दिल्ली में 3,96,914 मतदाताओं को उनके नाम पर एक से अधिक कार्ड जारी किये जाने के सबूत भी प्रस्तुत किये गए |दिल्ली के १४ ७१०२५ वोटर्स के नाम पड़ौसी राज्य हरियाणा के वोटरों से मेल खाते मिलने की शिकायत की गई है |इसीप्रकार १२५३७७९ वोटर्स के डिटेल्स उत्तर प्रदेश की लिस्ट से मेल खाते मिले बताये गए हैं|

आम आदमी पार्टी [आप] ने आने वाले दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए आठ और उम्मीदवारों के नामों की घोषणा की।
आज की इस घोषणा के साथ, “आप” द्वारा अपने 59 उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा की जा चुकी है |दिल्ली विधान सभा के लिए 70 सीटें हैं

Aam Aadmi Party ,Today, Demanded Updates, On Indians Stranded In Iraq, From External Affairs Minister.The AAP Party demanded that the central government should be more pro-active in ensuring the safe return of Indian workers still stuck in Iraq
As Per Figures provided by aap party Atleast 3,000 Indians are still stranded in armed conflict hit Iraq and there is still no word on the plight of 39 workers abducted by the ISIS, who have now spent more than five weeks in custody.
Atleast 40 such families have started a dharna at Jantar Mantar in the capital, demanding effective from the central government for their release.
Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, along with the four Lok Sabha MPs of the party, met these families today (Tuesday) afternoon.
The families narrated their woes to Kejriwal, in presence of [1]MPs Bhagwant Mann[2]Dr Dharamvira Gandhi[3]Prof Sadhu Singh [4]Harinder Singh Khalsa.
Later, in the evening, Mann accompanied these families to meet the senior officials in the external affairs ministry.
Aap Party Says that .The absence of any information about the plight of 39 abducted countrymen is a matter of grave concern and the external affairs minister Ms Sushma Swaraj should make a statement in Parliament about the latest situation.
The government has made some efforts to get back some Indian workers from Iraq safely back home, but these are highly inadequate. The sense of urgency and emergency response required appears to be missing on the government’s part so far.
The safe return requires a mix of deft diplomacy and use of good offices with friendly countries and the AAP appeals to the government to take all possible steps in this regard.
Aap Says This is not an issue of party politics and the AAP is ready to provide all the help to the government to ensure the safe return of Indian workers from the strife torn region.

.The Aam Aadmi Party national convenor met the protesting guest teachers at Jantar Mantar and expressed solidarity with their demands. Kejriwal addressed the teachers present there and also answered their questions.
Making Clear AAP Party He said that the current administration should not have tampered with the February 6 order issued by the Aaam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, which clearly stated that services of those employed as guest teachers will not be disturbed till these posts will be filled up on a permanent basis.
Kejriwal reminded the protesting teachers about the AAP government’s decision to set-up a time bound committee to look into the issue of regularizing all those employed on a non-permanent basis by the Sheila Diskhit government over the years, which was the root cause of the problem.
He said the decision of the Delhi administration to discontinue the services of guest teachers working in government schools of the city was completely arbitrary and wrong
Kejriwal asked those sitting on an indefinite hunger strike to call it off, since their health was deteriorating in torrid heat and humidity.
The Delhi administration has discontinued the services of guest teachers since the month of May, without filling up these posts on a permanent basis, for which these teachers were to be considered and given weight age.
Targeting Delhi administration He said following the exit of the AAP government on February 14, the Delhi administration using the excuse of imposition of President’s rule, has been systematically overturning the pro-people decisions of his government to deliberately trouble the people.
Kejriwal Showed Solidarity and took two lady guest teachers sitting on an indefinite fast to the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for a check-up.
There are no consolidated figures to ascertain the exact number of guest teachers who were employed during the Sheila Dikshit regime, but it is estimated that the number is around 10,000.

