiromani Akali Dal leader met Singh with her party collegue Naresh Gujral and submitted a memorandum and a video of a purported sting operation showing Tytler apparently admitting his role in the riots.
Tytler has said the video is doctored.
The food processing minister requested Home minister to direct investigating agencies to immediately arrest Tytler and conduct a lie-detector test on him.He Husband and Punjab’s Ex Dy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal has also been asking arrest of Tytler
Badal also claimed that, according to the sting operation, the Congress leader had admitted his culpability in illegal transactions running into billions of rupees in the appointment of Delhi High Court judges among others.
The sting operation was released by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjit Singh GK earlier this week.
He had said it was received by him from an unknown man on February 3.
Tytler has filed a police complaint against the DSGMC president, accusing him of circulating a “doctored” video clip.

Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa (SAD), notice under Rule 267 was converted into a zero hour submission by Chairman M Venkiah Naidu .
Though Dhindsa also named another Congress leader, Naidu ruled that no names would go on record.
Dhindsa asked who were Tytler’s accomplices as one person could not have killed 100 persons.
Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjit Singh GK had on Monday released a video of a purported sting operation recorded in 2011, which he said was received by him from an unknown man on February 3.
Dhindsa said the accused in the sting claims that no action was taken against him except a sham enquiry.
Congress leader Anand Sharma said rules of the House do not allow any matter which is sub-judice to be discussed.
The House cannot be converted into a trial court, he said.
Naidu said the SAD member and some others had met him and showed him the CD of the purported sting operation.
The chairman said he asked the MP to authenticate and now he was willing to do so and place it on the table of the House.

On the other hand the BJP – Akali Government at Centre continue to shield the people like Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar who have murdered over 3000 innocent citizen in open day light in the capital. It is unfortunate that under this government, first CBI quietly files the Closure Report without informing the Media or even the victim and then the CBI refuses to register case against Tytler for influencing the witnesses and Hawala Transaction inspite of overwhelming material available with the CBI.
In the case of Sajjan Kumar, the missing chargesheet prepared on 8th April 1992 for murder of five innocents where Sajjan Kumar is accused, is still not filed in the Court and is pending with the CBI now.
It is also added that Today’s hearing in Tytler case in Karkardooma court regarding the Clean Chit given by CBI to Jagdish Tytler has been adjourned to 14th August 2015 due to Lawyers strike.

1984 के सिख दंगों के मामले के दोषियों को सजा दिलाने की संभावना एक बार फिर जीवित हो उठी है| दिल्ली की कड़कड़डूमा अदालत ने आज १० अप्रैल बुधवार को सीबीआई द्वारा दाखिल क्लोजर रिपोर्ट को खारिज कर दिया है|इस मामले में कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता जगदीश टाइटलर मुख्य अभियुक्त हैं। । इस फैसले के बाद कांग्रेस पार्टी और उसके नेता जगदीश टाइटलर के लिए मुश्किलें खड़ी हो गई हैं। अब सीबीआई को इस केस में दोबारा जांच करनी होगी|। अदालत ने अपने फैसले में कहा है कि सीबीआई उन सभी गवाहों के बयान दर्ज करें, जिन्होने खुद को चश्मदीद बताया और टाइटलर को दंगा भड़काते देखा।
अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश अनुराधा शुक्ला भारद्वाज ने इस केस में अपना अहम फैसला सुनाया है। इससे पहले कोर्ट परिसर के बाहर सिख समुदाय के लोगों ने जमकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और टाइटलर के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की।
दिल्ली सिख गुरूद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी के महासचिव सिरसा ने कहा है कि अदालत के इस फैसले से न्याय की आस जगी है।
गौरतलब है कि सीबीआई ने 1984 के केस में टाइटलर को क्लीन चिट देकर कोर्ट में क्लोजर रिपोर्ट दाखिल की थी।
दिल्ली के पुलबंगश इलाके में तीन सिखों की नृशंस हत्या कर दी गई थी| जिसकी जांच कर रही सीबीआई ने सितंबर 2007 में क्लोजर रिपोर्ट दाखिल की थी।
