सीसीटीवी प्रोजेक्ट में अरबों रु के करप्शन के पश्चात् अब लेबर फंड्स में १३९ करोड़ रु के घोटाले को उजागर किया गया है|
यद्पि सी सी टी वी मामले में अभी आरोप प्रत्यरोप का दौर चल रहा है लेकिन एंटी करप्शन बोर्ड[ऐ सी बी] ने दिल्ली के श्रम विभाग के खिलाफ मुकद्दमा दर्ज कर लिया है |दिल्ली के लेबर वेलफेयर बोर्ड के पूर्व अधिकारी सुखबीर शर्मा की शिकायत पर यह कार्यवाही की गई है |बताया जा रहा है के पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं को अवैध तरीके से मजदूर वर्ग में पंजीकृत करवा कर उन्हें आर्थिक लाभ पहुँचाया गया|
२००२ में मजदूरों को लगभग १७ सुविधाएँ देने के लिए दिल्ली लेबर वेलफेयर बोर्ड का गठन किया गया था|इस लाभ को अपने कार्यकर्ताओं तक पहुँचाने के लिए उन्हें अवैध तरीके से पंजीकृत करवाया गया |इस प्रकार नौकरी करने वाले भी श्रमिकों को मिलने वाले लाभ को हड़पने में सफल हो गए

The Aam Aadmi Party today alleged a “conspiracy” was being hatched to stall its ambitious CCTV project, a day after Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken claimed the project was marred by corruption.
Senior AAP leader Gopal Rai alleged that Maken was “working on the BJP agenda” and sought to know if the Congress chief was planning to join the saffron party.
Rejecting Maken’s charges that tenders were finalised without the approval of the competent authority, the AAP’s Delhi convener said the Delhi government had not relaxed rules to favour any agency.
He said there were two types of tenders —
Rate Contract Tender and
Project Contract Tender.
The government was installing CCTV cameras through the Rate Contract Tender, under which payment to the agency concerned is made based on the basis of rate-per-unit.
He also sought to know as to how many CCTV cameras were installed by the Sheila Dikshit goverment which helmed Delhi for 15 years.

पत्रकार से नेता बने खेतान को मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का विश्वास पात्र माना जाता है। उन्हें तीन साल पहले आप सरकार की सलाहाकर इकाई डीडीसी का उपाध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया गया था। केजरीवाल डीडीसी के अध्यक्ष हैं।
खेतान ने ट्विटर पर लिखा , ‘‘ मैंने डीडीसी के उपाध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया , जो 16 अप्रैल से प्रभावी है। पिछले तीन वर्षों में मुझे सार्वजनिक नीति को आकार देने एवं शासन में सुधार तथा परिवर्तन लाने के लिए कई अनोखे अवसर मिलें।मुझे यह अवसर देने के लिए मैं माननीय मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का शुक्रगुजार हूं। ’’
उन्होंने एक अन्य ट्वीट में कहा , ‘‘ मैं कानूनी पेशे से जुड़ रहा हूं और दिल्ली बार में पंजीकरण करा रहा हूं जिसकी वजह से डीडीसी से इस्तीफा देना आवश्यक है। बार काउंसिल के नियम के अनुसार कोई भी व्यक्ति वकालत करते समय निजी या सरकारी नौकरी नहीं कर सकता।

कहा |इससे आप पार्टी खेमे में जश्न का माहौल है |मिठाइयां बांटी जा रही है| आह्लादित मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने इसे सच्चाई की जीत करार दिया।
न्यायमूर्ति संजीव खन्ना और न्यायमूर्ति चंद्रशेखर की पीठ ने कहा कि आप विधायकों को अयोग्य ठहराने वाली अधिसूचना कानूनन सही नहीं थी और उनका मामला फिर सेसुनवाई के लिये चुनाव आयोग के पास भेज दिया।
इसमें नैसर्गिक न्याय के उल्लंघन का हवाला दिया गया है |
दागी विधायकों की यह दलील थी के चुनाव आयोग ने इन विधायकों को दिल्ली विधानसभा की सदस्यता के लिये अयोग्य ठहराने की सिफारिश करने से पहले कोई मौखिक सुनवाई का अवसर नहीं दिया।