Arvind Kejriwal Urged L G That the state authorities should immediately stop issuing challans, impounding e-rickshaws and stop harassing e-rickshaw operators.
Kejriwal also wrote to Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari for the same.
In a memorandum given to the Lt. Governor, Arvind Kejriwal said that in its order dated 14 February 2014, the Delhi High Court had appreciated use of e-rickshaws as it is eco-friendly and and it also does away the archaic practice of man pulling a man. E-rickshaws were exempted from Motor Vehicle Rules but, through an amendment this exemption has been done away with. This has made plying of e-rickshaws illegal. Since then, these e-rickshaws are being issued challans and are being impounded on a large scale.
Arvind Kejriwal has argued in his memorandum that there are more than 2 lakh e-rickshaws in Delhi. Declaring them illegal would render more than 2 lakh people unemployed.
Their families will find it very difficult to survive.
E-rickshaws have also brought down the crime rate as many unemployed youth are now engaged in plying of e-rickshaws. These rickshaws also contribute to government revenue as the government charges VAT, excise duty and import duty on purchase of these rickshaws.
Kejriwal also said in his memorandum that these rickshaws are being allowed to ply in Ghaziabad under their own policy and each rickshaw is given a municipal registration number. If it can be done in Ghazibad, why not in Delhi?
Kejriwal has urged that since the case is sub-judice, challaning and impounding of these rickshaws should immediately be stopped till the pendency of the case and the rickshaws impounded so far should be released.

आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) की संस्थापक सदस्या शाजिया इल्मी ने आज प्रेस कांफ्रेंस करके पार्टी छोड़ने का एलान कर दिया |शाजिया ने पत्रकारों के समक्ष “आप” पार्टी को एक विशेष चौकड़ी की कैद में मुद्दों से भटकी पार्टी बताया | दिल्ली के बजाये गाजियाबाद से चुनाव में उतारे जाने के समय से ही शाजिया ने पार्टी फोरम और प्रेस में अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर करनी शुरू कर दी थी| अब अरविन्द केजरीवाल की जेल यात्रा को केवल सुर्खियां बटोरने वाली सेंसेशनल पॉलिटिक्स बताते हुए केजरीवाल को जनता के बीच जाने का परामर्श भी दिया |
शाजिया इल्मी ने कहा कि पार्टी छोड़ने का फैसला कठिन था और वह दुखी मन से इस्तीफा दे रही हैं।उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी के अंदर गुटबाजी है +आंतरिक लोकतंत्र नहीं है + इसीलिए लगातार गलतियां दोहराई जा रही हैं। केजरीवाल लोकतंत्र की बात करते हैं,पर अपनी ही पार्टी में वह लोकतंत्र बहाल नहीं कर पाए।
शाजिया ने दावा किया कि आम आदमी पार्टी के अनेकों विधायक उनके संपर्क में हैं।
अल्पसंख्यक चेहरा समझी जाने वाली शाजिया बहुत कम मार्जिन से आरके पुरम से दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव हार गई थीं। इसके अलावा गाजियाबाद चुनावों के दौरान इल्मी पर साम्प्रदायिक होने का आरोप भी लगा था|
अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने बेल बांड भरने के बजाय जेल जाना स्वीकार किया लेकिन उनके समर्थक सडकों पर उतर आये
[नई दिल्ली]अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने न्यायालय के समक्ष १० हजार का बेल बांड भरने के बजाय जेल जाना सहर्ष स्वीकार किया लेकिन जब उन्हें जेल भेजा गया तो उनके अनेकों समर्थक तिहाड़ जेल के बाहर पहुँच कर हंगामा कर रहे हैं|
मानहानि मामले में पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने आप पार्टी के सुप्रीमो अरविंद केजरीवाल को 23 मई तक के लिए न्यायिक हिरासत में तिहाड़ जेल भेज दिया।
भाजपा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष नितिन गडकरी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ अवमानना मामले में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है इसी मामले में केजरीवाल ने पहले तो मौखिक आश्वासन पर जमानत की मांग की मगर बाद में अदालत के कहने के बावजूद दस हजार का बेल बांड भरने से इन्कार कर दिया।इस पर मेट्रोपालिटन मैजिस्ट्रेट गोमती मनोचा ने यह टिप्पणी करते हुए केजरीवाल को अवमानना के लिए दो दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत की सजा सुनाई के “आम आदमी का चौला पहनने वाले केजरीवाल को क्या ख़ास रियायत चाहिए”
इसके पश्चात “आप” पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने तिहाड़ जेल के गेट सं. तीन के सामने प्रदर्शन शुरू किया। प्रदर्शन में योगेंद्र यादव+ संजय सिंह+मनीष शिशोदिया समेत ‘आप’ के तमाम बड़े नेता मौजूद हैं।
गौरतलब है के मार्च में भाजपा कार्यालय पर हंगामा करने वाले लगभग ४० “आप” कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए १५००० प्रति की दर से जमानत करवाई जा चुकी है

