Indian Citizenship Made Easy For Overseas Citizen of India:A Gift On PBD 2015
A Day before Pravsi Bhartiy Diwas[PBD]2015 The President of India has promulgated the Citizenship (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015 on January 06, 2015 with immediate effect which provides for the following amendments to the Indian Citizen Act, 1955:
[1]At present one year continuous stay in India is mandatory for Indian Citizenship which is relaxed stating that if the Central Government is satisfied that special circumstances exist, it may, after recording such circumstances in writing, relax the period of twelve months specified upto a maximum of thirty days which may be in different breaks.
[2]To enable for registration as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) by a minor, whose parents are Indian Citizens.
[3]To enable for registration as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) by a child or a grand-child or a great grandchild of such a citizen.
[4]To enable for registration as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) by such spouse of a citizen of India or spouse of an OCI registered under Section 7A and whose marriage has been registered and subsisted for a continuous period of not less than two years immediately preceding the presentation of the application under this section.
[5]In respect of existing PIO card holders central government may, by notification in Official Gazette, specify a particular date from which all existing PIO card holders will be deemed to be OCI card holders.
The Indian Citizenship Act, 1955 provides for acquisition, termination, deprivation, determination of Indian Citizenship and other related aspects. The Act provides for acquisition of Indian citizenship by birth, descent, registration, naturalization and incorporation of territory under certain circumstances, and also for the termination and deprivation of citizenship.

MHA orders NIA to take up the investigation of recent attacks in Assam
The Ministry of Home Affairs today directed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to take up the investigation of four cases which are registered by Assam police
These cases relates to the recent attacks by suspected NDFB(S) group in the 2 districts of Sonitpur + Kokrajhar in which large number of people were killed.
The Assam State Government in a letter dated December 26, 2014 had recommended that the investigation of these cases may be handed over to the NIA.
Considering the gravity of the offences and relevant factors, the Central Government is of the opinion that these attacks are scheduled offences under the NIA Act, 2008 and should be probed by it.
It may be added that yesterday The Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh discussed Assam situation with the Chief of Army Staff, General Dalbir Singh Suhag , in New Delhi After Which Army Chief General Suhag Assured Strong Action.General has already Left For Assam where he will be brief the situation by his subordinates

२१४ करोड़ रूपये की नकली भारतीय करेंसी,पांच सालों में पकड़ी और की गई जब्त
[नई दिल्ली]१८३ करोड़ रूपये की भारतीय नकली करेंसी, चार सालों में जब्त, हुई लेकिन चलन में कुल नकली रकम के विषय में सरकार के पास कोई जानकारी नहीं है यदपि आर बी आई +वित्त एवं गृह मंत्रालय+सुरक्षा गुप्तचर एजेंसियां+नकली करेंसी के चलन को रोकने में लगी हैं
२०१० से २०१३ तक १८३ करोड़ रूपये नकली जब्त किये जा चुके हैं इसके आलावा जाते साल में ३०.८८ करोड़ रूपये जब्त किये जा चुके हैं नेशनल क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो (NCRB)की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार बीते पांच वर्षों के दौरान २१४ करोड़ नकली रुपये पकडे जा चुके हैं |इस नकली रकम की स्मगलिंग रोकने के लिए सरकार अनेक प्रयास कर रही है |टेरर फंडिंग & फेक करेंसी सेल (TFFC) और एक विशेष कोऑर्डिनेशन ग्रुप का गठन किया जा चुका है|इसके अलावा सीमाओं को सुरक्षित करने के लिए पाकिस्तान से लगी सीमाओं पर लेज़र वाल औअर पर मिलिट्री फोर्सेज को मजबूत किया जा रहा है

[नई दिल्ली]नई दिल्ली की म्युनिसिपल कौंसिल ने अौरंगजेब रोड का नाम बदले जाने से इंकार किया |हरिभाई पारथी भाई चौधरी ने यह स्पष्टीकरण राज्य सभा में दिया
केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री चौधरी ने अकाली दल के संसद सुखदेव सिंह ढींडसा के सवाल पर लिखित में बताया के नई की म्युनिसिपल कौंसिल को भाजपा की स्थानीय इकाई और दिल्ली सिंख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी [डीएसजीएमसी] से अलग अलग पत्र प्राप्त हुए हैं जिनके अनुसार अौरंगजेब रोड को गुरु गोबिंद सिंह के नाम पर किये जाने की मांग की गई है|लेकिन केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के जारी दिशा निर्देशानुसार इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई है|
दिल्ली की चुनावी राजनीती गर्माने के लिए भाजपा ने अौरंगजेब रोड के नाम को बदल कर गुरु गोबिंद सिंह के नाम पर किये जाने कीमांग की है |इससे पूर्व दिल्ली सिख गुरुद्वारा मैनेजमेंट समिति ने भी यह मांग उठाई है |