सी एम कैप्टेन अमरिंदर सिंह ने मजीठिया के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की |एसटीएफ की रिपोर्ट जरूर आई है जिसमे मजीठिया को कठघरे में खड़ा किया गया है |पंजाब से आप के राज्यसभा में सांसद संजय सिंह अभी भी मजीठिया पर इल्जाम लगाते दिखाई दे रहे हैं |
इसके अलावा पिछले दिनों आप के प्रवक्ता और दिल्ली में मंत्री आशीष खेतान द्वारा अनेकों दिनों तक मजीठिया के खिलाफ सबूत लेकर घुमने का भी दावा किया जाता रहा है |
इसके बावजूद केजरीवाल का माफीनामा आने से सियासत का गरमाना लाजमी है| इससे “आप” के प्रदेश में निर्वाचित विधायक और सांसदों पर भी दबाब पढ़ना लाजमी है|

The police team went inside the chief minister’s residence only to “humiliate and insult him (Arvind Kejriwal),” AAP leader Ashutosh told reporters
He accused the Delhi Police of acting like a mere “puppet” in the hands of the central government.
.In a press conference, the AAP also showed a two-and-half-minute clip where senior police officials are seen inside the residence of the chief minister, purportedly asking questions about the wall paint of the room.
The remarks came after a Delhi police team was sent to Kejriwal’s residence to collect evidence related to the case of alleged assault on Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash by the party MLAs.
Police, meanwhile, has claimed that their request seeking CCTV footage from the chief minister’s residence in connection with the alleged assault case was not met, prompting them to dispatch a posse there to collect evidence.

पार्टी कार्यालय में आयोजित प्रैस कॉंफ्रेंस में बोलते हुए प्रवक्ता दिलीप पांडे ने कहा कि
‘आम आदमी पार्टी ने कुछ दिन पहले प्रेस कॉंफ्रेंस में बताया था कि उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम की मेयर प्रीति अग्रवाल ने निगम के एक टेंडर प्रोसेस को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश की है।
अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक वकील की शिकायत पर उपराज्यपाल महोदय ने इस मामले में विजिलेंस जांच के आदेश दिए हैं।
पूरे टेंडर में मेयर साहिबा पर 10% कमीशन लेने का आरोप लगा।
दिलीप पांडे ने कहा कि ‘अब यह कैसे संभव है कि निगम के अंदर आने वाला विजिलेंस ही उनके खिलाफ जांच करे।
ऐसी परिस्थियों में तीन तरह के विकल्प निगम में मौजूद भारतीय जनता पार्टी के पास मौजूद है-
या तो मनोज तिवारी अब मेयर प्रीति अग्रवाल का इस्तीफा लें ताकि स्वतंत्र जांच हो सके।
या इस मुद्दे की जांच सीबीआई को दी जाए।
या फिर मनोज तिवारी अपनी असफलता और एमसी़डी में किए जा रहे भ्रष्टाचार के लिए दिल्ली की जनता से माफी मांगें।

The BJP and the AAP today announced the list of candidates for Ludhiana Municipal Corporation (MC) elections.
The Punjab BJP released a list of 32 candidates, of whom 16 are women and seven are from the scheduled castes category
Some of the prominent candidates are
Yashpal Chaudhary,
Gurbaksh Singh Billa,
Meenu Jain,
Pooja Rai,
Sakshi Zulka and
Munish Bedi.
Punjab AAP chief Bhagwant Mann also announced its first list of 31 candidates
The party is contesting the polls in alliance with the Lok Insaf Party.
The election is going to be held on February 24 while counting of the votes would take place on February 27.
There are around 10.50 lakh voters in 95 wards, out of which 5.67 lakh are men and 4.82 lakh are women while 23 belong to the third gender.