आज सुबह केजरीवाल ने दोबारा चुनाव में उतरने की घोषणा की तो अपराह्न तक आते आते न्यायलय में मुचलका भरने से इंकार करके जेल जाना पसंद किया | केजरीवाल को अपराधिक मानहानि के मुकदमे में २३ मई तक न्यायायिक हिरासत में तिहाड़ जेल भेजा गया है|
लगता है लोक सभा के चुनावों में मिली करारी हार के झटके से अरविन्द केजरीवाल उबर चुके हैं तभी उन्होंने मीडिया में रहने की कवायद फिर से शुरू कर दी है | अब केजरीवाल का लक्ष्य फिर से दिल्ली राज्य की सत्ता झटकना है| सम्भवत इसी लक्ष्य की पूर्ती के लिए “आप” पार्टी के सुप्रीमो अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने अपराधिक मान हानि के एक मुकदमे में जमानत के लिए मुचलका भरने के बजाय जेल जाना पसंद किया|
माननीय न्यायलय द्वारा केजरीवाल को जुडिशल कस्टडी में तिहाड़ जेल भेजे जाते ही “आप” के सीनियर नेताओं ने अपने चिर परिचित अंदाज और संवादों के माध्यम से कांग्रेस और भाजपा पर भ्र्ष्टाचार के आरोप लगाते हुए इस हिरासत को इन्ही दोनों पार्टियों का षड्यंत्र बताना शुरू कर दिया |
मीडिया और “आप” पार्टी में संवाद फिर से स्थापित करने में केजरीवाल सफल हो गए |इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया में आशुतोष+गोपाल राय+मनीष शिशोदिया आदि की बाइट्स आनी शुरू हो गई है|
गौरतलब है कि भाजपा नेता नितिन गडकरी द्वारा एक अदालत में दायर किए गए आपराधिक मानहानि के मामले में केजरीवाल ने आज जमानत के लिए निजी मुचलका भरने से इनकार कर दिया । अदालत ने उनसे पूछा कि क्या वह ऐसा चाहते हैं कि उनके साथ ‘‘कुछ विशेष तरह का व्यवहार किया जाए ।’’ अपने खिलाफ जारी सम्मन के अनुपालन में अदालत में पेश हुए केजरीवाल ने मेट्रोपालिटन मजिस्ट्रेट गोमती मनोचा से कहा कि वह यह हलफनामा देने को तैयार हैं कि वह अदालत के समक्ष पेश होंगे ।इसी दलील पर केजरीवाल पहले भी राहत लेते रहे हैं लेकिन इस बार बार का अपराध मान कर इसबार न्यायलय ने कोई राहत नहीं दी | केजरीवाल ने चूंकि जमानत हासिल करने के लिए मुचलका भरने से इनकार कर दिया सो अदालत ने उन्हें २३ मई तक के लिए जुडिशल कस्टडी में भेज दिया |
अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने भी भावनात्मक कार्ड खेला,माफ़ी मांगी और चुनाव के लिए जनता के बीच ही जाने का एलान किया

