Arsh deep Singh alias Deepa (24) of Sangrur
Police have not ruled out the possibility of internal involvement.
It is the first jail break after the CRPF took over the charge

पाकिस्तान की सेना ने मंगलवार को आरोप लगाया कि भारतीय वायुसेना ने मुजफराबाद सेक्टर में नियंत्रण रेखा (एलओसी) का उल्लंघन किया है।
सेना की मीडिया शाखा अंतर-सेवा जन संपर्क (आईएसपीआर) के महानिदेशक मेजर जनरल आसिफ गफूर के ट्वीट के अनुसार ‘‘भारतीय वायुसेना के विमान मुजफराबाद सेक्टर से घुसे। पाकिस्तानी वायुसेना की ओर से समय पर और प्रभावी जवाब मिलने के बाद वह जल्दीबाजी में अपने बम गिरा कर बालाकोट के करीब से बाहर निकल गए। पाकिस्तान सूत्रों के अनुसार पुलवामा के पश्चात् भारतीय कढ़े रुख को देखते हुए सीमा के इन केम्पों से आतंकवादियों को हटा लिया गया था लेकिन भारतीय सूत्रों के अनुसार २०० से अधिक आतंकवादी मारे गए हैं जानमाल को कोई नुकसान नहीं हुआ है।’’ कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने पाकिस्तानी सीमा में आतंकी शिविरों पर भारतीय वायुसेना द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई को लेकर वायुसेना के पायलटों को सलाम किया।
गांधी ने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘मैं वायुसेना के पायलटों को सलाम करता हूं।’
गौरतलब है कि यह आरोप जम्मू-कश्मीर के पुलवामा में 14 फरवरी को सीआरपीएफ के काफिले पर हुए जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के आत्मघाती हमले के बाद दोनों देशों में बढ़े तनाव के बीच लगाया गया है। हमले में सुरक्षा बल के 40 जवाब शहीद हुए थे।

The Home Minister has instructed DG, CRPF to rush to Aurangabad to assess the situation post the ambush.
Shri Singh expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of martyred CRPF personnel. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
At least ten CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) commandos belonging to its elite 205th COBRA battalion were killed and five others injured in a Naxal IED blast in the jungles of Bihar’s Aurangabad district,
The jawans of the COBRA unit were ambushed in the IED blast after which an encounter started yesterday afternoon between the two resulting in the killing of three naxals by late night,
The incident was reported from Chakarbanda-Dumarinala forests of the said district, bordering Gaya.
Some arms and ammunition, including an AK-47 rifle, INSAS rifle and under barrel grenade launcher were also recovered from the site.
five other personnel were critically injured in the fierce gun battle that ensued after the IED (Improvised Explosive Device) blast.
The jawans belonged to the 205th COBRA battalion and were deployed in the state for conducting anti-naxal operations.
This is one of the biggest casualties of the elite COBRA unit which has been raised by the CRPF for undertaking special jungle warfare operations.

Which Says India has not accorded specialised CISF security cover to over two dozen of its such sensitive facilities for the last five years owing to lack of funds.
A total of 27 such functional airports are being secured by other security forces like CRPF, India Reserve Battalions (IRBs) or state police units, keeping the designated aviation security force CISF out.
A report by a department related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture early this year had also expressed its concern, saying it found it “quite scary to know that the security of eight of our hyper-sensitive and 19 of our sensitive airports are not covered by the CISF which has now become the only specialised force for aviation security.”
The about 1.42 lakh personnel-strong Central Industrial Security Force has a dedicated and trained unit for the task under its establishment called the Aviation Security Group (ASG) and has almost 22,000 men and women commandos in it headed by an Additional Director General-rank officer.
The force was first tasked with airport security in the year 2000, beginning with the Jaipur airport, in the aftermath of the hijack of Indian Airlines flight in 2011.
A report recently prepared by the CISF and intelligence agencies has borrowed from the observations of the Parliamentary committee to underline the need for stepping up security at the airports.

आर्थिक मामलों पर मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति (सीसीईए)ने आज सीआईएसएफ+सीआरपीएफ+आईटीबीपी के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों में मकान और बैरकों के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी है
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में आर्थिक मामलों की मंत्रिमंडलीय समिति ने आज 12वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना (2012-2017) के दौरान केंद्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल (सीआईएसएफ), केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) और भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस (आईटीबीपी) के 68 स्थानों में विभिन्न श्रेणी के 13072 घरों और 113 बैरकों के निर्माण को अपनी मंजूरी दी।
इस पर 3090.98 करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित लागत आएगी। इसमें मुख्य रूप से सीआईएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ और आईटीबीपी के 68 स्थानों पर 13072 आवासीय मकान (टाइप-दो, तीन, चार, पांच और छह) और 113 बैरकों का निर्माण (टाइप- पुरुष बैरक-120, 150, 180, 240, 252, 264, 360) शामिल हैं।
सीआईएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ और आईटीबीपी में आवास की मौजूदा संतोषजनक स्थिति का स्तर 12.06 प्रतिशत है और प्रस्तावित परियोजना के पूरा होने के बाद यह स्तर 15.13 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच जाएगा। इस परियोजना से आवास की संतोषजनक स्थिति के स्तर में वृद्धि के साथ-साथ बलों की दक्षता में सुधार की तत्काल जरूरत भी पूरी हो सकेगी। आवास की संतोषजनक स्थिति के स्तर में वृद्धि से सीएपीएफ का मनोबल बढ़ेगा, कानून एवं व्यवस्था से निपटने, आतंकवाद विरोधी ऑपरेशन, नक्सल विरोधी अभियान और भारत की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा की रखवाली करने की दक्षता में सुधार आएगा।

आज की घटना नए घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय टर्मिनलों पर ग्लास पैनल+ग्रेनाइट स्लैब + फॉल्स सीलिंग के गिर जाने की जनवरी 2013 से लगभग 50वीं घटना है ।
छह अगस्त को हुई पिछली घटना में हवाईअड्डा की दर्शक दीर्घा में एक हैलोजन बल्ब पर लगा शीशे का बाहरी कवर टूट जाने से तीन व्यक्ति घायल हो गए थे ।