साम्प्रदाइक दंगों+नक्सल+आतंकवादी[ Victims of Riots, Naxal and Terrorist Violence ] हमलों के सिविलियन पीड़ितों को अब तीन के बजाय पांच लाख रुपयों का मुआवजा मिलेगा केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने इस वृद्धि की घोषणा की है | केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह मुआवजे के तीन लाख की रकम को पांच लाख किये जाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है|अभी तक वर्ष २००८ से कम्युनल , टेररिस्ट या नक्सल वायलेंस के पीड़ितों को तीन लाख रुपयों के मुआवजे का प्रावधान था
नवनीत कुमार कांग बने सीजीएचएस के नए महानिदेशक
[नई दिल्ली]पंजाब केडर (1983) के आई ऐ एस अधिकारी श्री नवनीत कुमार कांग को सीजीएचएस का महानिदेशक बनाया | श्री कांग अतिरिक्त सचिव के पद पर सी जी एच एस के अलावा स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग भी देखेंगे | श्री आर.के.जैन आईएएस,हिमाचल प्रदेश (1981) के स्थान पर श्री कांग को नियुक्त किया गया है |पंजाब केडर के ही श्री निर्मल जीत सिंह कालसी(1984), को अतिरिक्त सचिव बनाया गया है।मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति द्वारा कुल ग्यारह नियुक्तियों में यूं पी केडर के श्रीअनूप चंद्र पांडे[१९८४], आईएएस, ), को रक्षा मंत्रालय में अतिरिक्त सचिव, पूर्व सैन्य कर्मचारी, कल्याण विभाग,बनाया गया है।
I. श्री केवल कुमार शर्मा, आई.ए.एस. (केंद्रशासित प्रदेश, 1983) वर्तमान कैडर, श्री ए.बी. जोशी (भारतीय डाक सेवा) के रिक्त पद के मद्देनजर महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय में अतिरिक्त सचिव नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
II. श्री बी.एन. सतपथि, आईईएस-1980, वर्तमान कैडर, सलाहकार अंतर्राज्यीय परिषद सचिवालय, गृह मंत्रालय में श्री विनोद अग्रवाल, आईएएस, जेएच (1980) के स्थान पर इसी पद एवं वेतनमान में अतिरिक्त सचिव नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
III. श्री के.पी. कृष्णा, आईएएस, कर्नाटक (1983), महानिदेशक एवं अतिरिक्त सचिव, मुद्रा निदेशालय, आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय को श्री प्रभुदयाल मीणा, आईएएस, मध्यप्रदेश (1980) के स्थान पर अतिरिक्त सचिव, भूमि संसाधन विभाग, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय बनाया गया है।
IV. श्री अजय त्यागी, आईएएस, हिमाचल प्रदेश (1984), संयुक्त सचिव, पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय को श्री के.पी. कृष्णा, आईएएस, कर्नाटक (1973) के स्थान पर अतिरिक्त सचिव एवं महानिदेशक, मुद्रा निदेशालय, आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय बनाया गया है।
V. श्री अनूप चंद्र पांडे, आईएएस, उत्तर प्रदेश (1984), संयुक्त सचिव, श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय को श्री अनुज कुमार बिश्नोई, आईएएस, उत्तर प्रदेश (1981) के रिक्त पद पर अतिरिक्त सचिव, पूर्व सैन्य कर्मचारी, कल्याण विभाग , रक्षा मंत्रालय बनाया गया है।
VI. श्री नवनीत कुमार कांग, आईएएस, पंजाब (1983), महानिदेशक एवं अतिरिक्त सचिव, सीजीएचएस, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग, स्वास्थ्य एंव परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में श्री आर.के. जैन आईएएस, हिमाचल प्रदेश (1981) के स्थान पर नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
VII. श्री करण बीर सिंह सिद्धू, आईएएस (1984), संयुक्त सचिव, आवास एवं शहरी गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय को श्री ए.के. अंगुराणा, आईएएस, जम्मू कश्मीर (1980) के स्थान पर प्रबंध निदेशक, ट्राइफेड, अनुसूचित जनजाति मामलों के मंत्रालय नियुक्त किया गया है।
VIII. श्री आर राजगोपाल, आईएएस, तमिलनाडु, (1984), प्रबंध निदेशक, नेफेड को श्री अरविंद कौशल, आईडीएएस (1979) के स्थान पर अतिरिक्त सचिव, कृषि, शोध एवं शिक्षा विभाग , कृषि मंत्रालय बनाया गया है।
IX. श्री निर्मल जीत सिंह कालसी, आईएएस, पंजाब (1984), सलाहकार, अंतर्राज्जीय परिषद सचिवालय, गृह मंत्रालय को अतिरिक्त सचिव बनाया गया है।
X. श्री टी. जैकब, आईएएस, (तमिलनाडु 1984), संयुक्त सचिव, खाद्य एवं जन वितरण विभाग, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं जन वितरण मंत्रालय को श्री भास्कर खुलबे, आईएएस, पश्चिम बंगाल, (1983) के रिक्त पद पर संयुक्त सचिव, कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग बनाया गया है।

Centre For Examinations Changed To Summer Capital Jammu

That Centre For Examinations Is Changed From Hill Capital Srinagar To Summer Capital Jammu This change is made on the advice of J& K Govt.
NDA & NA examination (II), 2014 are scheduled to be held on 28.09.2014(Sunday),
Ministry Of Home Affairs ,Quoting Government of J & K ,has intimated that almost all the educational institutions of Srinagar are submerged or marooned, and based on the considered advice of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, the Commission has decided to cancel the SRINAGAR Centre and accommodate all the candidates who have opted for Srinagar centre, AT JAMMU CENTRE.
Accordingly, the candidates of NDA & NA Examination (II), 2014 who have opted for Srinagar centre and were allotted GOVERNMENT S.P.HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, MAULANA AZAD ROAD, SRINAGAR are advised by M H A to reach Government M. A. M. COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY ROAD, JAMMU to appear in the said examination.