दिल्ली में भी जीते हुए २८ विधान सभा छेत्रों में से केवल चार छेत्र में ही इज्जत बचा पाये पार्टी के शेष धुरंधर भी हार गए | पंजाब में पार्टी को चार सीटें जरूर मिल गई लेकिन इससे पार्टी के उद्देश्य की पूर्ती नही हुई| इस करारी हार के झटके से ऊबर कर चौथे दिन [मंगलवार]दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के ही सहयोग से दोबारा सरकार बनाने के लिए कवायद शुरू की गई एल जी से मुलाकात इसी कड़ी का हिस्सा थी |जिसे कांग्रेस के लोकल लीडर्स ने सिरे से नकार दिया | सत्ता और नाम दोनों को खो चुके केजरीवाल ने अपनी पार्टी में बिखराव को रोकने के लिए आज घोषणा की के सरकार बनाने के बजाये चुनाव में हिस्सा लेकर जनता का विशवास प्राप्त किया जाएगा|इसके लिए भावनात्मक कार्ड खेलते हुए दिल्ली और देश की जनता से माफ़ी भी मांगी है |
केजरीवल के लिए भाजपाइयों ने बनारस की सुबह और शाम तनावपूर्ण बनाई:चुनाव आयोग को शिकायत
आम आदमी पार्टी[आप] के बड़बोले सिपहसालारों पर भाजपा सेना के आक्रमण तेज होने लग गए हैं आप पार्टी ने इलेक्शन कमिशनर से इसकी रोक थाम किये जाने की अपील की है| दिल्ली गुजरात के बाद अब बनारस में भी अरविन्द केजरीवाल घिरते जा रहे हैं |रात को पान वाले की दुकान हो या सुबह मॉर्निंग वॉक का एरिया हो केजरीवालके विरुद्ध नारे बाजी+पथराव+ की घटनाएँ बढ़ती जा रही है| इससे स्वाभाविक तनाव बढ़ रहा है | अरविंद केजरीवाल ने रणनीति बदलते हुए रात के बाद सुबह मॉर्निंग वॉकर्स के साथ चुनावी कैंपेन करके लिए कंपनी बाग इलाके में समर्थकों के साथ पहुँच गए इसी बीच मोदी−मोदी का नारा लगाते हुए मोदी समर्थक भी वहां पहुंचे। मोदी के समर्थकों को देखकर केजरीवाल समर्थकों ने भी केजरीवाल के पक्ष में नारे लगाने शुरू कर दिए जिसके फलस्वरूप सुबह का खुशनुमा माहौल भी तनावपूर्ण हो गया।
बीती शाम बनारस के हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय के समीप लंका में भी भाजपाई सेना ने केजरीवाल और उनके समर्थकों पर टमाटर+ पत्थर+अंडे+लकड़ी के टुकड़े बरसाए| भाजपा के स्थानीय न्रेतत्व के अनुसार कुछ मोदी समर्थकों कोपान की दूकान पर “आप” पार्टी के शीर्ष न्रेतत्व द्वारा उकसाया गया था जिससे उत्तेजित होकर जवाबी कार्यवाही की गई होगी|
आम आदमी पार्टी ने बीती शाम की घटना पर विरोध दर्ज कराया है आप पार्टी के अनुसार सैफरॉन पार्टी द्वारा लगातार ऐसे अलोक तांत्रिक प्रक्रिया अपनाई जा आरही है जिसकी रोक थाम की जानी चाहिएइसके साथ ही आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को शांति से अपने अभियान को जारी रखने को कहा गया है|गौरतलब है कि केजरीवाल नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ लोक सभा के लिए बनारस में चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं
