कश्मीर घाटी के बाढ़ पीड़ितों की सहायतार्थ पी एम ने की ७४५ करोड़ रुपयों की सहायता की घोषणा

दुनिया में सबसे ऊंची युद्धभूमि सियाचिन में सैनिकों को दिवाली की अद्भुत भेंट देने के पश्चात भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कश्मीर घाटी के बाढ़ पीड़ितों के साथ समय बिताया और उनका दुःख दर्द बांटा
प्रधानमंत्रीश्री मोदी ने ने कश्मीर में बाढ़ से तबाह हुए घरों के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए 570 करोड़ रुपये और बाढ़ से सर्वाधिक प्रभावित हुए ६ अस्पतालों के लिए 175 करोड़ रुपये की सहायता राशि देने की घोषणा की।इसके आलावा उन्होंने स्कूली छात्रों को निशुल्क किताबें-कॉपियां मुहैया कराने की भी घोषणा की।
प्रधानमंत्री ने बाढ़ पीड़ितों से कहा, कि जम्मू कश्मीर के दर्द में समूचा भारत बराबर का शरीक हैऔर केंद्रीय सरकार लोगों के पुनर्वास के प्रयासों में उनके साथ खड़ी है।
इससे पूर्व जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला ने प्रधानमंत्री को बाढ़ प्रभावित राज्य में राहत एवं पुनर्वास अभियानों की स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी दी और बाढ़ में तबाह क्षेत्रों का पुनर्निर्माण करने के लिए केंद्र से वित्तीय सहायता मांगी \
हवाई अड्डे पर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल एनएन वोहरा + मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला ने उनकी अगवानी की।
इससे पूर्व सात सितंबर को अपनी पहली यात्रा के दौरान पीएम ने पीड़ितों के पुनर्वास के लिए 1000 करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता की पेशकश की थी।आज भी उन्होंने सी एम की मांग पर कार्यवाही के लिए अधिकारीयों को निर्देश जारी किये

Floating Clinics,Now ,Will Provide Medical Assistance to the People of the Inundated Areas of Srinagar
Dr Harsh Vardhan has proposed this idea of floating clinics to C M Of J&K
Dr Harsh Vardhan, Union Health Minister, has proposed that boats be mobilised to send medical supplies to the people of the inundated areas of Srinagar who find it impossible to venture out of their homes because of the high flood waters.
Returning after a day’s tour of the flood ravaged areas, Dr Harsh Vardhan said that the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mr Omar Abdullah, had received his proposal positively.
“The Chief Minister has directed his officials to mobilise the available boats and start something on an urgent basis. Meanwhile, I am arranging for accelerating the supply side especially in respect of doctors and health workers,” he said.
Mr Narinder Nath Vora, the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, on whom the Minister made a call, had also agreed to push this idea. People suffering from diabetes, hypertension among the cut-off population need to be urgently rushed their dozes of medicines. Only boats laden with such drugs can access such people.

प्रधान मंत्री ने जम्मू-कश्मीर का दौरा करके बाढ़ प्रभावित लोगों का दुख-दर्द साझा किया और बाढ़ राहत और पुनर्वास के लिए 10 अरब रुपये की अतिरिक्त विशेष परियोजना सहायता की घोषणा की
प्रधान मंत्री ने इसे राष्ट्रीय स्तर की आपदा बताते हुए संकट की घड़ी में जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोगोंको हर सम्भव सहायता का आश्वासन दिया |
प्रधानमंत्री मानवीय संवेदनाओं का सराहनीय प्रदर्शन करते हुए पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर के बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लिए भी
मानवीय सहायता की पेशकश की|
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में लगातार वर्षा और बाढ़ से उत्पन्न स्थिति का जायजा लेने के लिए राज्य का दौरा किया।
प्रधानमंत्री ने लोगों का दुख-दर्द साझा किया। राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री श्री उमर अब्दुल्ला और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने बाढ़ से हुए नुकसान की जानकारी प्रधानमंत्री को दी। जान-माल को हुए नुकसान और जनजीवन अस्तव्यस्त होने की जानकारी भी दी गई। बाढ़ से हजारों गांव प्रभावित हैं।गत शाम गृह मंत्री ने जम्मू-कश्मीर में बाढ़ से हुई तबाही के बारे में प्रधानमंत्री को जानकारी दी थी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया था कि राज्य के लोग किस बुरी स्थिति से गुजर रहे हैं। हालात की गंभीरता के मद्देनजर प्रधानमंत्री ने कैबिनेट सचिव और अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ संकट की समीक्षा के लिए बैठक की।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि यह राष्ट्रीय स्तर की आपदा है और केंद्र सरकार संकट की इस घड़ी में राज्य सरकार और वहां की जनता के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर खड़ी है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने अवलोकन किया कि त्रासदी की विकरालता के मद्देनजर राज्य आपदा राहत कोष के जरिए राज्य सरकार को उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे 11 अरब रुपये पर्याप्त नहीं होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार बाढ़ राहत और पुनर्वास के लिए राज्य सरकार को 10 अरब रुपये की अतिरिक्त विशेष परियोजना सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हालात का समुचित सर्वेक्षण करने के बाद जरूरी हुआ तो अतिरिक्त सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

