[New Delhi]Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Nationl convener Arvind Kejriwal ,Today, Hooked the bouncer from Home minister Sushil kumar Shinde and welcomed any inquiry Of Political Funds Of Parties Starting from AAP Party’s Funds.He made It clear that As far as the question of foreign funding is concerned, all the funds that AAP has got from foreign are from people who hold Indian passport. By receiving funds from Indians, who are holding Indian passports, even if they are abroad, is not illegal under any law of the country.
Quoting ADR’s analysis it is stated that Congress and BJP had got funding from a foreign company – Vedanta – something which is not allowed under the Sections 3 and 4 of the Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act 1976.
It Is Questioned “Thus the question is whether the other political parties follow what they preach about transparency? Are they ready to share the source of their funding?”
AAP Party Spokes person A Murlidharan said “We instead welcome any kind of impartial inquiry. But the question that AAP asks is that whether any other political party can claim similar transparency? When AAP was formed, we announced it clearly that we are coming not to do politics but to change the dirty politics. We feel there cannot be anything better for political system in India than investigation into sources of political funding. Because of this, AAP welcomes union home minister’s statement regarding prove into AAP funds. We feel that alongwith AAP, there should be a probe into funds of all political parties of the country and if corruption is found in any of them than their leaders should be sent to jail”
It Is said that Inquiry into funding of political parties should start from AAP and AAP Party has no problem with it.
However, if the union home minister doesn’t order inquiry into funding of all political parties than it would be clear that BJP, Congress and all other political parties are securing funds for themselves through corruption.
spokes person said AAP is unlike those political parties and has name of all donors unlike those political parties who don’t reveal sources of donations which are of less than Rs 20,000 – because at present they are not required to reveal the name of the individuals or organisations who contribute less than Rs 20,000.
A recent study by the Association for Democratic Reforms showed that 2/3rd (75 %) of the funding of our political parties like BJP, Congress, BSP comes from unknown sources.
As per ADRs analysis, the total income of the six national political parties – [1]Congress[2] Bharatiya Janata Party[3] Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP)[4] Nationalist Congress Party (NCP)[5] Communist Party of India (CPI) [6]Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI-M) –between 2004-05 and 2011-12 – was Rs 4,895.96 crores.
It Is Alleged that Of the total of Rs 4895.96 crores, 2/3rd (around 75 %) of their income (Rs 3,674.50 crores) came from unknown sources. These figures were based on analyses of income tax returns and statements filed with the Election Commission by the political parties during 2004-05 to 2011-12.

B J P expresses its grave concern over the manner in which the UPA government is operating its Pakistan policy. and demanded that Mr Aziz should be stopped from holding talks with Kashmiri separatists on Indian soil.
On the one hand India facing a series of ceasefire violations from Pakistan and on the other hand the UPA Government’s response towards such acts of aggression has been submissive.
After making a failed attempt to buy peace with Pakistan at New York, the UPA government has now allowed Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s advisor Sartaj Aziz to meet and hold talks with Kashmiri separatist leaders in New Delhi. Why Mr Aziz is given this opportunity when Pakistan is committing acts of aggression in the state of Jammu and Kashmir? This is something blatantly against the established international diplomatic norms.
Pakistan has been trying hard to internationalize the Kashmir issue for the past many years. Kashmir issue was recently raised once again at the UN General Assembly meeting this year by Pakistan. In the absence of a long term strategic thinking and direction the UPA government’s Pakistan policy has been driven by adhocism. By allowing Mr Sartaj Aziz to hold talks with Kashmiri separatists the UPA government has committed another diplomatic blunder with serious costs to national security and national interest.
The BJP demands that Mr Aziz should be stopped from holding talks with Kashmiri separatists on Indian soil. Kashmir issue is India’s internal matter and it should be resolved through a home grown solution.

कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने इंदौर रैली के दौरान ISI वाले अपने बयान पर आज चुनाव आयोग को जवाब दे दिया।उन्होंने किसी प्रकार से चुनावी अचार संहिताके उल्लंघन से इंकार किया है |
राहुल ने अपने जबाव में कहा है कि उनका बयान अचार संहिता का उल्लंघन नहीं करता है और ना ही वे अपने बयान से सांप्रदायिक भावनाएं को भड़काना चाहते थे।उन्होंने केवल अपनी पार्टी की विचारधारा को व्यक्त किया है जो अपराध नहीं है|
भाजपा ने चुनाव आयोग से राहुल गांधी पर इन भाषणों से सांप्रदायिकता भड़काने की कोशिशों का आरोप लगाते हुए शिकायत की थीं। अपनी चुनावी रैलियों में राहुल गांधी ने मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों को मुद्दा बनाया था।
उन्होंने इंदौर की अपनी एक चुनावी रैली में कहा था कि भाजपा समझती है कि जब तक उत्तर प्रदेश में हिंदू-मुस्लिम का मुद्दा नहीं होगा, वह अच्छा नहीं कर सकेगी। इसलिए वह आग लगाती है और उस आग को बुझाना कांग्रेस को पड़ता है।
इस पर भाजपा ने आरोप लगाया कि राहुल ने ऐसा कहकर चुनाव आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन किया है।
भाजपा ने चुनाव आयोग को भेजे गए अपने छह पन्नों की शिकायत में यह भी लिखा था कि राहुल गांधी ने इंदौर में कहा था कि पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आइएसआइ शिविरों में रह रहे मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के पीड़ित मुस्लिम युवकों के संपर्क में हैं।
भाजपा की शिकायत के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने राहुल गांधी को जवाब देने के लिए नोटिस भेजा था, जिसके लिए राहुल ने एक सप्ताह का समय मांगा था, लेकिन आयोग ने उन्हें चार दिनों का ही समय दिया था। इसके अंतर्गत राहुल को आज के ही दिन सुबह 11 बजे तक जवाब देना था

पूर्व विधायक समर पाल सिंह की हसनपुर चूना भट्ठी के समीप सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हुई
[मेरठ] पूर्व विधायक[भाजपा नेता] समरपाल सिंह की सुबह सड़क हादसे में मौत हो गई। समरपाल सिंह हरित प्रदेश आंदोलन से जुड़ने के साथ ही रालोद सुप्रीमो और सिविल एविएशन मिनिस्टर चौधरी अजित सिंह के [कभी]बेहद करीबी भी थे ।
समरपाल सिंह सोमवार को मेरठ के आवास विकास कालोनी मंगलपांडे नगर स्थित अपने आवास से सुबह साढ़े तीन बजे अपनी स्कार्पियो गाड़ी से चालक उपेन्द्र जाखड़ + आशीष के साथ सिसौली स्थित अपने पोल्ट्री फार्म गए जहाँ से वापस लौटते समय प्रात: करीब पांच बजे हसनपुर चूना भट्ठी के पास उनकी गाड़ीसड़क के बीच में रोड़ी से भरे ट्रक में जा घुसी। मौके पर पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने समरपाल व उनके चालकों को गाड़ी की खिड़की काटकर निकाला, लेकिन तब तक समरपाल सिंह की मृत्यु हो चुकी थी।
दोनों चालकों को मंगलम अस्तपाल में भर्ती कराया गया जहां उपेन्द्र की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है।पोस्ट मार्टम के पश्चात सूरजकुंड में अंतिम संस्कार किया जाएगा। समरपाल सिंह की केवल अब 12 साल की एक बेटी ही है।
समरपाल तीन बार रालोद से बरनावा (बागपत) के विधायक रह चुके हैं।