इस आपदा में मारे गए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के निकट संबंधी को 2 लाख रुपये और गंभीर रूप से घायल व्यक्ति को 50,000 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। यह राशि प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष से उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
बाढ़ से बेघर लोगों को छत उपलब्ध कराने की फौरी जरूरत पूरी करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार सशस्त्र बलों और केंद्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों से 5,000 टेंट उपलब्ध कराएगी। यह टेंट सोमवार से विभिन्न स्थानों के लिए रवाना हो जाएंगे। ठंड के इस मौसम में जरूरतमंदों को कंबल खरीदने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष से 5 करोड़ रुपये दिए जाएंगे। बच्चों के लिए पूरक आहार की आपूर्ति करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार विमान के जरिए 50 टन दूध उपलब्ध कराएगी। आपात जरूरत पूरी करने के लिए आवश्यक दवाओं की एक खेप विमान से आज शाम भेजी जा रही है। आवश्यकता होने पर और दवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी।
दूरसंचार विभाग के दल को प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में जल्द से जल्द दूरसंचार संपर्क बहाल करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सेना के इंजीनियर क्षतिग्रस्त पुलों की मरम्मत कर रहे हैं। गुजरात और महाराष्ट्र से नौकाएं भेजी जा रही हैं।
जिन लोगों के यहां बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित हुई है वहां 2000 सोलर लैम्प उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री ने अन्य राज्यों से भी कहा है कि हो सके तो वे भी राहत सहायता उपलब्ध कराएं।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने कहा कि राज्य में राहत सामग्री ले जा रहे विमान बाढ़ में फंसे पर्यटकों को भी वापस लाएंगे।प्रधानमंत्री ने सशस्त्र बलों और एनडीआरएफ कर्मियों के पूरे समन्वय के साथ किए जा रहे राहत और बचाव कार्य की सराहना भी की है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में हुए नुकसान पर भी चिंता प्रकट की है।
संकट की इस घड़ी में, प्रधानमंत्री ने क्षेत्र के लोगों को सभी संभव सहायता देने का प्रस्ताव किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान सरकार को जरूरत हो तो भारत सरकार उन क्षेत्रों में मानवीय सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए तैयार है।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Has Decided To Visit J&K And Assess Gravity of the Natural Calamity Personally.
PM has reviewed Jammu and Kashmir flood situation today before visiting the flood effected State
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, was briefed this evening by the Home Minister Rajnath Singh after his return from a visit to J&K to survey the flood-affected areas.
In view of the seriousness of the situation, the Prime Minister immediately called for a review meeting to assess the situation. The meeting was attended by the Cabinet Secretary, the Principal Secretary to Prime Minister and the Additional Principal Secretary to Prime Minister.
After reviewing the situation, the Prime Minister decided to visit Jammu and Kashmir to personally assess the gravity of the situation and understand the problems being faced by the people
P M Shri Modi has expressed concern on the flood situation and directed the Cabinet Secretary to convene a meeting of the National Crisis Management Committee (NCMC) immediately. Accordingly, NCMC met here this evening under the Chairmanship of the Cabinet Secretary and reviewed the rescue and relief operations in Jammu & Kashmir.
Due to floods so far, there are 116 deaths and total number of villages affected is 2,325 out of which nearly 350 villages have been submerged. Rescue and Relief operations are in full swing. Services of Army, Air Force, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) have been requisitioned. 22 IAF Helicopters and 4 Aircraft have been deployed for evacuating the stranded population and providing necessary relief support. 130 Army Columns and 8 teams of NDRF with necessary equipment such as boats, satellite phones, life jackets etc. are in position. These teams have so far rescued nearly 11,000 people. In addition, services of Border Security Force (BSF) personnel have also been requisitioned, wherever necessary.
At today’s meeting, instructions were given to organize all possible help to the State Government to provide quick relief to the affected population. To coordinate efforts, round the clock Control Room is operational in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Before that Home Minister Rajnath Singh also surveyed the state and discussed situation with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and took stock of the flood situation
Rajnath Singh arrived this morning and went straight into a meeting with the Chief Minister in the technical area of the airport where both discussed steps to meet the situation arising out of the worst floods in the state in six decades.As per the agencies news Claude Bursting+Land Sliding+have worsen the situation.Rivers like Tavi+Jhelam+Sindhu+are above the danger point.Bridges+Dam Damaged.Roads+houses are washed away.More then 100 persons are killed. Even Dal Lake is creating danger for House boats[shikaras].Water Is Flowing In Air port area also.

ओये झाल्लेया ये हसाड़े साथ क्या जुल्म कमाया जा रहा है ओये हसाड़े सोणे जनरल वी के सिंह साहब ने कश्मीर में फौजी पैसे के खर्च की बात क्या कह दी ये सारे अब उनके पीछे ही पड़ गए हैं कोई उनसे तोपखाने के कर्नल का पद छीनने की बात कर रहा है तो कोई उनके कम काज के लिए जांच की मांग करने लगा है | जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला ने तो सेना के टेक्नीकल सर्विसेज डिवीजन के कामकाज की जांच के लिए निर्देश देने का अनुरोध भी कर दिया हैओये ये खानदानी पोलिटिशियंस अब फौज को भी नंगा करना चाह रहे हैं क्या

हाँ साथी तुम्हारी यह पीड़ा वाजिब ही है क्योंकि कश्मीर में टोटली ये खानदानी फेल होने वाले ये मुख्य मंत्री अगर कश्मीर में सुव्यवस्था और कश्मीरी पंडितों को वापिस बुलवाने के लिए केंद्र से मांग करते तो ज्यादा अच्छा लगता लेकिन इन्होने अपनी असफलताओं को छुपाने के लिए जनरल वी के सिंह पर निशाना साधा है यह बेहद चिंता का विषय है
